Kim Kardashian has responded to backlash over her complaints about being a single parent.
Kim Kardashian was criticized after complaining about the challenges of being a single parent to her four children despite having help from nannies and a chef.
In the most recent installment of “The Kardashians,” Kim reflected on her comments, which she made on Jay Shetty’s “On Purpose” podcast earlier this year.
“I think I’m still learning how to be a single parent,” the 43-year-old acknowledged in the episode. “And I just did the Jay Shetty podcast where I spoke about parenting, and I mean, I should be used to it now, but everyone had a lot to say.”
Kim shares her children, North, 10, Saint, seven, Chicago, five, and Psalm, four, with her ex-husband Kanye West.
During her conversation with Jay, the Skims founder called parenting “really f**king hard” and confessed that she cries herself to sleep some nights.
Soon after the podcast episode went live, social media users quickly pointed out that Kim has the luxury of multiple nannies to help her look after her kids as well as a chef to take care of cooking duties.
“Obviously, having nannies and a chef to help cook is beyond helpful. It’s all about family and enjoying these moments. It takes a village to raise kids but at the end of the day, your kids only want you,” she said.
Kim and Kanye married in 2014 and their divorce was finalized in November 2022.
The D.O.C. has delivered an update on his highly anticipated documentary, The DOC. The film premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2022 but has been tied up in red tape ever since. The Dallas-born gangsta rap legend has been vocal about his frustrations with the situation over the last several months but continues to look at the bright side. On Friday (October 27), The D.O.C. responded to a fan’s inquiry about the film via Twitter. He replied, “These people still playing games with me in the year of Hip Hop, but it’s a G.O.D thing not a D.O.C thing so they can’t win. They only making the splash bigger. It’s coming.”
These people still playing games with me in the year of Hip Hop, but it’s a G.O.D thing not a D.O.C thing so they can’t win. They only making the splash bigger. It’s coming https://t.co/YZ0owjeCyA
Directed by Dave Caplan, The DOC goes into vivid detail about the man born Tracy Curry. As the IMDb description explains, “Thirty years after losing his voice in a horrific car accident, rap legend The D.O.C. considers dangerous experimental surgery that could restore his voice at long last, as he recounts his life story.”
It all began in 1989 when The D.O.C. was on top of the world. Having just released his debut album, No One Can Do It Better, three months prior, he was admittedly in celebration mode. After leaving a party one night in Los Angeles, The D.O.C. was “high as a kite” when he fell asleep at the wheel and crashed into the side of the freeway. Without the aid of a seatbelt, he flew out of the rear window and slammed face-first into a tree. His injuries required 21 hours of plastic surgery and more than two weeks in the hospital. When he awoke, he realized he couldn’t speak, a devastating feeling for anyone but especially a rapper.
“The night of the accident, it was like a 24-hour period where I had tried both cocaine and ecstasy,” he said in a 2022 interview with me. “And then it just quit working when I was driving home.” When asked if he wished the officers would have hauled him off to jail, he replied, “I did that for about 30 years. But here recently, I understand that those officers were just a part of that time. Had they taken me to jail, I wouldn’t be here where I am right now today. Now, I have insight into an understanding that allows me to help a lot of other people who are in that same space.”
The D.O.C. endure a period where he was gravely depressed and using substances to numb his pain. But with that in the rearview, he’s focused on his latest chapter. Earlier this year, The D.O.C. teamed up with The Codefendants—NOFX’s Fat Mike, Ceschi Ramos and Sam King—for the single “Fast Ones,” which included The D.O.C.’s first verse in decades. He had a chance to perform the song live at Fat Mike’s annual Punk in Drublic Festival, a feeling he essentially equated to heaven on earth.
The sky’s the limit for the talented songwriter, who’s also been back in the studio with Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg. Fans will just have to see what his next move is.
50 Cent continues to make fun of Madonna’s appearance, after one inflammatory post over the weekend reignited a few between the pair.
50 didn’t hold back his thoughts on Madonna’s appearance during one of her performances.
In a post from October 27, he shared a side-by-side image of Madonna on stage next to a cartoon ant, questioning her recent appearance and alleged plastic surgery.
He captioned the post, “Who the f### did this? She’s rich how the hell she didn’t get it fixed. I want the fvcking doctors name right now. I mean damn it man! LOL.”
