AMOS Pictures announced Thursday that Leaving Neverland II: Surviving Michael Jackson, a follow-up to the controversial 2019 documentary, will air on Britain’s Channel 4 on March 18.

Directed once again by Dan Reed, the 49-minute film will revisit the legal journeys of Wade Robson and James Safechuck, who claim Jackson sexually abused them as children.

The two men are currently pursuing a lawsuit against Jackson’s companies, arguing they failed to protect them. A potential trial date has been suggested for November 2026.

Jackson, who died at 50 in 2009, denied any wrongdoing throughout his life, and his estate has consistently refuted the accusations. Despite the vehement pushback from his representatives and loyal supporters, the upcoming sequel promises to explore the ongoing legal saga that has spanned more than a decade.

According to a synopsis of the film, Leaving Neverland II documents “Wade Robson and James Safechuck on their decade-long quest to have their day in court against Michael Jackson’s companies.”

Filmed over five years, the documentary provides an intimate look at their experiences, their families, and the legal twists and turns of their battle for accountability.

The first installment of Leaving Neverland, which aired in 2019 on HBO, sparked a firestorm of controversy, igniting debates over Jackson’s legacy.

EXCLUSIVE: Diddy Takes Aim At Search Warrants, Claims Feds Had ‘Freak-Off’ Tapes Before Raids

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal team is gunning for the government’s search warrants, arguing federal agents misled the court and hid crucial evidence, including what his attorneys call “freak-off” tapes that they claim prove alleged victims were willing participants.

Mr. Combs’s residences, his electronic devices, and his person—and it presented a grossly distorted picture of the facts.”

The filing contends that federal agents omitted key evidence that undermined their case, including text messages between alleged victims and the hip-hop mogul.

“The warrant applications presented a grossly distorted picture of reality,” his lawyer Alexandra A.E. Shapiro explained. “The government had in its possession, for example, a variety of evidence…suggesting Victim-1’s participation in the alleged ‘freak-offs’ (FOs) was voluntary and consensual, not coerced as the government suggested in its applications.”

Diddy, who has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since his September arrest, is facing RICO and sex trafficking charges.

Prosecutors allege he ran a criminal enterprise centered around drugs, sex trafficking, and obstruction of justice.

But his attorneys argue that the warrants used to arrest him and seize his digital devices, iCloud accounts, and even his Park Hyatt hotel room were overly broad and unconstitutional.

The motion blasts federal agents for allegedly omitting exculpatory evidence in their warrant applications.

“The government hid evidence undermining these witnesses’ credibility and presented misleading and selective accounts. We are not dealing here with omission of a few ancillary facts. This is a case of systematic deception,” Shapiro claimed. “The warrant applications were ‘calculated to mislead,’ omitting ‘clearly critical’ evidence.”

Diddy’s team is pushing for a Franks hearing—a legal proceeding to determine whether the government deliberately misled the judge when obtaining the search warrants.

His attorneys claim the probable cause statements were “intentionally misleading” and that authorities “leaked damaging information” before executing what they describe as “military-style raids” on his properties.

In particular, the motion zeroes in on what prosecutors have labeled as key evidence: alleged “freak-off” tapes, which the government claims document Diddy’s involvement in sex trafficking.

The defense argues these recordings were in federal custody before agents raided his homes and should have been disclosed earlier.

“The government’s obstruction allegations were based largely on texts and statements taken out of context,” Shapiro added, further alleging that nearly every witness against Diddy had “a financial motive to fabricate or embellish.”

The government, however, has previously countered that Diddy has engaged in a pattern of witness tampering, including using other inmates’ phone privileges, leveraging social media to influence public opinion and attempting to pay off witnesses.

A judge denied his $50 million bail offer, citing concerns that he could obstruct justice if released.

But Diddy’s legal team insists the government cherry-picked evidence to fit its narrative, claiming that “the misrepresentations and misleading omissions in the warrants are frequent and patterned.”

The court has yet to rule whether it will grant a Franks hearing or suppress evidence obtained from the searches.

If successful, Diddy’s motion could significantly weaken the government’s case ahead of his May 2025 trial.

North Carolina rapper Goldmouf Famgoon claims he recently had a physical altercation with Jeezy. The Ralo affiliate took to his Instagram Stories over the weekend, writing, “I just kicked @jeezy ass!!” He used Jeezy’s single “My Hood” as the background music.

He later explained in a follow-up post that the alleged dispute was over money.

