Eminem’s Old Home To Become Sanctuary For Bees

Bees will be taking over Eminem’s childhood home.

According to the Detroit News, the nonprofit Detroit Hives is building a bee sanctuary where Eminem used to live. Slim Shady’s old stomping grounds will become the Dresden Pollinator Habitat.

“The new home will be built just like a beehive,” Detroit Hives co-founder Timothy Paule Jackson said. “We have to create a colony.”

Jackson and his fiancé Nicole Lindsey acquired the site of Eminem’s old home and two other lots for $3,000. The Detroit Hives directors made the purchases with aid from the Detroit Black Farmerland Fund.

The couple’s nonprofit seeks to transform vacant lots into urban bee farms.

“We have extra hives at several locations that we can relocate a colony and have those boxes ready (at Dresden) by middle of October,” Jackson said. “Most residents want to see flowers, a place kids can go up and down safe and free from trash and blight, and that’s what we want too.”

Eminem’s childhood home was featured on the cover of his 2000 album The Marshall Mathers LP. It was also used for the cover of his 2013 sequel The Marshall Mathers LP 2.

The State of Michigan demolished the house due to fire damage in 2013.

Peter $un Talks New EP’ Phone Calls Gimme Anxiety’ & Mental Health

Peter $un calls himself the “Scumbaby” to remind audiences worldwide to embrace their imperfections and strive for truth and happiness.

Peter $un is equipped with the underdog mentality. The rising star expresses himself through his music and art, drawing influences from various greats, from Pusha T to D’Angelo to Pharrell.

Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, Peter $un prides himself in formulating a sound that’s unlike any other, fusing the genres of hip-hop, jazz, R&B/soul, and even electronica. Beyond the music, it’s his positivity and desire to help others that don’t go unnoticed.

Fast forward to today, Peter $un is excited to be releasing his new EP titled “Phone Calls Gimme Anxiety,” coinciding with the release of his new music video for “Metamorphosis (Butterfly).”

AllHipHop spoke with Peter $un to discuss his new project, mental health, and more!

AllHipHop: You’re about to drop your new EP “Phone Calls Gimme Anxiety.” How does it compare to your last release, “Scumbaby,” and what influenced this evolution of your sound?

Peter $un: I think “Phone Calls Gimme Anxiety” is definitely a maturation of “Scumbaby.” It’s more of an update of what happened in my life and where my thoughts were at that period of time. When I started writing the music for this project, I wanted to make sure I was the most honest I’ve been, but that I also stayed true to myself and what I stand for. That’s what influenced the evolution most though, me pushing myself to be more vulnerable than I’ve been in the past and getting more live instrumentation in that b####

AllHipHop: Tell us about how the project came together. Did you work with any special producers or collaborators? How did you choose the title?

Peter $un: I started the project with Blue Rondo, who’s a close collaborator of mine. He’s produced a majority of my music since 2018, we were just making songs and “Butterfly” was one of the first songs that I started writing about 5 to 6 months after my brother passed. I knew what I wanted the theme to be and what the project would look like and I wanted to push the sound a little further.

Then Tim Suby came into the picture and added more color to the project as well as Austin Brown, and Ranen. I wrote every song and co-produced “Pay Me No Mind” and “Butterfly,” so everything was in house with the same producers I worked with for my last 2 projects. I feel most comfortable with them, we’re creating this “New Psychedelic Soul” type s### at this point. The title came from the phone call I got about my brothers passing though, that’s what made it stick. I hate phone calls as it is and they always make me anxious. I turn my phone off a lot just to not even hear bad news or be distracted so the title came from there.

AllHipHop: I’m sorry to hear about your brother’s passing. Pouring that experience into your work must have been difficult, what was that like for you?

Peter $un: It wasn’t as difficult as I expected, it just came out like it was therapy. I definitely think it was something I needed to do to close out a chapter for me because I don’t really do well with processing grief sometimes. I move on and try to stay busy or work through things, but before I began to really form the idea for this project I took time to be with family and feel those emotions and I think it helped me to sit down and feel comfortable expressing my feelings through the music.