Last night (October 28) the “In Da Club” rapper intensified his attacks on the Queen of Pop.
He followed up with a new post, along with the caption, “👀ok so now TMZ is gonna act like they don’t see her, on stage looking like she just s### her self. 🤨I scratch my head, when I see a bad BBL where the f### is the persons friends when they need them? she rich She can fix it, FIX IT! 😆WTF.”
Madonna, who is currently on “The Celebration Tour,” has faced scrutiny over her alleged plastic surgeries aimed at maintaining a youthful appearance.
The feud between the two artists can be traced back to 2021 when 50 Cent ridiculed one of Madonna’s sultry photo shoots.
The images showed Madonna in provocative poses, including one where she was sprawled out under a bed wearing fishnet stockings and high heels.
50 Cent shared the image on his Instagram with the caption, “Yo this is the funniest s###! LOL. That’s Madonna under the bed trying to do like a virgin at 63. she shot out, if she don’t get her old ass up. LMFAO.”
Madonna didn’t take the comments lightly and called out the rapper for his “misogynistic, sexist, ageist” remarks and claimed he was merely trying to shame and humiliate her.
So far, Madonna has yet to comment on 50 Cent’s latest attacks.
No, Blueface and Chrisean Rock haven’t fully broken it off with each other, despite the “Thotiana” rapper proposing to Jaidyn Alexis, the mother of one of his children.
For those of you who don’t believe me, you gotta understand that this revelation came to me directly by the way of the horse’s mouth. Said horse—Chrisean Rock—took to Instagram Live recently to air Blueface out. According to Rock, she and Blueface remain sexually active, despite the fact he’s now engaged to Alexis.
“He still gone pull up like he did yesterday, like!? You feel me like we really just locked in forever,” Rock said in the video. Rock also went on to acknowledge the fact that she wouldn’t be where she is without Blueface—and it was low-key cute. But in the same breath, it’s also really messy.
It’s like Blueface is seemingly performing yet another ”Build-A-Career” workshop for Alexis, whom he just helped ink a deal with Capitol Records following the success of her viral hit, “Barbie.”
On yet another awkward, and somewhat comically petty note, Blueface has seemingly beat down the Lil Mabu robbery rumors that were bearing down on him. What if, in fact, he was in on this entire saga the whole time and orchestrating it for his benefit and drops a collab with Mabu, Alexis and Rock on some wholesome extended family vibes?! Would that not be one of the most innovative publicity pseudo-events of this modern era of digital media era or what?

A year after Kanye West went on his infamous antisemitic rant—which cost him his title of billionaire—new reports have surfaced that he once told an adidas executive to “kiss a picture of Hitler.”
As previously reported by AllHipHop.com, adidas and West have had a challenging relationship that came to a head when he published a video of himself showing explicit adult videos to top executives at the sneaker and apparel brand.
Executives have also talked about how his erratic behavior, even before the antiemetic rhetoric, plastered the headlines in 2022.
Kanye West’s erratic behavior reportedly includes him saying derogatory comments about Jewish people and even celebrating Adolf Hitler.
“The adidas employees, thrilled to get started, had arrayed sneakers and fabric swatches on a long table near a mood board pinned with images,” The New York Times reports. “But nothing they showed that day at the company’s German headquarters captured the vision Mr. West had shared.
“To convey how offensive he considered the designs, he grabbed a sketch of a shoe and took a marker to the toe. Then he drew a s#######.”
A person working closely to the Yeezy deal says one day, he “advised a Jewish adidas manager to kiss a picture of Hitler every day.”
West’s fractured relationship with the retail giant has been internet fodder for years. It led to him losing his billionaire status, burned multiple bridges and cost him seemingly countless fans.
Flavor Flav has a four-year-old son named Jordan Drayton, who has emerged as a young musical prodigy. Immersed in music his entire life, Drayton naturally gravitated toward singing, drumming and dancing. It’s not necessarily surprising considering his father can also play multiple instruments, is part of one of the most legendary groups in music history, Public Enemy, and a member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
Earlier this week, Drayton—who has adopted the stage name JRD (J-R-D)—appeared in his first official music video alongside former child actor Corey Feldman. Titled “Here Comes Halloween,” the playful song finds Drayton dressed as A Nightmare Before Christmas character Jack Skellington and going trick or treating with his little friends.
