Diddy Accuser’s Lawyer Claims He Laced Baby Oil To Debilitate Victims

Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, an attorney representing a Diddy accuser, revealed more disturbing allegations against him in a NewsNation interview. The lawyer said Diddy had a sinister use for the baby oil seized by the feds.

Mitchell-Kidd indicated the oil was laced with drugs based on her research and client’s claims. Mitchell-Kidd is representing a woman who accused Diddy, his bodyguard and a third person of rape. The alleged victim said she was rendered helpless after Diddy squirted her with oil or a similar substance.

“She originally thought it was acid or something,” Mitchell-Kidd told NewsNation. “But then she realized it was some type of lubricant or oil. She actually didn’t specify even baby oil. She just said he just started squirting it at her, squirting it all over her body. After she was covered in all this oil, that’s when the attack began.

The attorney continued, “Over the course of [the assault], her body got more and more limp. And she couldn’t figure out, essentially, what was causing it. ‘Cause it wasn’t as if she was forced any drugs. She said she had a cup of water that she took a sip of and she knew immediately it wasn’t just water, but she only took a sip. She felt that whatever the liquid was being squirted on her had something in it that essentially debilitated her and her faculties.”

Diddy was arrested for sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution in September. Authorities said they seized more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant from his home in their investigation.

Mitchell-Kidd believed Diddy used oil and lubricant to facilitate sexual assault. Diddy’s former bodyguard Gene Deal made similar allegations in a separate interview.

“It seems that oil, in general, is used as a conduit for specific drugs like – for instance – GHB,” Mitchell-Kidd said. “So, in order to get that to topically take into somebody’s body, you need a conduit, which is typically oil. So, it seems to me that there were some types of drugs mixed into the oil, which is why he was dousing her.”

Diddy, who was denied bail, pleaded not guilty to his charges. He faces up to life in prison if convicted.

SIGNS: Lawyer Repping 120 Diddy Accusers Claims Other A-Listers Paying Off Victims

Big name celebrities are allegedly settling claims behind the scenes to avoid being publicly dragged into the explosive Diddy sex assault case, according to attorney Tony Buzbee.

Buzbee, who is representing over 120 of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ alleged victims, revealed to TMZ that his firm is giving some high-profile figures a chance to settle before the claims hit the courts.

“Some celebrities have opted to settle,” Buzbee said, explaining the approach his firm takes.

“In every single case, especially cases like this… because it’s in the best interests of the victim, we attempt to resolve these matters without the filing of a public lawsuit, and we’ve done that already with a handful of individuals, many of which you’ve heard of before.”

He’s not stopping there, though. Buzbee plans to file a wave of lawsuits, including on behalf of 25 minors, beginning this month. As a result, hrre revealed that demand letters have already been sent to others involved besides Combs.

“If you were there in the room, participated, watched it happen, and didn’t say anything or helped cover it up, in my view, you have a problem,” he stated firmly.

Buzbee hinted that the situation is far-reaching, saying, “A lot of people saw this activity going on, a lot of people allowed it to go on, said nothing, didn’t intervene… all of these individuals and entities have exposure.”

But for those expecting major celebrity names to be dropped immediately, Buzbee warned it won’t happen this week.

“Everyone is focused on what other celebrities were involved, who is going to be named, who is going to be outed. I don’t expect that to happen this week,” he admitted. “We want to make sure if we name individuals beyond Mr. Combs that we have done our homework because it is going to create a firestorm, and we understand that.”

Chris Brown Linked To Sage The Gemini Assault Allegations

A woman accused Sage the Gemini of sexually assaulting her at Chris Brown’s home in a police report filed on Monday (October 7). According to TMZ, the alleged victim said the incident occurred in September 2017.

The alleged victim said she was invited to Brown’s house after connecting with Sage via social media. She briefly met Brown and was told she needed to sign a non-disclosure agreement. The woman claimed Brown wasn’t there at the time of the alleged assault. She told police he had nothing to do with it other than it occurring at his home.

Sage, probably best known for his songs “Gas Pedal” and Red Nose,” denied the allegations on social media. He advised the woman to “find a new hustle.”

Brown’s name surfaced in Sage’s legal issues days after Investigation Discovery announced a documentary titled Chris Brown: A History of Violence. A new accuser will speak out against Brown in the doc.

Producer Roccstar, who’s worked with Brown on several albums, defended the controversial singer ahead of the documentary’s release.

“For somebody to be taking their time to try and put salt in his game is crazy,” Roccstar said. “I’m lost. Like what? Why are we—we’re trying to go find victims now? I think that’s unbelievable. That’s literally … trying to do everything you can to bring him down. You can’t stop the music. You can’t stop the talent.”

He added, “Why are we still talking about craziness? Now, it’s new victims … At some point in time, people are gonna have to really get lives and do something that matters.”

Chris Brown: A History of Violence is scheduled to premiere on October 27. The View’s Sunny Hostin will host a post-show discussion on Investigation Discovery.

