Nicki Minaj Denies Nose Job Rumors

Nicki Minaj has once again denied getting a nose job while throwing shade on anybody who might have surgically altered theirs to copy her.

On Tuesday (October 22), Minaj hopped on Instagram with a PSA about her nose.

“Hey guys I hope no one went and altered their nose,” she began. “Honey chile, I have had a what I called a pointy nose, with or without contour, with or without filter, since I was born, okay. My mother told me two things about it, she said I have a hump on my nose. She said it was a witch nose and she said it was from my Indian side.”

Nicki Minaj continued, with another shot at anybody who got a nose job to imitate her.

“But I’m still happy I left my nose alone,” she added. “So I hope none of y’all went changing y’all nose hoping or thinking that I changed mine.”

While it’s unclear who the NYC hitmaker shaded, some fans suggested she was dissing Megan Thee Stallion. They pointed to Nicki Minaj’s “Bigfoot” diss, which included the lyric “soon as your new nose heals.”

Meanwhile, after denying a nose job, Nicki Minaj turned her attention to an unnamed business associate questioning why they’re not “honest and upfront.”

“You may take so many different things, but I beg of you don’t even try to take me [for an] idiot, OK,” she added. “But why is it that people find it so difficult to just be upfront about their intentions in business? Why is it always let’s play Blue’s Clues.”

Nicki Minaj recently opened up about embracing her looks, admitting she couldn’t stand looking at photos of her younger self.

“When you turn 30, 40, 50, milestone ages, especially for women—your confidence just grows and grows,” she said during an appearance at Vogue‘s Forces of Fashion last week. “You just start understanding yourself better. And when you understand yourself better, you forgive yourself. You’re able to love yourself, and you’re able to love the imperfections that you never loved before.”

Dame Dash Reacts To Assault Allegations Against Kanye West

Dame Dash is reacting to the allegations against Kanye West from a former employee who accused him of drugging and sexually assaulting her at a studio session with Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The music industry veteran weighed in on the former Roc-A-Fella signee during an interview on America Nu Network.

“No matter what, Kanye is my brother so I’m going to always hope that what’s said is not true,” he began. “If it is true, then, you know, I feel bad that the girl had to go through that. But as a person that’s been accused of sexual assault and went through a whole trial and got the press of the accusation, but didn’t get the press of when I won the case knowing it was b#######, you know, I would have questions.”

Dame Dash continued, “Something happened that she was uncomfortable with and then she went to work with him. So, I would wanna understand why that happened, you know? Right now, in this very moment, every day, there’s gonna be lawsuits, and you’re gonna have to filter through the b####### ones and you’re gonna have to see the ones that will really stand up in court.”

Kanye West Faces Lawsuit From Former Employee

In June, West’s former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, sued the rapper for sexual harassment and wrongful termination, claiming she was owed $3 million in severance. However, earlier this month, Pisciotta filed an amendment to her lawsuit alleging Kane West drugged and assaulted her, stating that she hadn’t recalled what allegedly occurred until “much later.”

West’s lawyers previously dismissed Pisciotta’s allegations as “baseless.” They say she used her sexuality “to coerce employment and other material benefits,” and attempted to blackmail West when “her advances were rejected.”

Dame Dash concluded by saying that lawsuits are “part of the game,” and he’s always on the receiving end of them. He added, “It’s really important to know if you’re gonna be on TV, or be in the public eye, it is important to know the rules of what you could say and what you can’t. When they say that you have freedom of speech, it’s freedom of speech with guidelines.”

Check out the video above, Dame Dash comments on Kanye West arrive around the 51 minute mark.

Chrisean Rock’s Ex Demands Paternity Test For Blueface’s Son

Chrisean Rock is facing a paternity challenge from her ex-boyfriend who demands a DNA test for her one-year-old son with rapper Blueface.

On Tuesday (October 22), Ronny Doe took to Instagram implying he was intimate with Chrisean Rock while she was in a relationship with Blueface, insisting he has a right to know if he’s the father.

I deserve to have that proven to me through what?” he ranted. “A DNA test. If Junior is not my son the DNA test will prove that. Right or wrong? Right.”