On Friday (October 27), Flavor Flav shared a clip of the video to his Instagram page and applauded his young son for the new song and video. He wrote in the caption, ” My son Jordan is a superstar. Here Comes Halloween, featuring Corey Feldman and my son Jordan Drayton.”
Drayton’s mother and Flavor Flav’s former manager, Kate Gammell, tells AllHipHop, ” Jordan wanted to do a Halloween song and Corey was really the most perfect person. He’s done all these amazing Halloween movies and Jordan really looks up to him as a person. We are friends with Corey. Jordan loves watching him dance, sing and loves The Lost Boys. Corey is the nicest with Jordan. Was so happy that he did the song and video with Jordan. I loved to see them play the guitar together and sing.”
Flavor Flav, who’s the father to seven children, hasn’t always appeared to be so supportive. According Gammell, they struggled in the beginning to establish paternity. In 2020, she was forced to sell Flavor Flav merch in an effort to provide some financial relief. At the time, Flav had yet to acknowledge kinship to the child—despite a paternity test stating otherwise.
“When I told him I was pregnant with his child, Flavor let me go and I was left with thousands of dollars of Flavor Flav merch that I had purchased with my own money,” Gammell explained. “Jordan is not getting any child support from Flavor and I needed money for Jordan’s everyday needs. So, I decided to pull out the merch and sell it to help my son and give a percentage to Children’s Hospital. I doubt I will recoup the money that I put into this, but I don’t care, as any money towards Jordan’s needs is important. The support for Jordan has been fantastic so far.”
While the situation has still been tumultuous over the years, Flavor Flav’s recent show of support for his toddler son is a promising sign. Flav is also now paying child support as well.
Former Los Angeles Laker Dwight Howard is addressing allegations he sexually assaulted someone. In a statement sent to AllHipHop.com, the Atlanta native and his team explained how a recent lawsuit filed by the alleged victim is nothing more than an attempt at a cash grab.
“This is a civil case that was made public for profit,” the statement reads. “In this case, the accuser is solely suing Dwight Howard and has refrained from suing the other party in which he claims to be involved. It is important to know that these matters were never about sexual assault. This was merely about money and greed. Such individuals, have made continuous attempts to elicit payment from Dwight. This has resulted in intimidation of not only Dwight, his family and friends have also been targeted as well.
“The accuser took to social media, only after being ignored by Howard. Over the duration of several years the accuser has set out to hire attorneys whom either declined the case or dropped the case after payment from Dwight was denied. Dwight hopes that people spend as much time covering his innocence, his numerous ventures to improve the lives of people through his global initiatives, his efforts to improve the quality of life of all people, despite race, creed, culture, sex, sexual orientation, and others.”
Howard has been accused of the sexual assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment of another man. Consequently, that man, Stephen Harper, is suing the NBA All-Star. Howard denies the allegations, saying he and Harper met on social media and eventually had consensual sex with a third man dressed in women’s clothing named “Kitty.”
Howard’s team insists Harper is desperate for money. The statement continues, “Through efforts like his 750 acre farm, his community outreach, and his 18yr track record of global philanthropy, Dwight looks forward to fans, viewers and spectators alike to focus their time and energy on what matters, which are the positive endeavors that Dwight is actively working on for community, with negativity as the least important focus. In the past, people have tried to take advantage of Dwight, by attempting to use blackmail for money by fabricating stories and taking advantage of his kind nature.
“By taking immediate action, Dwight’s legal team is aggressively pursuing anyone who is online or otherwise attempting to go after his name with false claims. Dwight strongly empathizes with any real cases of sexual assault and believes that fabricated stories as such make it difficult for the real victims of true crimes to come forth. Assault has never been an element in Dwight’s character and he has never sexually assaulted ANYONE. The insensitivity of the individuals making such claims to damage his reputation is unfortunate. However, Howard plans to continue to live his life with grace and not let such false claims ruin his joy + spirit.”
Howard’s sexual preference was previously unknown by the general public until Harper’s bombshell lawsuit.
Eminem is more than just an outstanding MC—he’s also an entrepreneur. Outside of his work within the music industry, the anointed “Rap God” has ventured into the food, dining and entertainment space.