Megan Thee Stallion & Roc Nation Get Mixed Results In “Salacious” Lawsuit

A California judge granted Megan Thee Stallion’s request to transfer her former cameraman Emilio Garcia’s lawsuit to New York. Judge Hernan Vera allowed the change of venue but refused Roc Nation’s bid to be removed from the case, per court documents obtained by legal affairs journalist Meghann Cuniff.

“Viewing the complaint in a light most favorable to plaintiff, as the court muse for purposes of this motion, the court finds that plaintiff has plausibly alleged a joint employer relationship,” the judge ruled. “The court can draw the reasonable inference that Roc Nation, who had the ability to fire plaintiff and control how plaintiff was paid, may be considered a joint employer … Dismissal at this stage is improper.”

Garcia sued Megan for harassment and multiple labor violations in April 2024. The lawsuit accused Megan of forcing Garcia to watch her have sex on a work trip.

“On or around June 2022, plaintiff was traveling on tour with Stallion in Ibiza, Spain,” the lawsuit claimed. “After a night out, plaintiff, Stallin and three other women were riding in a SUV together. Suddenly, Stallion and one of the other women start having sex right beside Plaintiff. Plaintiff could not get out of the car as it was both moving and he was in the middle of nowhere in a foreign country. Plaintiff was embarrassed, mortified and offended throughout the whole ordeal. The following day, Stallion inquired whether plaintiff was in the SUV the previous night. Plaintiff confirmed that he was in the SUV. Subsequently, Stallion instructed, ‘Don’t ever discuss what you saw.’ Stallion berated and directed her fat-shaming comments towards plaintiff such as ‘Fat b####, ‘Spit your food out,’ and that ‘You don’t need to be eating.’”

Megan’s lawyers disputed Garcia’s “unfounded salacious” allegations. Her legal team said Garcia made up “sensationalist claims of sex, debauchery and workplace harassment” to seek attention and tarnish her reputation.

“Plaintiff is a con artist who is manipulating the judicial system to act as his publicist and bullhorn in a desperate attempt to boost his failed singing career while trying to tear down the successful career of Megan thee Stallion,” her attorneys declared.

Roc Nation was named as Megan’s co-defendant in the lawsuit. Jay-Z’s label asked to be dismissed, insisting it was never Garcia’s employer. Judge Vera determined Garcia sufficiently established the possibility of Megan and Roc Nation’s joint employer relationship.

EXCLUSIVE: The Game Skips Hearing On House, Which Is One Step Closer To Being Sold

The Game missed an opportunity to explain why his Calabasas home shouldn’t be sold to satisfy a debt owed to Priscilla Rainey, who accused him of sexual battery. According to records obtained by AllHipHop, The Game didn’t attend an October 7 court date regarding the matter despite the threat of losing his house.

“The court notes that the judgment debtor failed to appear or alert the court of the non-appearance,” a minutes entry noted. “The court will issue an order to show cause re: sanctions this week.”

Rainey was a contestant on The Game’s VH1 dating show She’s Got Game. She sued The Game for sexual battery over an off-camera incident in 2015. Rainey was awarded roughly $7 million in the case but struggled to collect the money from the rapper.

“Don’t be fooled by these accusations or the dollar amount in the headlines cause I put that on my favorite aunties poodle this broad ain’t gettin s###!” The Game wrote on Instagram in 2016. “Every girl on that show will tell u I never touched this chick or ever desired to be anywhere near her. She got kicked off the show & as a result she filed this lame lawsuit which was probably her intentions before the show was ever even started. She was begging for my attention the entire time we shot the show & was given the ultimate Major League Baseball CURVE ball so that upset her & made her lil wee wee hard so she did what all chicks like her do when life gives them no other options…. They sue you!”

Rainey asked a California court to force The Game to sell his home to pay off his debt. She hired a private investigator to track him down, refusing to back down from collecting her $7 million judgment. A judge scheduled a hearing for October 7, but The Game continued ignoring the case.

A$AP Rocky Believes Rihanna “Fell In Love” With Him At A 2012 Video Shoot

A$AP Rocky is opening up about the history of his relationship with Rihanna, recalling the first time they locked eyes and the place where she fell in love with him.

During a new cover story for W Magazine, photographed by the Fenty mogul, the A$AP Mob rapper revealed they were shooting in the very same location where the mother of his two sons fell in love with him.

“This is very special because this is the first place she fell in love with me,” Rocky said of the Mercer Hotel in New York City. “Virgil Abloh shot the music video for ‘Fashion Killa’ in 2012, and that was the same couch where Rihanna and I sat in the first scene.”

However, according to A$AP Rocky, he knew Rihanna was the woman for him following a chance encounter years earlier, before his rise to fame in the music industry.

“I was kicked out of this nightclub,” he recalled. “They wasn’t giving me no access to it. This is when I’m just starting out, so nobody knows me. I was with Matthew Williams and Virgil. I was getting into it with the bouncers, and she came out. We just locked eyes. She didn’t even know us, but she was like, ‘Yo! Why y’all not letting him in? What’s wrong with you?! Let that man in!’ ”

Meanwhile, A$AP Rocky fans have been waiting for him to release his first album in six years, Don’t Be Dumb. The project has been delayed twice with Rocky blaming “leaks and sample clearances” for “disrupting” his August release.