He continued, insisting he wanted the chance to be a “stand-up man” and face his responsibilities. He also claimed that Blueface is well aware that Chrisean Rock was back and forth between Baltimore and Los Angeles around the time she conceived.

Despite claiming “I’m not here to expose nobody”, Ronny Doe said that Chrisean Rock is “not cool,” with her sister Tesehki. He concluded, “I want to know if Junior is my son or not.”

However, while Blueface initially denied he was the father of Chrisean Rock Jr. and did not want to be, the rapper took a DNA test confirming Rock was carrying his child. They aired the results during an episode of their reality show Crazy in Love

Even after taking the DNA test, Blueface has denied paternity of Chrisean Rock’s baby on multiple occasions. Last December, he took to social media, claiming he secretly did a DNA test on the baby, which confirmed his suspicions.

“Tell me why I snook an swab this baby dna test results came in….iam not the father smh [facepalm emoji],” he wrote. “It’s a bitter sweat feeling c## I was coming around to it but definitely in my best interest [prayer hands emoji] thank you Jesus [smiley face emoji].

He added, “I can’t even pretend like im not happy as hell.”

Diddy’s Son Quincy Catches Heat Over “Tone-Deaf” Vlog Featuring Bad Boy Boss

Diddy‘s son Quincy Brown is facing hefty backlash after teasing an upcoming Vlog show featuring home video footage of his incarcerated father.

On Tuesday (October 22), a trailer surfaced on social media showing the actor and singer showing off his luxury lifestyle, including footage of family vacations and bikini-clad beauties.

“It’s actually never as it seems,” Quincy says in the trailer. “I’m always doing something. Always. And that’s what makes this life a journey.”

Diddy, currently behind bars on multiple RICO charges, is featured in one clip and likely to appear in the Vlog, sparking intense backlash online. Many users blasted Quincy’s “tone-deaf” attempt at “damage control” and urged him to read the room.

“Don’t try to humanize yourselves now,” one user shared, while another asked, “Who is advising this family? This is a bad idea.”

A third person added, “This is not a good idea for them lol they actually need to be laying under a rock right now out of sight atm lol it seems like they love attention good or bad lol.”

The show, titled “It’s Just A Vlog: Or Is It A Reality Show?,” is set to air on Quincy’s YouTube channel on October 24.

Quincy & Siblings Defend Diddy In Joint Statement

On Tuesday morning (October 22), just hours before the trailer surfaced online, Quincy and his siblings shared a joint statement supporting Diddy ahead of his trial.

“Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiraled into absurdity on social media,” they wrote in part. “We stand united, supporting you every step of the way. We hold onto the truth, knowing it will prevail, and nothing will break the strength of our family.”

Diddy remains behind bars as he awaits trial for racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution charges. He denies the allegations.

Eminem Endorses Kamala Harris At Detroit Rally As Barack Obama Raps “Lose Yourself”

Eminem fans hoped he would perform at the Kamala Harris rally, but Barack Obama stole the show instead, rapping a word-perfect rendition of the Detroit legend’s “Lose Yourself.”

On Tuesday evening (October 22), Eminem urged voters to back Harris in an impassioned speech.

“The city of Detroit and the whole state of Michigan mean a lot to me,” Em began. “Going into this election, the spotlight is on us more than ever, and I think it’s important to use your voice, so I’m encouraging everybody to get out and vote, please.”

Em continued with an apparent subliminal shot at his longtime foe, Donald Trump.

“People shouldn’t be afraid to express their opinions,” Eminem added. “I don’t think anyone wants an America where people are worried about retribution, or what people will do if you make your opinion known. I think Vice President Harris supports a future for this country where these freedoms and many others will be protected and upheld. And here to tell you much more about that, President Barack Obama.”

Before beginning his speech, the former president paid tribute to the hometown hero. Obama rapped Eminem’s 2002 hit “Lose Yourself” to rapturous applause, joking that he would “jump out” if Em performed.

Obama also fired back at Trump, contrasting Harris’ previous job at McDonald’s with her rival’s recent campaign stunt.