In 2021, Slim Shady opened a Mom’s Spaghetti restaurant in Detroit, Michigan. The eatery, which started as a pop-up shop and evolved into a thriving brick-and-mortar, is named after a lyric from Eminem’s 2002 Oscar-winning song, “Lose Yourself.”
The restaurant is so popular, Eminem has released a 25-ounce packaged pasta sauce and is selling it to the world via the brand’s website. The announcement was made on the company’s Twitter page with the caption, “IT’S ALL READY #MomsSpaghetti pasta sauce is now available! http://momsspaghetti.com.”
The restaurant added a sneak peek of the jar in the accompanying commercial: “Detroit’s finest! #MomsSpaghetti pasta sauce is now available to enjoy at home!!! #LuckyYou http://momsspaghetti.com.”
The sauce hit the market on Thursday (October 26) and orders will start shipping on Monday (October 30.) Eminem and his longtime manager, Paul Rosenberg, partnered with Detroit-based restaurant group Union Joints to set up the flagship location and create the sauce.
Mom’s Spaghetti began as a pop-up restaurant at St. Andrew’s Hall in Detroit in 2017 and coincided with the release of Eminem’s Revival album.
“This has been quite an exciting past few years in pasta,” Rosenberg said in a statement. “It all began in an experimental pop-up shop around the release of the ‘Revival’ album in 2017. The initial feedback was incredible so we decided to take it on the road during Em’s 2019 festival run, and that all led up to the opening of Mom’s Spaghetti in Detroit. The massive response to the restaurant made us realize that there’s a market out there for our sauce, so we spent the last year working on how we could get it to people without having to come all the way to Detroit.”
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Shady Records partnered with Union Joints to provide Mom’s Spaghetti to frontline caregivers at eight hospitals. They also assisted at the TCF Center (formerly Cobo Hall) in Detroit, where COVID-19 vaccinations were administered. This initiative not only celebrated the brand’s association with Eminem but also supported those tirelessly working during these challenging times.
Apparently, there’s a new way to track rappers such as G Herbo‘s movements—and not it’s not on any weird, Apple airtag tracker planting type s### either. Still kind of suspect, though.
A TikTok creator who happens to be an AirBnB host is under the impression that G Herbo stayed at his property due to the graveyard of Air Force 1s left behind after a rental. And I know what you are thinking, there can’t be any way bro seriously thinks he can confirm G Herbo’s presence solely off of some Nikes that wouldn’t fit into a couple carry-on bags.
However, from the looks of the first 10 seconds of the video, there are upwards of 13 AF1s just chilling in the walk-in closet and bathroom and common areas. And the joints are like near mint or better, none of them look like they’ve ben worn more than three times. For all my sneakerheads out there, looks like the stars are still on the outsole so you know it’s real.
Not to mention the number of white tees, snap back and fitted hats left behind definitely screams “rapper tendencies” and is very on-brand with G Herbo’s normal drip. The Nike Tech suit also seems like a dead giveaway. And the crib is also nice, with a private pool and all that.
Kanye West’s daughter, North West, has pulled out a Halloween costume in honor of her famous father. Taking to TikTok, North danced along to “Can’t Tell Me Nothing,” “I Wonder” and “American Boy” dressed in a similar bear costume featured on TheCollege Dropout album cover.

Some fans remember Kanye West’s 2004 debut, The College Dropout, as one of the best works Ye ever offered the world. So, they were delighted to see his daughter paying tribute.
“I’m glad she doesn’t let her mom and dad issues stop her from still loving him,” a comment read.
Someone wrote, “It’s cute how she’s her dad biggest fan.”
“She is actually such a cool kid . I’m glad she celebrates her father’s influence the way that she does,” another person said on the tweet.
The College Dropout was released on February 10, 2004 via Def Jam Recordings and Roc-A-Fella Records. Production was primarily handled by Kanye West and showcased his “chipmunk soul” musical style, which made use of sped-up, pitch shifted vocal samples from soul and R&B records. Features include Jay-Z, Mos Def, Jamie Foxx, Syleena Johnson and Ludacris, among others.
The College Dropout debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, selling more than 441,000 copies in its first week of sales. It became Kanye West’s best-selling album in the U.S. at the time, with domestic sales of more than 3.4 million copies by 2014. It was certified 4x-platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in 2020. The project included “Slow Jamz”, which became his first No. 1 single as a lead artist. Revisit the project below.