“When I got out of prison I gave Jeezy 50k for a business deal,” he added. “He ran off with the money and never gave me the money back. So here we are.” He also included a photo of his bloody hand with the caption, “Just a little cut.”

Goldmouf expounded on the topic in a video, saying, “That was personal, homie, that was street s###. Miss me with all that fanned out ass s###. All you n##### that got opinions, you n##### never even had $50K a day in your life. You n##### never had 50 bands to even know how it feel for a n#### to run off with your motherf*ukin’ 50 bands. Do I look like I’m f###### broke?”

If the allegation is true, Jeezy hasn’t posted anything publicly about it. In fact, he hasn’t uploaded anything to Instagram since early January. People in the comment section are demanding proof of the incident, but it has yet to materialize.

But Goldmouf insists he’s telling the truth. As he said in yet another Instagram Stories post, “I did 17 years…I came out and ain’t ask NO FAVORS!! I paid my homie and he played. So I wanted my money back or shoot me my one. Simple. Y’all argue wit ya self.”

Goldmouf Fangoon— real name Amir Butler—grew up in poverty on Duncan Block in Macon, Georgia. At 13, he was charged with a double homicide and dropped out of school in the sixth grade, turning to street life. In 2002, he was sentenced to 35 years in prison for attempted murder in Florida and ultimately served nearly 20 years behind bars.

As for Goldmouf Fangoon’s music career, he formed the Young Gunz Ent record label with Kinky B and Jeezy before his incarceration. He released tracks like “Hell in the ATL” with fellow artists Sedric “Ced Black” Peavy and Gary “G-Money” Ivey. During his prison term, he wrote two books, including one about the beef between Gucci Mane and Jeezy.

Goldmouf was released from prison in 2023 and has been working on his music career since. His upcoming album, Now or Never, is said to feature a collaboration with Jeezy. Martin Shkreli escaped court sanctions earlier this week in his ongoing legal fight with PleasrDAO, the crypto collective that now owns Once Upon a Time in Shaolin, the ultra-rare Wu-Tang Clan album he bought in 2015.

Judge Pamela K. Chen ruled that while Shkreli’s sluggish compliance with court orders had been frustrating and drawn out, his actions did not meet the legal bar for bad faith necessary to impose sanctions.

PleasrDAO had sought penalties, including attorney’s fees, after accusing Shkreli of delaying disclosures about how he distributed unauthorized copies of the one-of-a-kind album.

Shkreli’s legal troubles stem from allegations that he wrongfully leaked portions of the Wu-Tang project after selling it as part of a government asset seizure.

A court injunction required him to hand over all copies and fully disclose any previous unauthorized sharing, but filings show that he initially provided incomplete details, sparking contempt motions and a lengthy legal back-and-forth.

At a November 2024 hearing, Shkreli conceded that he had shared music from the Wu-Tang album with multiple people but failed to provide a comprehensive list of recipients.

He also acknowledged using social media and email to send files but admitted he had not thoroughly searched those platforms as required by the court.

Despite the delays and inconsistencies, Judge Chen ruled that his conduct didn’t justify sanctions, writing that standards for bad faith are high and penalties are reserved for “extreme cases.”

The saga of Once Upon a Time in Shaolin stretches back nearly a decade to when Wu-Tang Clan secretly recorded and produced the album over six years as a statement on art’s value in the streaming age.

Wu-Tang sold it in 2015 to Shkreli—then the widely criticized CEO of Turing Pharmaceuticals, who had infamously jacked up the price of a life-saving drug—for $2 million under a contract barring public release for 88 years.

Shkreli, already reviled for his pharma dealings, made the album’s acquisition even more infamous by teasing snippets on social media and publicly flaunting his possession of it.

His legal downfall came two years later when he was convicted of securities fraud, leading the federal government to seize his assets, including the album In 2021, PleasrDAO purchased the record for an undisclosed sum, positioning it as an important cultural artifact.

But the group soon accused Shkreli of leaking parts of it in defiance of legal agreements, triggering the latest courtroom battle. Court records detail Shkreli’s repeated failures to fully account for where album copies had gone.

At one point, he blamed missing tracks on misplaced belongings and disorganization from his prison stint, though the court found those claims dubious.

Throughout the lawsuit, Shkreli’s responses were riddled with new discrepancies. By late 2024, he finally admitted that at least eight more people had received copies—contradicting his previous claims.

His last-minute compliance in February 2025 prevented him from facing penalties only after months of legal wrangling.

PleasrDAO argued that Shkreli had intentionally dragged his feet, noting his past boasts that he had leaked the album to as many as 50 people.