“ITS BEEN 6 YEARS & I WANNA MAKE THE BEST ALBUM EVER,” Rocky tweeted. “IM SORRY FOR THE WAIT.”

Kanye West & Bianca Censori Brush Off Divorce Rumors With Tokyo Shopping Trip

Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori put on an amorous display while out on a shopping trip in Japan amid rumors the couple is headed for divorce after less than two years of marriage.

Rumblings about the state of their relationship surfaced online as West has not been photographed with his wife in weeks. The couple’s frequent outings regularly made headlines, sparking speculation of a rift.

However, despite rumors the former Yeezy architect had fled to be with her family in Australia, she was photographed with Ye in Tokyo on Monday night (October 7).

Images surfaced online of Kanye West and Bianca Censori packing on the PDA at a shopping mall. Censori gazed into West’s eyes and cradled his face while riding an escalator.

Other footage shows West and Censori in matching cream outfits walking through the mall arm in arm as they shopped.

Their Tokyo outing comes just days after reports that the couple had “hit a rough patch” in their marriage with plans for a divorce.

The couple hadn’t been pictured together for several weeks. On September 19, West and Censori were spotted in a Tokyo supermarket with two of West’s four kids: Saint, 8, and Psalm, 5.  They were then seen on another outing in the city the following day.

However, since then, West has been seen out in Japan on multiple occasions without his wife.

West and Censori have been making headlines since their marriage in December 2022. Censori has caused a stir with her risque outfits, often stepping out in public wearing very little. The couple also caused a sensation while in Italy last year, with locals condemning Censori’s attire and a boat company banning them for an apparent lewd act on a water taxi in Venice.

“Public Enemies: Kendrick Vs. Drake” Documentary Examines Epic Rap Battle

The rap battle between Kendrick Lamar and Drake dominated the Hip-Hop conversation for months, and now the feud is reportedly set to get the documentary treatment.

The epic clash is set to be brought to air with a new project from Britain’s Channel 4 titled Public Enemies: Kendrick vs Drake, according to Deadline. Using archival footage and interviews with friends and collaborators, the documentary will delve into the rapper’s origins and explore how they were shaped by their background. The documentary, produced by Acme Films and GroupM Motion Entertainment, will also spotlight their explosive battle and the resulting fallout.

In a statement, Shaminder Nahal, Head of Specialist Factual for Channel 4, said: “Public Enemies: Kendrick vs Drake is not just a biography; it’s a cultural exploration of two of the most influential voices in modern music. This documentary will delve into the unique journeys of Kendrick and Drake, examining how their backgrounds, talents, and visions have made them global icons.”

Acme Films also produced the 2017 documentary Public Enemies: Jay-Z v Kanye. In a press release, Creative Director Jaimie D’Cruz said the Kendrick Lamar vs Drake offering reflects a new era where the landscape has shifted, and rivalries are more pervasive.

“It’s only a few years since our previous Public Enemies film for Channel 4 explored the rivalry between Jay Z vs Kanye,” D’Cruz said. “But Public Enemies: Kendrick vs Drake feels like a story that takes place in a time when all the rules have changed, and beef is all around us.”

Drake On Fake Friends And Backstabbers

Meanwhile, Drake appeared to reflect on the battle with Kendrick Lamar during a recent appearance in Toronto.

“You’re gonna come to a point in life where people you thought were friends, or people you thought were close to you, they might switch up, they might try to move funny with you, they might stab you in the back, they might do a lot of things to you,” he shared.

“You’ll come to that realization,” Drake added. “Wherever you’re at in life, you’ve probably been there, and you’ll be there again. That’s how life is. But look, sometimes it’s you and you alone, by yourself. Sometimes it’s you alone with your thoughts.”

Kodak Black Goes All Out for Sexyy Red With An Unexpected Gift

Kodak Black is showing his appreciation for Sexyy Red, giving her a lavish surprise as they wrapped their recent tour.

The Pompano Beach, Florida native joined the “SkeeYee” hitmaker on the Sexyy Red 4 President Tour. After months on tour, kicking off in August, the duo’s spell on the road has ended. Concert footage shows Kodak Black and Sexyy Red having a blast together on stage.

In honor of their time on the road together, Black decided to surprise his touring partner with an extravagant gift, a luxury sprinter van with a red leather interior to match the rapper’s moniker.

In a video of the surprise, Sexyy Redd is stunned by Kodak Black’s sweet gesture. “Man stop playing,” she said while jumping up and down and hugging the rapper. “Is you lying to me?”

Earlier this year, Sexyy Red reached out to Kodak Black with an offer to join her tour after he complained about being lonely in a social media post.

“Now I understand nobody give af about me if I ain’t paying,” he wrote in August. “Lonely af out here bro.”

His post went viral, attracting the attention of Sexyy Red who replied on Instagram Live.

T.I. & Tiny’s Daughter Zonnique Slams Trolls Over King Harris Baby Shower Hate

T.I. and Tiny’s daughter Zonnique Pullins is coming to her brother King Harris’ defense over remarks about his recent baby shower.

On Sunday (October 6), King and his pregnant girlfriend, J’Nijah “Nana” Epps, hosted a baby shower for their unborn son. Footage of the blue and gold-themed celebration shared online attracted some harsh comments and King’s big sister wasn’t here for it.