Travis Scott appeared on Saturday Night Live in 2018, but old promo videos for the episode have people talking five years later. Earlier this week, a clip of Scott appearing alongside Awkwafina and former SNL cast member Cecily Strong made the rounds, leading people to wonder if he has a drug problem. In the clip, Scott struggles to keep his eyes open and seems to drift off a few times.
While some assumed he was just stoned, others were concerned it was something much more nefarious. As one person wrote, ““Yaaaa i never done no sh## like this on just weed…hoping he doesn’t OD like other rappers cos clearly he don’t got anyone who cares enough to stop him from doing this on live television.”
Another questioned: “He can barely keep his eyes open , you sure he just smokes weed?” while yet another added, “This high is not from a plant, this high from something made in a lab.”
Travis Scott appeared on the October 6, 2018 episode of SNL, where he performed “SICKO MODE” and “SKELETONS / ASTROTHUNDER.” His catalog is littered with drug and alcohol references—he even has a song called “Drugs You Should Try It.” But in an interview with In Camera, he denied drugs were part of his creative process.
“I don’t do a lot of drugs, s### so I don’t even know,” Scott said at the time. “I only think that real drugs are like crack, heroin, and f###ing, like, you know, meth. S### that really gets you f###ed up, s### that really gets you tweakin’. If you ain’t doing that, you ain’t doing drugs.”
He added, “I think that’s weak people need all that weird s### just to, like, tap into their f###ing brain. Knowledge is power, drugs [are] just, like, a mental cool down. It just put me at ease. I don’t tap into drugs to say what’s on my mind. I can do that s### sober. I am a drug, sober.”
Three years earlier, Scott also told Billboard: “It stresses me out because people think I’m on a lot of drugs, which f###ing p##### me off. I’m not at all. I barely drink alcohol and I smoke weed kind of. But I don’t do coke or any of that crazy-ass s###.”
Madonna is currently on The Celebration Tour, bringing her iconic catalog to her millions of fans around the world. Now 65, The Material Girl has faced scrutiny for the alleged plastic surgery she’s had to keep her youthful appearance. 50 Cent, her longtime nemesis, has been one of Madonna’s most outspoken critics.
On Friday (October 27), the rapper-turned-television mogul shared a side-by-side image of Madonna on stage and a cartoon ant to his Instagram page. He wrote across it, “WTF” then added in the caption, “”Who the f### did this? She’s rich how the hell she didn’t get it fixed. I want the fvcking doctors name right now. I mean damn it man ! LOL.”
Fans of Madonna quickly hopped in the comment section to defend their queen, citing her monstrous success in the music industry. One wrote: “Madonna is the best selling female artist of all time, behind only The Beatles, MJ, and Elvis for best selling artist of all time. She’s also the highest grossing female performer of all time. Trash her all you want, but you can’t take those accomplishments away.
“You also look foolish, as do those jumping on the trash Madonna bandwagon. When you can get up at 65, still bust moves, still sound good, and still sell out shows, your opinions may be valid. Until then, take a seat… or not, and keep sounding like misogynistic crybabies. 50 years from now, the world will still know of and love Madonna, while you’ll just be remembered as the out of shape guy who greats like Dre, Mary J, ‘Em, and Snoop had as a side piece to their Super Bowl show.”
Of course, 50 Cent has ridiculed Madonna before, leading the pop star to defend herself online. In 2021, he took aim at one of Madonna’s sultry photo shoots. The pictures featured Madonna in some precarious positions, including being sprawled out facedown under a bed in nothing but fishnet stockings and high heels. 50 Cent took a screenshot of the pose and posted it to his Instagram page with the caption, “Yo this is the funniest s###! LOL. That’s Madonna under the bed trying to do like a virgin at 63. she shot out, if she don’t get her old ass up. LMFAO.”
Although 50 Cent issued an apology, Madonna called him out anyway and accused him of being sexist, ageist and misogynistic.
“You were trying to shame me,” she said. “You were trying to humiliate me. Yeah, your apology is fake. It’s b####### and it’s not valid. Let me just hit those four or five points about your apology being invalid. Number one, it’s not hard to find footage of you and me hanging out. Number two, an apology is not valid if you don’t know what you’re apologizing for. What you should be apologizing for is your misogynistic, sexist, ageist behavior and remarks.