AllHipHop: You wanted to release this project during Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, why was that important to you and what inspired you to use your platform to bring awareness to the issue of mental health?

Peter $un: Because it’s something I and a lot of family/friends deal with, so I’m very passionate about mental health. In the black community especially, mental health is not something we really speak on often, and sometimes don’t even know we’re truly dealing with it, so I do think it’s important to bring awareness and let people know that it’s ok to get help or talk to someone about what’s going on or how you feel. I’m lucky enough to have the ability to express myself through my art but some people haven’t found their outlet yet. I could still use therapy. Everyone deserves a personal therapist fasho.

AllHipHop: Your song “I Need 2 Smoke” is about calming your stress with cannabis, what are your thoughts on weed as medicine for mental health. How else do you take care of your own mental wellness?

Peter $un: I love cannabis for medicine! I definitely encourage smoking weed for mental health. I look at it as a part of self-care. I don’t always agree with the abuse or just smoking to smoke. I also love micro dosing shrooms for anxiety/ADHD that s### helps a lot with keeping me focused and present. I have a habit of not staying still lol.

AllHipHop: What is your favorite song off “Phone Calls Gimme Anxiety,” and why?

Peter $un: “Things Can’t Stay the Same,” has been my favorite song, but it changes at times. Between that song and “Butterfly” because it’s very honest to who I am and the situation I was going through at the time. I was having a little trouble with staying sober and my anxiety was crazy at the time. I made “Things Can’t Stay The Same” which was the last song we recorded and it’s just wholeheartedly honest. Me battling with myself and knowing I’m going to be better because things don’t stay the same forever.

AllHipHop: Anything else you’d like to add?

Peter $un: Spread love, legalize psychedelics for medical use, stop f###### with women’s rights.

Conway The Machine & Funk Flex Settle Their Beef With “RIP Steve Smith Freestyle”

Conway the Machine and Funkmaster Flex connected for a new freestyle to put an end to their feud.

Funk Flex released Conway the Machine’s “RIP Steve Smith Freestyle” on Thursday (July 21). The two linked up for the track after trading insults earlier this month.

“LAST WEEK ME AND CONWAY HAD SOME WORDS!” Funk Flex wrote on YouTube. “I SENT HIM A TRACK… HE ACCEPTED THE CHALLENGE AND HERE WE ARE! FUNK FLEX / CONWAY THE MACHINE “RIP STEVE SMITH” FREESTYLE!”

He continued, “REST IN PEACE TO STEVE SMITH! I THOUGHT IT WAS RIGHT TO NAME IT THAT SINCE STEVE SMITH WAS THE CREATOR OF THE ALL DAY HIP HOP FORMAT AND THIS FREESTYLE IS HIP HOP!”

Conway the Machine previously criticized Funk Flex, labeling the DJ as a gatekeeper in an Instagram Live rant.

“New York, in my opinion, man, you gotta get them old n##### up out the way like Flex and them n##### man,” he said. “Them gatekeepers that you got up there man that’s trying to dictate like who … Good thing I don’t need y’all n##### ‘cause if I needed y’all n#####, y’all n##### would be fake stifling my groove. Y’all don’t play my s###.”

Funk Flex mocked Conway the Machine in response. The longtime radio personality also clashed with Pete Rock, who blasted the Hot 97 host.

But less than two weeks later, Funk Flex and Conway the Machine managed to move past their issues. The beef concluded with a freestyle over Biz Markie’s classic “Nobody Beats the Biz.”

Doja Cat Pens Touching Tribute To Late Elvis Actress Shonka Dukureh

Doja Cat and Baz Luhrmann have paid tribute to Elvis actress Shonka Dukureh following her death.

Dukureh, who made her movie debut as blues singer Big Mama Thornton in Luhrmann’s Elvis Presley biopic, was found dead at her home in Nashville, Tennessee, on Thursday at 44.

The actress made a notable appearance in the film, singing Thornton’s biggest hit “Hound Dog” – which Presley later recorded – and her rendition of the song was sampled on Doja’s single “Vegas,” taken from the Elvis soundtrack.