Pullins took to her Instagram Story to call out the trolls for being in King’s business. She reposted an Instagram comment she had presumably written in response to the trolls.

“Most of y’all parents had y’all at the same age as king and literally raised adults who enjoy writing negative s### about a person they know in no capacity on a blog,” she wrote. “Y’all be safe though.”

She also added another comment, writing “Worry bout yours not mine boo.”

While many online congratulated King and his girlfriend, the couple also received some shade.

“She looks 30 and he looks 13,” one person wrote, while another added, “If he wasn’t T.I.’s son, he woulda been left on read.”

Others suggested Epps is only with King for the money and fame.

“She said ‘Just gimme my money’ in so many actions,” one said. “She’s actually pretty,” another person said before adding, “but she indeed saw a meal ticket having his baby!!”

Dame Dash Slammed Over Bizarre Conspiracy About JAY-Z & Diddy Mass-Spiking Drinks

Dame Dash is catching heat after posing a bizarre conspiracy theory that JAY-Z and Diddy were drugging the masses via their respective alcohol brands.

During an interview on his Nu America Network YouTube channel aired Wednesday (October 7), Dame shared his thoughts on the allegations against Diddy, honing in on claims he drugged attendees of his notorious “freak off” parties.

However, Dash took a strange leap, wandering slap-bang into conspiracy territory, theorizing that Diddy could have mass-produced spiked bottles of his previously owned Cîroc vodka and DeLeón tequila to feminize rappers.

“If he was knocking men out and they were waking up violated, he’s making somebody gay that doesn’t want to be gay,” Dame said. “So I’m like, what was in them drinks? And then I’m starting to think like damn, when did Hip-Hop start to lose its masculinity?  When did dudes, and again no disrespect to nobody, but like tough n##### started wearing dresses and pocket books.”

He added, “Maybe that could be the reason why Hip-Hop took a turn for the feminine,” before questioning, “How could you trust that person to serve you drinks at such a big scale?”

Dame Dash On JAY-Z’s D’USSÉ Cognac

Dame Dash then implied his conspiracy theory could also extend to JAY-Z and his D’USSÉ Cognac brand. He recalled taking his daughter to a JAY-Z concert where they “accommodated me to the fullest,” after reaching out to Hov.

“That was the first time I had tasted that D’Usse and I got ridiculously drunk,” he said. “My daughter and I were talking about this the other day that I was like, ‘Yo, I don’t get this drunk, why am I so drunk?’ And I ended up wrestling with Kevin Hart.”

It’s worth noting Dame Dash and JAY-Z are currently embroiled in a legal case over the auction of Dame Dash’s stake in Roc-A-Fella Records.

https://twitter.com/ArtOfDialogue_/status/1843309445562130513

However, social media users swiftly rejected and ridiculed his bizarre conspiracy theory.

“If I had the ability to, I would write a @communitynote on this one,” one person shared. “Diddy had no equity stake in Ciroc. He was a marketer of Ciroc. Diddy wasn’t the manufacturer of Ciroc. Diageo is the owner and manufacturer of Ciroc.”

Another wrote, “This man just said Diddy has been mass producing gay chemicals in Ciroc that has feminized rappers and the black community, and Jay Z possibly slipped him those chemicals in his own drink in the hopes that Dame would wake up with a sore bootyhole.”

Luke Bryan Responds After Facing Heat For Beyoncé CMA Snub Remarks

Country singer Luke Bryan is setting the record straight after facing backlash for his remarks on Beyoncé’s CMA Awards snub

The criticism stems from comments he made during a recent interview with SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen, where he suggested Beyoncé should “come into our world and be country with us a little bit” in response to the lack of nominations for her history-making Cowboy Carter album.

While he said, “Beyoncé can do exactly what she wants to,” Bryan urged the superstar songstress to “come to an award show and high-five us, have fun and get in the family too.”

His comments drew criticism, with many online highlighting Beyoncé’s past experiences at the CMAs.

“It’s so adorable how Luke Bryan is acting as if Beyoncé wasn’t rejected and disrespected by much of the country music world when she performed at the CMAs,” one user wrote. “Hence why COWBOY CARTER was made in the first place.”

“Luke B talking about Beyoncé is so infuriating, I don’t even know where to start,” said another. “The cost of admission is high-fiving you? Being ‘country’ on your terms, the terms the popular white men in charge get to decide, to be a part of the ‘family’?”

A third user shared a quote from Beyoncé explaining Cowboy Carter was “born out of an experience that I had years ago where I did not feel welcomed…and it was very clear that I wasn’t.”

It was speculated that Beyoncé was referencing her 2016 CMA Awards performance with The Chicks. She faced criticism, with country fans questioning her inclusion at the ceremony. Additionally, there was controversy around the CMAs removing posts referencing the performance.

On Monday (October 7), Bryan clarified his take due to the “ridiculous nature of the headlines,” surrounding his comments.

“I feel in my heart I could not let media create a false narrative,” he tweeted. “I encourage all of you to listen to the interview instead of reading click bait headlines. You will hear my tone and intentions which were not negative. I respect Beyonce and I love how loyal her fans are.”