He took aim at Trump throughout his address, mocking him for “hawking merch” while running for office and mocking his obsession with crowd sizes.

It isn’t the first time Eminem has endorsed Kamala Harris for office. In 2020, he backed the Biden-Harris ticket and authorized “Lose Yourself” for a campaign ad.

Cardi B Tears Into Offset In Scathing Rant Days After Calling For Co-Parenting Peace

Cardi B is airing out her estranged husband, Offset, in a blistering social media rant just days after expressing her desire for a peaceful co-parenting relationship.

On Tuesday night (October 22), the Grammy Award-winning rapper hopped on X (Twitter) to put the father of her three children on blast. It’s unclear what prompted her tirade, but Cardi B is furious and did not hold back.

“Bro I wish the worst on this man,” she began. “I never hated somebody soooo much and these b###### be so [thirsty] to have him please take  this man off my hands this garbage bag  is to heavy !!”

While a fan asked her to ease off the father of her children, Cardi was undeterred.

“Yea he is that’s why I don’t wish him death ..but I truly hate this dirty ass narcissistic p############,” she added. “And his family and his friends never check him that’s why he always going to be a p############ of a Person.”

Cardi denied she’s still in love with Offset, stating she wants him to “get hit by a f##### truck.” She added, “He really is just a dark cloud on anybody life he enters.”

When another fan advised the NYC rapper to “set some boundaries,” and physically separate, Cardi B said Offset doesn’t live with her.

Cardi B Denies Offset Reported Her To CPS

Despite her venomous outburst, Cardi B swiftly shut down theories that Offset was the anonymous caller who reported her to the CPS for child abuse. Worryingly, Cardi also revealed that she’s in hospital.

“That’s not wat happened that got nothing do wit him,” she replied. “He a loser but he didn’t do that…It was a prank call he had to fly out and I couldn’t be there cause I’m hospitalized.”

Although Cardi B deleted her posts slamming the Migos rapper, she continued defending Offset from accusations he called CPS.

The former couple have been airing their business on social media since Cardi B filed for divorce in July for the second time after trying the knot in 2017.

Her latest rant is in stark contrast to her recent call for peace.

“I don’t want to have beef with anybody that I love,” Cardi said over the weekend. She also insisted she wants “peace” and a “healthy co-parenting relationship.”

Ab-Soul Clears Up J. Cole Rumors & Confirms “PI” Was Favor For Daylyt—Not Kendrick Lamar Diss

Ab-Soul has backed up Top Dawg Entertainment President Punch’s recent Twitter rant debunking a theory that there’s smoke between him and J. Cole.

During his latest interview with DJ Hed and Gina Views, the Carson native shared the not-so-intricate backstory of how he ended up on the track “PI” alongside J. Cole and Daylyt, which later appeared on Cole’s Might Delete Later project.

In the process of telling the laughable anecdote, Ab-Soul also explained that the track appearing on the project alongside Cole’s controversial “7 Minute Drill” diss track aimed at Kendrick Lamar had nothing to do with a beef between himself and any of the rappers presumed to be at odds over the situation. In fact, they all were apparently in cahoots about the release of the records in real time. It’s likely why Ab-Soul wasted no time praising Cole in his initial remarks on the situation during the interview.

“First of all, shout out my man, Cole,” Ab-Soul said. “Cole is really the homie. Everybody be saying we use the word ‘friend’ and ‘homie’ loosely… but Cole’s a good dude. He’s been concerned about my eyes, my diet,” he added.

The TDE rapper went on to explain that his verse on “PI” was initially recorded as a favor for battle rapper Daylyt, who he also shares a longstanding friendship with. For those just tuning in at this point, this is where Soulo directly corroborates Punch’s claim that the verses for this song were recorded long before “Like That” and or “7 Minute Drill” were released.

“Me and Lyt did the joint ‘PI’ I did it for Daylyt — It’s Daylyt’s record,” Ab-Soul explained. “It’s called ‘PI’ literally because when me and Daylyt’s song ended, it ended on 3:14. The time, the length of the song.”

But the real plot twist came when Ab-Soul woke up to a surprise verse from none other than the Dreamville MC himself.