Reacting to Dukureh’s death, Doja Cat wrote on her Instagram Stories: “Rest in peace Shonka – an incredible talent taken from us too soon. Was a true honor getting to know her and I am so grateful to her for lending her incredible vocals to ‘Vegas.’ Her amazing performance in Elvis amongst her other artistry lives on. Sending my deepest condolences to her loved ones.”

Dukureh also appeared in Doja’s “Vegas” music video and joined the R&B star onstage at Coachella in April to perform the song.

Meanwhile, Baz Luhrmann shared photos of Dukureh, including one of him kissing her on the forehead on the set, on Instagram and wrote a lengthy tribute.

“A special light went out today and all of the Elvis movie family are heartbroken by the loss of Shonka Dukureh,” he wrote. “From the moment she came into our world, Shonka brought joy, spirit and of course her voice and her music. Whenever she was on set, on stage or even just in the room, everyone always felt uplifted.

“Shonka was just starting to find a larger audience for her tremendous talent, and I got to see her uplift whole crowds of people at Coachella and beyond. A favorite word of Shonka’s, in daily use, was ‘blessings,’ and I, along with the entire Elvis cast, crew and musical collaborators, feel truly blessed to have had time with her. We send all our love and support to Shonka’s children and family at this time.”

Dukureh was found unresponsive by one of her two young children, the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department said in a statement.

They suspect no foul play, and an autopsy will be carried out to establish the cause of death.

Lil TJay Shooting Suspect Out Of Hospital, Arrested In New Jersey

The suspect accused of shooting and attempting to rob Bronx rapper Lil TJay and one of his friends in Edgewater, NJ, has been arrested by Bergen County law officials, according to Daily Voice.

While law enforcement has locked in on the shooter, the artist is healing from his injuries, including damage to the thoracic cavity and the area around his rib cage that contains the heart, lungs, esophagus, and more.

Lil Tjay is now breathing independently after doctors removed a tube to help him. His health is said to be improving at Hackensack University Medical Center, where he was airlifted after the shooting.

Mohamed Konate, an ex-con who was also wounded in a shootout, is locked up after NYPD extradited him for the June shooting.

As reported by AllHipHop.com, the 27-year-old tried to rob Lil TJay, Antoine Boyd, and Jeffrey Valdez for their jewelry. He walked up and brandished his firearm at the three while they sat in a Dodge Durango in a lot of the Promenade shopping center around midnight on June 22nd.

Konate thought the three were easy marks, an investigation revealed, until someone in the car started blasting back at him.

Lil TJay, whose real name is Tione Jayden Merritt, and his friend Antoine Boyd were wounded.

But so was Konate.

An injured Konate escaped with the help of another man in a BMW after the shooting and was taken to Lennox Hill Hospital on East 77th Street off Park Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side left.

NYPD detectives arrested Konate at the hospital on June 24th and took him to Riker’s Island. His associate remains unidentified and is said to be cooperating with investigators.

Reports say Lil Tjay is not all the way cleared health-wise but can now talk to his friends, family, and close associates.

Exclusive: Yolo Breezy – Rapper, Underdog, Voice of Reason

Israeli-born rap and recording artist Yolo Breezy has had his fair share of globetrotting.  Born Michal Oliver to Jewish parents, Breezy found himself traveling back and forth between the holy country and United States in the midst of a budding music career.  After finding a temporary residence in Miami, Florida, Breezy has continued to cement his stance on not only a local scale but also internationally.

Florida has always been a musician-friendly city, welcoming artists from different genres. It is a special place for popular artists as well as rising stars who have started making their mark on the industry. The city is the hub of fearless musicians who are true to their craft and dare to experiment with the unconventional rather than following the traditional. Musician Yolo Breezy is one such example. He has been storming the Florida music scene for quite a few years now.

Yolo Breezy is a seasoned musician with experience spanning over 15 years. He is known for his crazy popularity on Spotify and is a sought-after artist in Florida and Tel Aviv. In less than a year, Yolo Breezy managed to start his own SEO Company. At 20, his company was already earning millions in revenue, giving Breezy the creative and artistic freedom he’s always wanted.

Mural Set To Honor Young Dolph On His Birthday Defaced — Artist Knows Who Did It

The legacy of deceased rapper Young Dolph has been disrespected by haters of the famous artist, leaving many fans and relatives of the slain chart-topper furious.