ATL Jacob Denies “Shading” Cardi B Over Offset Drama—But She’s Not Buying It

ATL Jacob is pleading the fifth when it comes to his recent social media misunderstanding involving Cardi B and Offset.

In a candid interview with Baller Alert, ATL Jacob set the record straight regarding accusations that he shaded Cardi B on Twitter (X) amid her and Offset’s ongoing cheating scandal and looming divorce. The producer emphatically denied any negative intentions behind his quoted reply of a scenario referencing Cardi’s alleged infidelity to Offset while she was pregnant in a tweet he shared that quoted Future’s lyrics.

“I don’t shade her, I never shaded her for one,” ATL Jacob clarified. “Your husband [Offset], well now ex or whatever y’all going through, that’s my boy. So why would I shade you?”

The producer made it clear that he valued his friendship with Offset and had no interest in creating tension between himself and Cardi B. He continued, “At the end of the day, you his BM no matter what. Y’all relationship gonna always be up and down.”

A post shared by AllHipHop (@allhiphopcom)

When asked if he had spoken to Cardi B since the incident, ATL Jacob confirmed that he had not while explaining his side of the story, alleging the entire thing was a miscommunication in the first place.

“No, I feel like it was definitely, I guess, a moment going around at the time when I tweeted it,” he said. “I personally didn’t see the moment of the drama and what was going. I was just completely confused.”

ATL Jacob added, “So that’s why I didn’t even argue back and forth. I’m just like, ‘Yo, I ain’t shaded you. I never shaded you. I don’t even know what’s going on.’ I just responded to a tweet that I didn’t agree with that went viral on Twitter for sure. And the comments, the tweet comments didn’t say Cardi B or Offset or nothing.”

He went on to say that he discovered Cardi B’s response only when her quote tweet notification popped up on his phone, to his surprise.

“I think I was on Twitter scrolling. Then the notification popped up. Cardi B quoted you. I’m like, damn. I wonder what she quoted.”

Cardi caught wind of the response, and apparently wasn’t feeling it because she proceeded to call the producer out for being disingenuous. Not only that, but she alleged this wasn’t the first time he said something “slick” and attempted to play dumb about it.

“This is the third time he said some slick s### about me…” Cardi B wrote in a comment on Instagram replying to the clip of ATL Jacob’s interview.

Cardi went on to claim that Offset had once allegedly questioned ATL Jacob about sending shots at Cardi, presumably while they were still together.

”My baby dad had to press him about it before…” she wrote. “Now he wanna act dumb because I DIRECTLY addressed him. Lame ass shade me in the if you ain’t going to stand on your shade.”

The high-profile divorce drama between Cardi B and Offset has been ongoing for several years, marked by rumors of infidelity and public spats. The couple, who married in September 2017, initially split in 2018 after Offset’s cheating scandal but later reconciled.

They share three children. Their ups and downs led Cardi to file for divorce in 2020, but the couple worked things out. Cardi filed for divorce again earlier this year, but the two have continued to confuse fans amid a series of public appearances together as they continue to work through their differences.

Drake Stirs Pot With JAY-Z—What’s His Endgame?

Is Drake picking the wrong battle here? We all know how much he admires JAY-Z —he’s rapped about it, talked about it, and even has a catalog of collabs with Hov. But lately, their relationship seems to have taken a strange, tense turn. Could it be the lingering Kendrick Lamar rivalry or the Lil Wayne Super Bowl situation pushing Drake over the edge?

Recently, Drake posted a screenshot from that infamous elevator incident with Solange and Jay—a moment most people have long erased from memory. But not Drake. He put it back in the spotlight, and it seemed like a bold shot at Jay. Add in rumors of Drake feeling betrayed by some close friends, and you’ve got a recipe for chaos.

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by AllHipHop (@allhiphopcom)

Drake’s year has already been rocky, and while he’s cemented his mark on the U.S. music scene, he seems to be clashing with top artists left and right. JAY-Z, now more of a mogul than a rapper, might not even engage in a battle of bars. But crossing someone with Hov’s influence? That’s a risky move.

Could Drake really be aiming for a showdown, or is he just trolling? Either way, beefing with JAY-Z could complicate things for him in more ways than one. Maybe it’s time for Drake to chill before he ends up in over his head. Stay peaceful out there!

I don’t know…I just remember Jay saying, “Do not bark up that tree, that tree will fall on you/ I don’t know why your advisers ain’t forewarn you.

Tyler, The Creator Shoots Down New Album Speculation While Revealing Career Change Idea

Tyler, The Creator apparently has no plans in store for a new album and is instead dreaming of a career in a completely different field.

In a post his collaborator Steve Lacy shared on Instagram on Monday (October 7), the Odd Future creative remarked on fans and their aggressive requests for a new album while also revealing his desire to pursue an acting career. The exchange was initially kicked off after Lacy shared a sarcastic post insinuating his fans didn’t know how to interact with him unless they were clamoring for new music.

”Album this album that what happen to hello,” Lacey wrote in the caption of the selfie he shared.