“I wake up one morning, and Daylyt is like ‘bro, check this out,’ and he sends me the song,” he recalled. “Cole’s on there going crazy!”

Ab-Soul confessed he was both excited and a bit taken aback because he had expected Cole to contribute to another track they had discussed for his 2022 album, Herbert.

“I’m low key hot,” he laughed, recalling his initial reaction. “Cole was supposed to be on ‘F### Out My Face,’ for real. I’m on his [Daylyt] head like, ‘bro, you gotta let me know if you’re gonna send this s##t off. He ate us up, bro!’”

Despite the surprise, Ab-Soul couldn’t deny the power of Cole’s pen.

“I called Cole immediately. He was like, ‘Man, I just got in the spirit, my pen just started moving,’” he recounted, laughing it off. In the end, Ab-Soul gave credit where it was due, acknowledging Cole’s undeniable talent. “Cole, really an MC,” he concluded.

In another clip from the interview, Soulo even went on to say he called Kendrick about the track to get his opinion on it and says that K.Dot gave his blessing — further killing the rumors there’s any rift between the quartet of lyricists. And considering that Ab-Soul just announced his upcoming album, Soul Burger, it’s likely they’ll further squash any notions of there being a beef amongst them by reuniting for a collaboration of some sort. But that’s all purely speculative.

Coi Leray Accuses Former Record Label Of Trying To Ruin Her Career

Coi Leray is prepared to forego releasing any new music until she can resolve an alleged contract dispute with a label she claims isn’t even in operation anymore.

In a series of post the “No More Parties” rapper shared on Instagram Tuesday (October 22), she directly addressed the record label 1801 in addition to a gentleman she called Billy J, who she accused of attempting to ruin her career. As Leray switched back and forth between her Stories and page feed, she painted a picture alleging an elaborate conspiracy to leech off of her talent, explaining how the years-long ordeal has caused her emotional distress in the process.

“I’ve been silent for so long,” Coi Leray exclaimed in the initial post. “Y’all don’t understand how depressed this s##t has me and I’m beyond tired of fighting!”

In a follow-up post, Coi Leray directly called out Billy J, revealing he’s the individual attempting to keep her locked in a contract, despite the fact that 1801 is now a defunct company.

“Billy is the only person trying to hold on,” she wrote in the story. “1801 isn’t even a company anymore! Kmack wants nothing to do with him. Everyone on that company wanted nothing to do with him.”

Coi Leray continued her address of the situation in a lengthy post in which which she described the deal she signed with 1801 as the “worst” production deal and threatened not to release music until the situation was resolved.

“OK so I will be going live today to explain how this guy has been trying to take over my life and ruin my career,” she wrote in part. “There’s nothing in this life I want more than this guy right here to leave me alone. He has NOTHING for my career and has been trying to take from me for the past five years.”

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by AllHipHop (@allhiphopcom)

Coi Leray also alleged a shady lawyer was in the mix and was to blame for withholding information from her about the contract she signed with 1801.

“Five years ago, I signed the production deal with 1801 when I was 21 because they finessed me and had me use their lawyer that didn’t read me the contract terms,” she wrote. “I’m so depressed with these people on my back and I will never drop another record in my life until I fight every bone in my body for this man right here to just leave me alone. Billybroughtbackrheja stay tuned. I will be telling everything.”

Coi Leray concluded that Billy J is the root of all evil in this situation and accused him of going against his business partners wishes to allow her to move on from her contract with the company.

“@kmacklive has been over the entire situation and had been willing to just partways gracefully, but Billy J is the one who is trying to hold on,” she wrote. “@mattmiddletonesq Their lawyer is trying their hardest to fight them for no reason when they are not even accompanying anymore. KMACK DOESNT EVEN WIRK WITH 1801 anymore and wants nothing to do with Billy Jay the only person making this s### hard is Billy Jay it’s crazy how sick people.”

Coi Leray didn’t stop there. She continued sharing posts from other artists who were DM’ing her and sharing similar stories of their experiences with Billy J attempting to keep them locked in deals. Her allegations against 1801 follow her announcement earlier this year that she left Republic Records for Island Records over creative issues related to artist direction.