On the evening of July 21st, a partially finished mural commissioned by Dolph’s family and the Ida Mae Foundation was defaced in South Memphis.

The mural seemed to give people some peace.

Surveillance footage captured two people throwing paint on the mural of Young Dolph, and people were upset.

According to ABC 24, Cameron Hill, the artist who has spent the past four months on the mural, says he knows precisely who vandalized the project.

He wrote on Facebook, “I have been harassed and also threatened for the last two or three days for trying to do something for the foundation and to make the community look better.

“I have been getting calls and texts from different numbers from people trying to plot on me. They have been sending people up there to try to intimidate me and spy on me,” Hill said about the Thursday evening event.

Hill promised the vandalism would not stop him from completing the objective for Young Dolph. The bombing of the mural came days before the artist’s birthday in the upcoming week.

As reported by AllHipHop.com, Young Dolph, whose real name was Adolph Thornton Jr., was murdered in front of the Makeda Cookie Bakery on Airways Boulevard in November of 2021.

Four suspects have been arrested for the murder. They appeared before a judge earlier this month, and one suspect has a bond hearing today.

However, on Friday, May 27th, Judge Lee Coffee told the artist’s family that it might be years before justice will be handed over to them, as the case might not go to trial until 2023.

Coffee said, “This case is probably going to be in this court for a while. It takes a while for first-degree murder cases to be at a point where they can be tried.”

The story is developing.

JT Confirms Her Boyfriend Lil Uzi Vert Changed Their Pronouns To They/Them

It appears JT supports Lil Uzi Vert identifying himself with gender-neutral pronouns. The City Girls member essentially confirmed her boyfriend no longer goes by he/him.

Earlier this week, social media users noticed Lil Uzi Vert added “they/them” to his Instagram bio. Uzi made the change without explaining the reasoning behind the decision.

On Thursday night, JT sent out a tweet that referenced Uzi. Her tweet read, “My man said all I do is get my nails and lashes done, damn he’s catching on… who’s hiring?”

A few minutes later, JT returned to the platform in order to correct her message. The South Florida native quoted her first tweet and simply added, “*THEY!” That second tweet collected over 17,000 likes.

Lil Uzi Vert and JT are one of Hip Hop’s most high-profile couples. The Generation Now recording artist and the Quality Control Music recording artist reportedly began dating in 2019 before going public with their relationship last year.

The City Girls burst onto the national scene with Platinum-certified singles such as “Act Up” and “Twerk” featuring Cardi B. Their album catalog contains 2018’s Girl Code and 2020’s City on Lock. JT and Yung Miami recently worked with R&B legend Usher for the “Good Love” collaboration.

Lil Uzi Vert scored their only Number One on the Billboard Hot 100 rankings as a feature on another Quality Control act’s single. “Bad and Boujee” by Migos and Uzi spent three weeks in the #1 position on the chart in 2017.

Additionally, Lil Uzi Vert’s solo record “XO Tour Llif3” reached the Top 10 as well. The Recording Industry Association of America has certified that Luv Is Rage 2 track as 7x-Platinum. Uzi just released his new 9-track Red & White EP on his SoundCloud page.

Joey Bada$$ Names Jay-Z, Biggie & Capital Steez As His North Stars In Rap

After pushing back the album from its planned release date, Joey Bada$$ finally let loose his 2000 today (July 22). 2000 is part of the lineage of the New York City emcee’s classic 1999 mixtape from 2012.

Joey Bada$$ joined Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1’s New Music Daily to discuss his latest project. The conversation also included the Brooklynite talking about some of the rappers who have influenced him the most.

“Well, initially it was a tie between Jay-Z and Biggie. I’m a Brooklyn kid, I’m Brooklyn born, so they were very instrumental throughout my childhood and my musical upbringing,” said Joey Bada$$. “But once I got older, I got to say Capital Steez. He was my brother, he was my partner, my best friend. He was so incredibly talented and within proximity.”