“Number three, you didn’t hurt my feelings ’cause I don’t take it personally. I could never take it personally because you’re not coming from an enlightened place. Number four, you say that you’re not benefiting from it. Of course you’re benefiting from it. That is what social media is all about. You do understand that right?”
It appears Rick Ross refuses to take his foot off of DJ Envy’s neck. The Miami-bred recording artist had something to say about the Queens-bred radio personality’s current legal situation.
Since that time, several people accused DJ Envy of being involved in an alleged Ponzi scheme with his business partner, self-described real estate expert Cesar Pina. Federal authorities recently arrested Pina for wire fraud.
DJ Envy has repeatedly denied taking part in any illegal activity with Cesar Pina, and his attorney claimed the Hampton University graduate is actually a victim in the case. The Breakfast Club host is reportedly cooperating with investigators.
Rick Ross reflected on his dispute with DJ Envy while appearing on The Morning Hustle with longtime musical partner Meek Mill. Additionally, Ross addressed the real estate scam allegations against the DJ Clue protégé.
“That’s a little dude, that’s a little guy. As you can see, he wasn’t on his A-game. He should’ve just bowed out, tapped out… which he done did now,” replied Ross when Lore’l asked him about his back-and-forth with Envy.
The Maybach Music Group founder also added, “Back to the scams and the victims. You should have the victims up here, the old ladies who may be outside in the cold this winter.”
“I’m sure everybody in the heroin trap gonna say we ain’t have nothing to do with it neither. That’s how we do it,” said Rick Ross. As of press time, the feds have not arrested or charged DJ Envy with any crimes.
The trial over the murder of the renowned rapper Young Dolph has taken an unexpected turn now that Judge Lee Coffee, who was initially presiding over the case, has been ordered to step down by the Court of Criminal Appeals.
This decision has added another layer of complexity to an already high-profile and emotionally charged case.
Young Dolph was shot and killed in November 2021 in Memphis as he shopped for cookies at his favorite bakery, Makeda’s Homemade Cookies.
Four individuals, Justin Johnson, Jermarcus Johnson, Cornelius Smith, and Hernandez Govan, have been charged in connection with his murder.
The reasons behind Judge Coffee’s recusal stem from a dispute involving one of the defendants, Justin Johnson, also known by his rap alias “Straight Drop.”
Upon discovering this, Judge Coffee reportedly contacted the chief jailer and ordered Johnson to be placed in administrative isolation, despite the jail’s conclusion that Johnson hadn’t violated any rules by recording the song.
This action made Johnson’s lawyers question Judge Coffee’s impartiality, prompting him to request the judge’s recusal. Although Judge Coffee initially declined this request, the decision was later appealed.
The Court of Criminal Appeals, in its ruling, stated that “it would appear to a reasonable person that Judge Coffee has a prejudice of a personal character directed at the defendant.”
With Judge Coffee’s departure from the case, the trial will now be overseen by a new judge. This means that Justin Johnson, along with co-defendants Jermarcus Johnson, Cornelius Smith, and Hernandez Govan, will face a different judge the next time they appear in a Shelby County courtroom.

Two individuals were shot during the incident. While one person succumbed to their injuries and was declared dead by Friday morning, Big Mota was rushed to the Regional One Hospital in critical condition.

U.K. drill rapper Stormzy has taken his stance on the Israel-Hamas conflict. According to a social media post, he chose neither side but has aligned himself with the people of Palestine, who he believes are being underserved and under-supported.
“Free Palestine,” he began. “In the future, if there is ever a clear injustice in the world, no matter how big or small, 100 times out of 100 I will be on the side of the oppressed. Unequivocally. As I always have been. Social media is a brilliant way to stand up for what is right, there are also a whole load of other ways to do this.”
Many of his 3.4 million Instagram followers said they were pleased to hear him say something.
“There’s many people on Social Media with mass following who are two scared to say anything,” one person wrote. “Respect to you for number 1. Free Palestine and let us continue to be their voice as they don’t have one.”
Another person commented, “Love you from Palestine, bro! Even though it’s been hard understanding the dialect because we’re not very much exposed to it here, but I enjoy your music and it always manages to get me in a good mood. Bless you bro.”