They pointed to social media posts where he distributed files to users who provided contact details. However, the judge ultimately ruled that his belated disclosures were sufficient to avoid sanctions.

While Shkreli sidestepped further punishment, this decision adds another chapter to the bizarre and drawn-out saga surrounding Hip-Hop’s most mysterious album and the legal battle to hold Martin Shkreli responsible for the leaks continues.

Method Man was fired up when defending his fallen Wu-Tang Clan brethren, Ol’ Dirty Bastard, in a recent Facebook post. As he explained, there was a meme going around asking people to choose who’d they get rid of—Method Man, Raekwon, Ol’ Dirty Bastard or Ghostface Killah.

Someone wrote in the comment section, “No disrespect but he already gone,” referring to ODB. But Method Man evidently felt otherwise and sprang into action.

“S### like this be pissing me off because anybody who disrespects ODB don’t get no respect from me. I don’t care if you’re a fan or just a plain damn hater and the original post to this comment was a post about me, Raekwon, ODB & Ghostface Killah saying ‘one gotta go.’ Don’t be out here sayin’ no disrespect and then disrespected my man ODB. That’s not how it works. You gotta put in the work, know the history and show some love.

Ol’ Dirty Bastard, born Russell Tyrone Jones, died on November 13, 2004, at the age of 35. He collapsed at his cousin RZA’s recording studio in Manhattan after complaining of chest pains1. ODB was pronounced dead before paramedics arrived at the scene1.

The cause of death was determined to be an accidental drug overdose36. An autopsy revealed that ODB had a lethal combination of cocaine and the prescription drug tramadol in his system at the time of his death. The New York medical examiner’s office officially deemed his death an accident. Tragically, ODB passed away just two days before his 36th birthday. His untimely death was a significant loss to the Hip-Hop community, particularly to his Wu-Tang Clan group members and fans worldwide.

Anyone familiar with Wu-Tang’s catalog knows Wu-Tang “ain’t nuthing ta f### wit.” Just last month, Method Man was accused of punching a man in his face seven times at a Staten Island gym. A report published by the New York Post on January 16) claimed Meth punched 28-year-old Patrick Sokoya, who used to date his daughter Cheyenne.

But Method Man’s representative, Nicole Perna, refuted the claims, stating he hadn’t been involved in any such incident: “Mr. Smith categorically denies the allegations as reported and has not been the subject of an arrest by any law enforcement agency,” Perna said in a statement. The New York Police Department also confirmed that no arrest report exists for the alleged incident.

Sokoya claimed he experienced facial pain and dizziness but declined medical treatment at the scene. Authorities later determined Method Man was struck first during the incident and no charges were filed.

Jay-Z’s legal team is striking back at attorney Tony Buzbee, filing a motion to dismiss his lawsuit that accuses Roc Nation and its attorneys of hatching a scheme to pay his former clients for dirt on the controversial lawyer.

The billionaire’s lawyer argues that Buzbee’s allegations are legally flimsy and built on baseless conspiracy claims rather than hard evidence.

Buzbee, a high-profile attorney with a track record of high-stakes litigation, initially sued Jay-Z’s Roc Nation, the law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, and attorney Marcy Croft.

He alleged they made a covert effort to persuade his former clients to take legal action against him, even accusing Roc Nation of deploying “shadowy operatives” who supposedly dangled financial incentives to lure them toward lawsuits.

The rapper and his legal team has fired back aggressively, calling the claims misguided and meritless.

The motion to dismiss emphasizes jurisdictional issues, pointing out that Croft and her firm, MJ Legal, are based in Mississippi and have no meaningful connection to Texas.

Attorneys for Jay-Z argue that Buzbee’s lawsuit is a performative public-relations stunt meant to shift attention away from his own legal entanglements.

One of the most striking revelations in the filing is the challenge to Buzbee’s claim that Jay-Z’s lawyers conspired with an investigator named “Jessica Santiago.”

His attorneys assert that no record exists of such a person, suggesting a fundamental flaw in Buzbee’s accusations.

This legal clash follows a larger feud that escalated after Buzbee filed a bombshell lawsuit on behalf of a Jane Doe, accusing Jay-Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl at a 2000 MTV afterparty.

That lawsuit, filled with shocking allegations, was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice on February 14, meaning it cannot be refiled.

Irv Gotti, the co-founder of Murder Inc. Records, died suddenly on February 5 at just 54 years old. His brother and Murder Inc. partner, Chris Gotti, is now left with a massive void he’ll never be able to fill.