Solange Knowles quickly jumped in the comment section of the post, seemingly vouching for the potency of Lacy’s hot take, adding, “Liiiiike lol.”

That’s when Tyler entered the conversation and proceeded to shake things up by further agitating fans eager to hear about his progress on a new LP.

”I feel you s##t is annoying,” Tyler wrote in part.

”Especially when I never said out my mouth that an album is coming.”

He concluded with a bombshell, “I wanna be an actress lmfao.”

Despite whether or not Tyler is trolling about his desire to begin acting, it could be considered to be somewhat smug that both he and Lacy are complaining about receiving constant requests for new projects, given that is’s been years since either of them dropped a new LP. Lacy last delivered an album in July of 2022 upon the arrival of his fan-favorite Gemini Rights. The album performed well commercially, debuting at No. 7 on the Billboard 200 chart while the hit single “Bad Habit” became his first song to reach No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. On the other hand, Tyler technically released a project last year if you count his CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST: The Estate Sale deluxe edition of the album which was originally released in 2021. In a sense, you can’t blame fans for eagerly awaiting the follow-up to what was Tyler’s second chart-topping release of his career and also won the Grammy for Best Rap Album.

And for those who might be wondering, Solange Knowles last released a full-length album in March 2019 after she dropped her acclaimed record When I Get Home. The album debuted at No. 7 on the Billboard 200 chart, earning 43,000 album-equivalent units in its first week, with 11,000 being pure album sales. Long story short, between this trio, the new album requests are certainly not unwarranted.

Check out Tyler’s comment above.

Delaware State University Makes History With Merch Line

Delaware State University just made history by becoming the first HBCU to launch and distribute its own clothing line. This groundbreaking move allows DSU to fully control the products worn by its students and the surrounding community.

Dr. Dawn Mosley, DSU’s Senior Associate Vice President of Marketing and Communications, broke down the significance of this venture.

“Right now, if you want to buy collegiate gear, you have to click ‘other’ to find an HBCU, and that shouldn’t be the case,” she said. The partnership with Everything Collegiate, LLC, a Black-owned business out of Atlanta, Georgia, strengthens the push for supporting Black-owned ventures.

With DSU owning its merchandise, the university will control the proceeds, directly supporting scholarships for media-focused students. Dr. Mosley stressed how major this accomplishment is, noting that HBCUs haven’t owned their own apparel lines before.

“We should own it. It’s a business model that’s not common in the collegiate space, but for HBCUs, it’s time for us to control both the front and back end,” she said.

DSU’s merchandise will be available through Amazon Marketplace, Walmart.com, and the university’s website.

The first round of scholarships funded by the initial product sales is expected to be awarded in spring 2025.

Nelly Vs. Ali: St. Lunatics Fracture Over Lawsuit

Three of the St. Lunatics asked to be removed from a $50 million lawsuit against their longtime friend and collaborator Nelly. Murphy Lee, City Spud and Kyjuan claimed they never authorized their inclusion in a civil complaint orchestrated by fellow group member Ali.

Murphy Lee, City Spud and Kyjuan retained Nelly’s lawyer N. Scott Rosenblum as their attorney, per a legal letter obtained by TMZ. Rosenblum said the trio was shocked to see their names listed as plaintiffs in the case as they have no issues with Nelly.

Every St. Lunatics member except Ali performed with Nelly at the American Music Awards 50th Anniversary special on Sunday (October 6). Murphy Lee, City Spud and Kyjuan’s lawsuit clarification answered questions raised by the performance.

The lawsuit accused Nelly, whose real name is Cornell Haynes, of copyright infringement and unjust enrichment. The St. Lunatics allegedly didn’t receive proper credit and compensation for their work on Nelly’s diamond-selling album Country Grammar. Attorney Gail Walton filed the complaint on behalf of the group in September.

“Every time plaintiffs confronted defendant Haynes about their publishing credit and income for creating and authoring the Original Compositions, defendant Haynes would assure them as ‘friends’ he would never prevent them from receiving the financial success they were entitled to as writers of the Original Composition,” the lawsuit read. “Unfortunately, plaintiffs, reasonably believing that their friend and former band member would never steal credit for writing the Original Compositions, did not initially pursue any legal remedies and believed defendant Haynes would make good on his promise to ensure plaintiffs received: (i) recognition as writers and authors of the Original Compositions contained in the Infringing Album; and (ii) the publishing income from the exploitation of the Infringing Album.”

Walton identified herself as representing all of the St. Lunatics suing Nelly – not just Ali. Nelly joked about the lawsuit on social media a day before his AMAs gig with the group.

How to Set Up Your Perfect Poker and Blackjack Night

Poker and blackjack are some of the most popular card games in the world. Almost everyone knows how to play each of them. Yet, when you try and organize a poker or blackjack night, issues start to pop out. First of all, you need a plan. A guide. Guess that’s where we’re going to step up. In this article, we’re going to tell you everything you should know about how to set up your perfect blackjack and poker night.