The man also known as Jozif Badmon added, “I grew up listening to the greats, but to me, Steez was like we were colleagues. We were right amongst each other. So we always pushed each other’s pen, but he by far pushed my pen the most. To this day, he pushes my pen, in spirit.”

Joey Bada$$ addressed losing his Pro Era comrade Capital Steez on the 2000 track titled “Survivors Guilt.” Capital Steez (born Courtney Dewar Jr.) took his own life in 2012. He was 19 years old.

Zane Lowe also spoke to Joey Bada$$ about creating “Survivors Guilt.” Bada$$ called the song-making process therapeutic. The 27-year-old rapper/actor also reflected on his advancement in the entertainment industry and how it affected him and the people around him.

“As years went by and it started to be more clearer than ever that I was the guy who had the success, and I might be the only guy to have that, that put huge pressure on my shoulders. Just the way it had me feeling and moving for a lot of years, without realizing that’s what was affecting me. Me feeling like, all right, if my homies can’t come with me, then I can’t go,” Joey Bada$$ stated.

He added, “It was incredibly therapeutic for me to even come to that point of self-awareness. And then on another level, to be able to put that into words where I could release them. Because just making the song alone was enough for me. But now sharing it with the world and having it hit close to home for people, or people saying that it’s relatable to things that they’ve been through, that’s the ultimate reward.”

Joey Bada$$’s 2000 album features guest appearances from Diddy, Westside Gunn, Larry June, Chris Brown, Capella Grey, and JID. The Power Book III: Raising Kanan cast member’s new studio LP follows 2015’s B4.DA.$$ and 2017’s All-Amerikkkan Bada$$.

DVSN Drops Provocative “If I Get Caught” Single Which Samples Jay-Z

R&B duo DVSN is back with their new single “If I Get Caught.” Vocalist Daniel Daley and producer Nineteen85 make up the act.

The OVO Sound representatives sampled legendary emcee Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter for the track. “If I Get Caught” borrows from Jay-Z’s “Song Cry” off the classic 2001 album The Blueprint.

“You wouldn’t want me if you thought I never had hoes. Women like men other women like, that’s just something that everyone knows” sings DVSN’s Daniel Daley in the opening lines of the track.

Jamil “Mal” Clay from the New Rory & Mal podcast shows up in the Andy Madeleine-directed “If I Get Caught” music video as Daley’s best friend. Songwriters Hall Of Famer Jermaine Dupri appears in the visuals too.

“If I Get Caught” is DVSN’s first song in 2022. Last year, Daniel Daley and Nineteen85 joined forces with fellow R&B artist Ty Dolla $ign for the Cheers to the Best Memories collaborative album.

DVSN has also recorded songs with other OVO acts such as Drake, Majid Jordan, and Roy Woods. The RIAA awarded the Toronto natives Gold plaques for “With Me,” “Too Deep,” “Hallucinations,” and “Think About Me.”

Latto Explains Why She Loves Rapping About Sex

Latto wants the world to know she likes talking about sex in her music.

Overnight, Latto took to Twitter to share some of her thoughts with her 2 million followers. The RCA recording artist offered an explanation of why she enjoys rhyming about sexual topics.

“Truth is I love rapping about sex it makes me feel so powerful and liberated and SEXY 🤷‍♀️,” tweeted Latto on Friday morning. She added, “But when I do yall say that’s all I rap about lol even tho I have a million other songs where I don’t.”

Back in 2019, Hip Hop legend Jermaine Dupri sparked controversy when he complained about female rappers’ sexual lyrics. Grammy winner Cardi B clapped back at JD by suggesting it’s the fans who want content about sex.

Cardi B’s sexually-explicit song “WAP” featuring Megan The Stallion arrived the following year. Latto made a cameo appearance in the “WAP” video which has amassed more than 467 million views on YouTube.

Latto is experiencing a breakout year in 2022. The 777 album creator scored her first Top 5 hit on the Hot 100 chart with her “Big Energy” single. She also won Best New Artist at the BET Awards.

The 23-year-old southerner recently released a new song titled “Pxssy.” An age-restricted music video for the politically-tinged track about gender roles and misogyny arrived on YouTube as well.