While an exact cause of death has yet to be announced, Gotti—who struggled with Type 1 diabetes—suffered a stroke just days before he died. Chris recently sat down with Damon Dash and Mark Halperin for a frank discussion on health and wellness for an episode of 2 Way Tonight. During the conversation, Chris revealed his brother had a stroke while eating Chinese food while playing poker.

“He was diagnosed when he was in his 40s, but Irv doesn’t go to the doctor,” Chris said, matter-of-factly. “That’s why he was late being diagnosed. When he finally did go get a real physical and a check-up, they’re like, ‘You’re diabetic.’ […] Irv did go on his terms. He just didn’t believe it and basically he ate a bunch of Chinese food while playing poker and had a massive hemorrhagic stroke, which is bleeding in the brain.”

Chris Gotti went on to explain it wasn’t the diabetes that killed him, it was what the disease did to his body.

Dame Dash hopped in the conservation and praised Irv Gotti for “pushing” him his entire career to “make history.” He also pointed out he had all the money in the world, but couldn’t outrun his health.

He had all kinds of bread and food still killed him. What the explain is money cannot keep you alive. Power, having a crew, dressing well, none of that keeps you alive, but the thing that keeps me going, all the people that look at me as strong, I don’t want them to have to wash my behind. I couldn’t even fathom seeing Irv like that […] I wish he would have fought hard for his health […] When I lose people it makes me love life and appreciate it more.”

Bizzy Bone Onboard For Final Bone Thugs Album—Scarface & Bun B, Too?

Bizzy Bone has been somewhat estranged from Bone Thugs-n-Harmony over the last few years, a pattern that has persisted throughout his career. Often times when the legendary Cleveland-bred rap group is on the bill, it’s Krayzie, Layzie, Wish and Flesh who typically show up. In fact, it’s rare these days to see all five members on the same stage.

But it looks like that’s about to change. Over the last week, Bone Thugs—and Bizzy, in particular—has been sharing behind-the-scenes snaps of them hard at work on another album.

On Friday (February 21), Bizzy posted a handful of photos with the caption, “Bizzy walks in the studio daps everybody up drops a big ole bag uh dat medical and proceeds to go crazy. Now no music was ‘posed to be leaked…. (the fellas rules btw) everything was ‘supposed’ to be top secret (this was established during a meeting in control room , i did not say a thing) but you know the devil not gonna let that happen! Ya’ll know how the devil tries to p### bb off …. I didn’t give 1 hoover dam no way LET THEM HEAR!!”

Not only did Bizzy Bone confirm he would appear on the album, he also plugged a children’s project he’s working on, which is expected to arrive on September 12.

“I’m only there to destroy the booth , enjoy the moment and get home to my family. As an independent i do what want. I rap with who i please …. do guest appearances with who i want and when i want. LET THEM LISTEN! Idga hoot.

On Saturday (February 22), Bizzy Bone provided a second update and promised Bone Thugs’ day-one fans would be satisfied with the direction the album is going. He also revealed the group’s longtime collaborator DJ U-Neek would be part of the project.

U-Neek was signed to Ruthless Records along with Bone Thugs in the early ’90s and nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Rap Album at the 38th Annual Grammy Awards for his production duties on E. 1999 Eternal, Bone’s highest-selling album to date.

“This new record is reintroducing the NEW UNI-VERSE style,” Bizzy wrote. “Now we have perfected it. We wanted to give the people something new and innovative but also sticking to the roots. DJ UNEEK has reappeared per request! The fam base is going to appreciate this project. A lot going on this way!!!!! I have a lot of music in me.”

Other developments coming from the Bone Thugs camp include possible guest features from Bun B and the Geto Boys’ Scarface, who both popped up at the studio.

If everything goes according to plan, the next album will mark the first to feature all five members since 2010’s Uni5: The World’s Enemy. Both 2013’s The Art of War: World War III and 2017’s New Waves featured just some of the members due to various reasons.

The group’s success extended well into the late ’90s and early 2000s, with platinum-selling albums like The Art of War and BTNHResurrection, proving their staying power in an ever-evolving rap landscape. Their influence can be seen in the styles of many modern artists who incorporate fast flows and harmonized hooks, a testament to Bone Thugs’ innovation.

Despite internal conflicts and industry changes, the group has maintained a dedicated fanbase and continues to perform, cementing their status as hip-hop legends. Their impact on the genre is undeniable, influencing artists from Kendrick Lamar to Migos, and their legacy remains strong as one of the most distinctive and successful rap groups of all time.