Start by Planning Everything Out

Before you start organizing a poker and blackjack night it might appear to be an easy task. You’re wrong! First of all, there’s a lot of planning to do beforehand. Start by securing cards, chips, tables, and space where you’ll play. Furthermore, you will need food and drinks. Let’s not forget about the atmosphere – think of music. If you want to go a bit overboard you can buy cigarettes to share with participants when the night ends to have a smoke on your poker patio (if you have one) or anywhere on your premises if you don’t allow smoking inside. Last but not least you need your crew present. To have an interesting blackjack/poker night you need to have more than a  few people. Filling all spots at the table should be the norm.

Beyond what we already said, you must plan every step of the evening. Arrange the exact hour when the people will gather. Think about the setting. Decide the moment when you’ll offer people drinks, when with food, and when everyone will be at the table with cards in their hands. Also, plan for people missing the appointment, or if everyone is there you’ll run into a possibility that all drinks are gone. If you’re hosting a blackjack and poker night you ought to think about every scenario. The good ones and the bad ones.

Ensure that all players are notified in advance before the event approaches. Do not hesitate to remind everyone about the date as it approaches. When you organize an evening for more than a  few people and it includes gambling all night long it is vital that you, as a host, act professionally.  To ensure that all participants exit your home satisfied you need to take a look at how big players such as Stake.com take care of it.

You Need to be an Expert in Both Blackjack & Poker to Host a  Card Night

We can’t stress how important this is. These days everyone is an expert. But, people usually play poker online or blackjack at online casinos, and they play it on a whim. Not too many people go into all the intricacies of these sophisticated games. So, you, or someone who will 100% attend your blackjack and poker night must know all the rules and how the games are played. For players who are not initiated, you can consider sharing guides on games or even a blackjack cheat sheet per player. Depending on the games you’ll play you need both a blackjack table and a poker table. Blackjack and poker table positions differ quite a bit. Because of all of this at least one person from your crew must know their games. Doing your homework before organizing a card night should be a priority. Also, it is important to have at least one person who knows how to serve as a poker dealer or a blackjack dealer. While these roles appear easy to handle when you’re looking for professionals doing it at live dealer games at online casinos or land-based casinos it is not as easy as it seems. Knowing the rules, keeping the cards flowing, and getting on with rounds are paramount for the success of blackjack/poker night.

Intensity Matters

When you have a large group of gamblers the chances are they do not approach the game the same way. Some people take it more seriously while others are more relaxed. You need to know whether you have one group or another, or in the worst case scenario you have a mixed group. Depending on the group you have to ensure that you take good care about the strictness of the rules, how loud the music is, when the drinks are served, or whether there is food at the table. You don’t want to get on anyone’s nerves, nor do you want players to squabble among them. If you have a bunch of rookies at your table make sure that everyone’s feeling good, and relaxed, and that they’re enjoying the game while they’re learning. In case you have hardcore poker and blackjack players be sure to have the rules put in place in terms of how often can one raise, is there all ins, can raise the blinds, how many side bets are allowed, etc.

Tables, Cards & Chips

Let’s make one thing clear – you don’t have to go all out when planning a poker/blackjack night. A professional poker table is not a requirement. You don’t have to have a separate blackjack table and a separate poker table. You can even use your kitchen table and secure covers for both games that can be interchanged during the evening. Table toppers are an excellent solution for this issue as real gambling tables can be really expensive.

Furthermore, in addition to tables you need chips. Poker and blackjack chips are easy to get, and if you’re having between 6 and 10 people over, a set of 500 chips should do the trick. You can have another 500 in reserve just in case. The majority of chip sets come in four colors, so you must decide which color belongs to which value.

Last but not least is to secure the decks. When we think about it, this might be the most important part. For both of these games, two decks should suffice, but you’d be wise to have plenty more decks at your house. Players tend to get nervous the more they play and the more they lose. So to keep the poker/blackjack night provably fair you might consider changing to a new deck of cards now and then throughout the evening.

Put House Rules in Place

Poker and blackjack among friends are nice and quite fun, but without a set of house rules things can quickly get out of control. This is why it is important to have house rules set before the people gather, and to introduce folks to the rules as soon as possible. House rules can refer to anything related to the games itself to how you want people to behave on your premises. Gameplay, etiquette of players, environment, and everything in between can be included in the rules. For example, you can set limits on when to raise the blinds, penalties for betting out of turn, how many chips every player receives at the start of the evening, buyout and buy-in clauses, or how many drinks one can have. Today, most people tend to set the rules about the use of smartphones at the table, bathroom breaks, wearing sunglasses, exiting a game, etc. Considering you’ll be organizing the evening you can choose to set the rules in any way you like.

Do it Regularly & Consistently

If you want to enjoy your poker and blackjack nights you need to have them regularly. Consistency will make everything better when it comes to these types of events. If you’re not too tight about your event, having it once a month is the real deal. But, if you have a group of people who love these card games you need to up that frequency. Twice a month should be a minimum, but having a poker/blackjack night every week is also an option.

The path to consistency starts with a set date. Once you set the date, do not cancel it. The chances are not all of your friends will be able to attend every event. Play with those who make it. Also, ensure that you have a few irregular backup options. This is not a one-man party. So, not everything about the organization should fall on your back. You can freely allow your close buddies to call someone from their circle if you feel that the party will be lacking bodies. This way, you will have a wider circle of people aiming to be a part of your poker/blackjack night frequently and you will never have to cancel due to low interest from people.