Akon Presents Atlanta’s First Annual Jollof Music And Food Festival Ft. Rotimi, Afro B & More

Akon is gearing up to introduce Atlanta’s first annual Jollof Music and Food Festival in partnership with the racial justice organization Color of Change.

The family-friendly cultural celebration takes place on Saturday, July 23, at Piedmont Park featuring Afrobeat and Caribbean DJs alongside live music performances, food, art, dance, and more. Akon will judge a Jollof contest on the day with a team of notable chefs.

As explained by festival organizers, “Jollof is a one-pot rice dish that continues to be an ongoing rivalry between West African countries such as Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria, Senegal, and Sierra Leone.”

A portion of the festival’s proceeds will benefit Akon Lighting Africa, a project he launched in 2014 to provide electricity by solar energy in Africa. Tickets for the Jollof festival are available here.

The inaugural Jollof and Music Festival will feature entertainment from some top names in the music industry. Akon shared a trailer for the event teasing some of the day’s performers. They include Rotimi, “Drogba (Joanna)” hitmaker Afro B, Amapiano viral hitmaker Nektunez Nana Hofi, Focalisti, Salma Slims, and more.

Akon will also host an Afrobeat bootcamp, while Color of Change will produce a Black Men’s 3×3 basketball tournament.

“I am happy to join my partners on bringing diverse culinary cuisines from the continent of Africa to Atlanta as well as highlighting Afro Beats, a genre of music that is dominating the charts,” said Jacob York, the festival’s co-founder.

Akon Explains Why He’s Launched The Jollof Festival In Atlanta

“We wanted to highlight the power of the West African culture through the Atlanta Jollof and Music Festival,” said Akon. “Now more than ever, our food and music has reached mainstream, and our influence can be felt globally. My partners and I wanted to bring a piece of this to Atlanta.”

When launching Lighting Africa, Akon revealed, “We’re targeting strictly solar energy for the rural areas of Africa. Solar is the future so why not, if you’re gonna rebuild Africa, rebuild it for the future. It doesn’t make sense to go back and do what everyone’s trying to upgrade.”

How Zeedajeweler Became Atlanta’s Hottest Hip-Hop Star

In a city like Atlanta, where hip-hop has long been the music of choice and rap stars are born daily, it can be hard to find your voice. But for Zeedajeweler, the newest name in the Atlanta rap scene, his creativity shines through with his ability to blend elements from some of Atlanta’s greatest legends with his own signature sound. His rise to fame has been quick but is no surprise considering he’s taken on mentors such as Young Thug, Moneybagg Yo, and Kodak Black.

Zeedajeweler’s story is one of hard work and determination to get ahead and establish a legacy in this competitive space. If the numbers on his streaming platforms are anything to go by, the up-and-coming artist is well on his way to achieving this dream.

From a young age, Zeedajeweler had always been interested in the creative process of writing lyrics and making beats. However, he didn’t seriously consider pursuing a career in this space for many years, but his entrepreneurial ventures allowed him to interact with rappers and other musicians from different backgrounds. Living and working in a city that’s as rich musically as Atlanta meant that his dream to create music never died.

During his interactions with musicians and rappers, Zeedajeweler’s desire to express himself through music became stronger until he could no longer hold it in. After hedging for many years, Zeedajeweler finally took the plunge last year and ventured into making music.

Zeedajewler’s debut track was all the confirmation needed that he meant business. His unique and fresh style immediately endeared him to many and earned him fans across his social media platforms. With each subsequent release, Zeedajeweler’s audience grew and became larger. Today, the artist has over 200K followers across his social media platforms, and the numbers continue to grow.

His songs have attracted hundreds of thousands of fans on music streaming platforms and have been viewed just as many times. For Zeedajeweler, that’s a dream come true and one he hopes to take to greater heights in the future. With each song he’s released, the artist has proved that nothing can stop him.

Despite being an independent artist, Zeedajeweler has made remarkable strides in the music scene and says he’s just getting started. His goal is to make more headlines in Atlanta and then take over the rap scene across the country. Scaling an empire is not a new concept to Zeedajeweler, and he has a few tips for those seeking the motivation to start their journeys in music.