Yet another added, “Thanks. As a Jewish English guy who loves your music, I say ‘stop the genocide in Gaza, Free Palestine” one more person said in solidarity.
Stormzy also said he was expanding his life. In addition to using his voice to help others, he’s starting to play golf, chess and padel. He also said he’s in the market to get himself a new hairline and buy a black horse.

Naturally, Eminem fans stepped in to try to to knock Drake down a peg. Em’s Stans wanted to ensure people understood Drake is not the best-selling rapper in the world.
They pointed to the RIAA’s website, which stated that the “Lose Yourself” rapper, Eminem, holds the No. 19 position among the highest RIAA-certified artists, making him the first rapper to achieve the feat.
Eminem boasts an impressive 61.5 million units sold, while Drake follows closely with 41.5 million units sold, securing his spot at No. 37. It’s important to note Drake is celebrating is digital unit sales, which is entirely different from what artists who actually had to sell physical copies had to do to hit RIAA records.
LL COOL J, journalist/photographer Vikki Tobak and Rock The Bells editorial director Alec Banks released the new coffee table book, The Streets Win, earlier this month. Published by Rizzoli Books, the 336-page book contains dozens of essays and interviews by Hip-Hop’s elite and images from some of the culture’s most celebrated photographers—from Grandmaster Flash, Kurtis Blow, MC Sha-Rock, Chuck D and KRS-One to Nas, Eminem and Dr. Dre. Tobak made sure to sprinkle multiple never-before-seen photographs of legendary artists in between pages, including one of Nas.
“The Eminem, Nas and Dr. Dre essays are almost like their own books because they don’t talk to the press that often,” Tobak tells AllHipHop. “They also don’t talk to the press about those really personal moments. I feel like they got really vulnerable in this book. I also tried to make sure that the photography for all the artists—but especially for those really vulnerable essays—really matched.
“With Nas, for example, the photo is one that’s never been published. It’s by this Japanese photographer who lived in New York in the ’90s. Nas is sitting on this brown couch with his headband askew. I thought it really embodies perhaps the uncertainty of that time. Someone said it looks like he’s playing a video game, but in my mind, I was like no, it looks like he’s pondering life and in deep thought, instead of playing World of Warcraft [laughs].”
The book also contains several rare pieces of ephemera, including vintage Hip-Hop flyers and handwritten lyric sheets. While the final product came together beautifully, there were some hurdles. As Tobak explains, “In the year of Hip-Hop 50, everyone was being pulled in a million different directions. Everyone was kind of saying no to most things.
“There was a lot of debate about who gets celebrated, who gets left out and who needs to be brought back into the conversation. So all of that was happening while I was doing the book, and that’s why you see a really good mix of big name and some obscure names. Creating this in a year of a lot of noise about the history and storytelling, and who gets it and who is left out was definitely the biggest challenge.”
Having LL COOL J behind the project, however, was a huge asset. He was able to connect Banks and Tobak with people who perhaps they couldn’t have reached on their own—like Eminem and Dr. Dre. She believes it’s a testament to who LL COOL J is at his core.
“People sometimes say don’t meet your heroes, but I think he’s an exception,” she says. “I only just met him recently, even though we’ve been in the same rooms and stuff for a long time. He, of course, was like a childhood hero of mine, and he’s just one of those really special people where you understand how he became the first artist signed to Def Jam at 16. I see what it was because it’s still there. It’s that thing you can’t quite put your finger on; you’re born with it. He is a performer and a big idea person in every way. He approached the book in the same way.”

Yes, we are talking about Bobbi Althoff, and yes Lil Yachty appears to have pressed Funny Marco about their relationship. In a surprising turn of events, Lil Boat has seemingly uncovered Marco as the prime suspect for nurturing the seeds that sprouted the “industry plant” podcaster Althoff and her budding career.
Not only that, Yachty seemingly accused Marco of being jealous of his alleged creation. However, neither of those tidbits are the major scoop of the clip. Apparently, Althoff just secured a major bag and has a bombshell interview on the way following her debacle with Drake.
Could this new interview be even bigger than her recent efforts with Drizzy, Marco and Yachty combined? I guess we’ll find out. Peep the full interview below.