To ensure that the amount of late cancellations is low, you should schedule these events on the weekends. Also, if you want to get better at organizing poker/blackjack nights, you need to visit other people’s events. Change the location with your friends, or go attend one with a different circle of friends. See what you’re doing good, what you’re bad at, and where improvements could be made.

Snacks and Beverages

Poker and blackjack nights are not about playing cards. They’re about people, hanging out, spending time with your friends, drinking and eating while playing cards. So, before you get things into motion think about snacks and beverages. This is not the hard part. It is easy. Just ask your people what they love to drink and eat. Even if you’re not sure what to buy you can’t go wrong with wings, chips, dips, and nuts. Simple is the best.

To make your venue a bit more professional it is best that you keep food away from the playing tables. Trust us, spills of food are not easy to clean and they can make the player uncomfortable, the cards greasy, and the whole experience messy. As far as drinks go, keep the flow streamlined. Everyone can bring the beer they like to drink. If you want a cocktail night, choose which one people want, make a list of ingredients, and have everyone bring a little bit of what’s needed. Everything can be wrapped up with a bottle of tequila or whiskey if there are people who love to keep it short. Also, do not forget to have a few non-alcoholic drinks nearby, as many players love to have their minds clear when gambling even if it’s recreationally.

Music

While most people will be talking with each other and socializing as it’s usually the case when it comes to playing cards, you shouldn’t leave the room without some background noise. You can make any playlist you like, but most of us will agree that when playing cards and shuffling decks Jazz might be the most appropriate choice.  With Spotify, Deezer, Tidal, and other music streaming services it is easier than ever to compile a playlist that blends perfectly with a poker/blackjack night.

Know When to Wrap it Up

Trust us, when we say it, poker and blackjack nights can get out of control. It is important to set a timeline for when the night will start and when it will end. Some people could play three days in a row if allowed. Knowing when the night ends should be information that all players know. That’s how you will collectively start wrapping the night up. When the game starts flowing, most players will lose sight of time, but you don’t want this evening to last too long for anyone, especially not for you as the host.

Summary

A well-organized poker and blackjack evening should leave all guests satisfied when leaving.  To make sure you’re the host of such evenings follow a few steps from this guide and you’ll be on the same page as all of the other successful hosts. As you can see, just devise a plan, think of everything that makes these games fun, and push forward with it. While at the beginning you’ll feel like you’re doing something wrong, it’s not like that. It just takes time for everything to settle. Soon enough you’ll be having your friends feeling like they’re staying at a high-end Las Vegas resort.

Kanye West “Headed For Divorce” From Bianca Censori

Kanye West is reportedly close to his second divorce. According to TMZ, the couple has “hit a rough patch” after nearly two years of marriage. The couple has admitted to friends they split up a few weeks ago, and Censori has been aback in her home country of Australia staying with family.

Sources say West has been telling people he wants to move to Tokyo and divorce Censori. They were last photographed together on September 20, a strange occurrence considering they are usually inseparable.

Kanye West married Bianca Censori in December 2022 after securing a “confidential” marriage license. Their union follows West’s highly publicized divorce from Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kim Kardashian.

The couple’s marriage, while relatively private, has been marked by their travels, including a controversial trip to Italy in 2023, where some of their public behavior and fashion choices stirred controversy in the conservative nation. Censori consistently drew criticism for her risqué outfits, which involved very little clothing.

Kanye West’s divorce from Kardashian marked the end of one of the most high-profile marriages in modern celebrity culture. The couple, who married in 2014, spent nearly seven years together before Kardashian filed for divorce in February 2021, citing irreconcilable differences.

Throughout their relationship, they produced four children—North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm—while building an empire that intertwined their personal lives with business ventures and media influence. Despite their initial displays of unity, their marriage faced mounting struggles, particularly around West’s mental health battles, erratic public behavior and differences in their lifestyle choices.

The divorce was finalized in November 2022, with the former couple agreeing to joint custody of their children.

Whitney Houston’s Mother Cissy Dead At 91

Cissy Houston, a Grammy Award-winning artist and the mother of Whitney Houston, passed away in New Jersey on Monday (October 7). Cissy’s daughter-in-law Pat Houston announced the singer died while in hospice care for Alzheimer’s disease.

“Our hearts are filled with pain and sadness,” Pat said on behalf of the family. “We lost the matriarch of our family. Mother Cissy has been a strong and towering figure in our lives. A woman of deep faith and conviction, who cared greatly about family, ministry, and community. Her more than seven-decade career in music and entertainment will remain at the forefront of our hearts. Her contributions to popular music and culture are unparalleled.”

She added, “We are blessed and grateful that God allowed her to spend so many years with us and we are thankful for all the many valuable life lessons that she taught us. May she rest in peace, alongside her daughter Whitney and granddaughter Bobbi Kristina and other cherished family members.”

Cissy suffered two tragic losses over the past 15 years. Her daughter Whitney passed away in 2012. Cissy’s granddaughter Bobby Kristina, Whitney’s only child, died in 2015.