“Keep your circle small and run a good team,” advises Zeedajeweler. In an industry where people will do anything to get ahead, Zeedajeweler believes loyalty is an invaluable asset. Besides hard work and consistency, he says this is another crucial factor that will determine whether you win or lose. Goal setting is the other factor Zeedajeweler attributes to his success. Instead of wishing, he advises doing something, even if you have to start small.

That way, you’ll also be able to plan and save the money needed to execute each part of the plan. Lastly, Zeedajeweler says you must be flexible and adapt to changes as they come. That way, no storm will blow you off course no matter how hard it rages.

Chris Garber on His New Album “Somebody to Love”

The global music scene is home to hundreds of incredible talents, including Chris Garber. Chris is a DJ, singer, and songwriter known for his high-energy performances, irresistible sound, and personality, enabling him to cement his spot a few years after his debut. This has also opened room for more opportunities, and Chris has been working on many projects with different players in the industry. Chris’s latest project is his new album Somebody to Love.

The album is set to be released in the coming months. However, Chris has released a few teasers. He has recently dropped the single “Nights with You,” which, according to Chris, will be part of his upcoming album.

As a young artist and entrepreneur, Chris says that Somebody to Love is an album dedicated to all young people. He says his goal in creating this project is to build a safe space for every young person as he shares his love for music with others. Chris is using his music to spread positivity and empower others, especially those going through tough times.

Life is full of challenges, and reaching your dreams can be tricky. But it’s not impossible. Having walked this path, Chris uses his music, specifically his upcoming album, to share his story and encourage others.

Chris’s journey in the music industry has not been easy. Considering the brutal competition, it was tough for him to break into the field. Chris also lost all his music in his emails.

He had been working on various projects and stored these files on his Google Drive, which he, unfortunately, lost access to. There was no way of recovering his songs, and Chris had to start working on new tracks. But he didn’t give up.

Chris went back to the studio, and a few months later, he released a new song. Through his new album, Somebody to Love, Chris wants to share the importance of never giving up with the world as he shows everyone that no goal is unattainable. “You just have to believe in yourself, work hard, and not listen to the critics,” says Chris.

If Chris had given up, he would have never have had the opportunity to share his talent and passion with the rest of the world. He chose to fight for what he believed in, and he returned better and finally got his big break.

His skills on the decks and unique sound help him stand out from the competition, with his songs gaining massive attention. His shows are packed to capacity. During one of his shows in Australia, DJ Chris performed in front of a crowd of over 50,000.

As Chris Garber prepares to release his upcoming album, he is passing on a message of resilience to others and spreading love and positivity. He is using music to change people’s lives as he shares his story and addresses some of the burning issues in society. Somebody to Love is set to be released in a few months and will be available on different streaming platforms. Chris is also looking to start his global tour.

The Painful Path That Led to Mohit Chawla’s Inspirational Music

Music is a powerful force. It can create soundtracks to our lives, heal us when we are hurting, and inspire us when we feel hopeless. Mohit Chawla understands this power better than most people. In Mohit’s short life, he has experienced the full spectrum of human emotions from love to lose and everything in between. The son of an Indian immigrant, Mohit was born in India and moved to the US at 11. Growing up in Chicago, he watched his younger brother suffer from a heart condition and die because their parents could not afford to refill his prescription.

In the aftermath of this loss, everything went downhill for Mohit: his parents divorced, his mental health suffered, and he became a shy, introverted kid with no friends. Music was the only bright spot in his otherwise gloomy life, and Mohit latched onto it with everything he had. After listening to various artists for many years, he gathered the courage to start crafting his own inspirational tracks. Gradually, he perfected his skill and attracted fans on social and music streaming platforms.

Mohit’s song, “Love Yourself”, has over 5 million views on YouTube, and his song, “I’m Sorry”, reached number 1 on the Billboard Dance Club Songs Chart in 2019. His other songs are just as successful and continue to attract new fans daily. In 2020, the artist ventured into philanthropy and launched a non-profit in Benin, West Africa. He moved there shortly before COVID hit and established a base in the country. Mohit hopes to expand his music business, inspire people, and touch as many lives as he can through the non-profit.