“I’m not on Republic Records no more; I’m on Island,” she said during an Instagram Livestream. “When I dropped Blue Moon, Republic, they wanted pop s###. They wanted some Taylor Swift/Ariana Grande s###, which I can do, but I still like to work on my own pace and my own time.”

Busta Rhymes Caught On Camera Cussing Out Man Outside Detroit Airport

Busta Rhymes unleashed an expletive-laden tirade outside of an airport in Detroit. A bystander captured footage of Busta going off on a man wearing a suit in a tense confrontation.

“F### you!” Busta told the man. “Do something … Watch your f###### mouth … I’ll f### you up.”

Two other men initially tried to stay in between Busta and the target of his rage. Busta eventually got face-to-face with his foe before walking away from the scene.

The heated showdown was far from the first time Busta’s been caught getting angry in public. He was charged with assault for throwing a protein shake at another man in 2015. The incident was captured on surveillance video. More recently, he was involved in a scuffle at French Montana’s release party. Footage of the altercation surfaced in February.

Busta attended the New York premiere of Venom: The Last Dance on Monday (October 21). The Native Tongues member spoke about Diddy’s legal issues at the event.

“[I] would like for everyone to be mindful of the thirst and the urgency and the need to speak on the situation,” he told Extra. “I think a lot of times, people don’t realize how insensitive it could be to have opinions on things that you have no understanding of outside of what you’re being told. And we do know that propaganda is a real thing and we also know that the truth is a real thing … The truth is undisputed. I think that we kind of confuse ourselves, prematurely pass judgment, and we’re not realizing how much we can directly and indirectly affect everyone involved with our unwarranted opinions.”

He added, “Everybody probably need to mind they damn business until the truth is undisputed … It’s unfortunate because I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. And I’m talking about for the victims and I’m talking about for Diddy.”

Diddy was arrested for racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution in September. His trial is scheduled to begin in May 2025.

Wiz Khalifa Facing Years Behind Bars Over Weed Arrest In Romania

Romania prosecutors won’t let Wiz Khalifa off the hook for smoking and possessing marijuana at a festival in July. The weed-loving rapper was indicted for cannabis possession on October 16, per Romania’s Ministry of Justice’s online records.

Khalifa was arrested for lighting up a joint on stage at Beach Please! Festival in Romania. Authorities said he had 18 grams of cannabis in his possession.

“The Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism – Constanța Territorial Service ordered the initiation of criminal proceedings against a defendant (US citizen), investigated for the crime of illegal drug possession risk,” Romanian authorities announced in a translated press release. “It was noted that [Khalifa] during a recital held during a music festival held in the resort of Costinești, Constanța county possessed over 18 grams of cannabis (risk drug) and consumed (on stage) another amount of cannabis under the shape of a craft cigarette. Judicial activities are carried out together with the policemen of the Constanța Organized Crime Brigade. We make it clear that, throughout the entire criminal process, the investigated persons benefit from the procedural rights and guarantees provided by the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as the presumption of innocence.”

Recreational use of cannabis is illegal in Romania. Khalifa faced anywhere from a few months to years behind bars for the drug offense if convicted.

Khalifa, whose real name is Cameron Jibril Thomaz, was released from custody shortly after his July arrest. He apologized for his weed-related antics in Romania.

“Last night’s show was amazing,” he wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter). “I didn’t mean any disrespect to the country of Romania by lighting up on stage. They were very respectful and let me go. I’ll be back soon. But without a big ass joint next time.”

SIGNS: Pink-Tinted Narcotic Trends Amid Autopsy Details Of Deceased One Direction Star

The drug “pink cocaine” which became a significant piece of evidence in a lawsuit filed against Diddy earlier this year, was allegedly found in the toxicology report for deceased One Direction artist Liam Payne.

According to a report from the New York Daily News, Payne had a dangerous mix of substances in his bloodstream at the time of his tragic death, including the notorious party drug “pink cocaine,”. The toxicology report revealed that Payne, just 31 years old, had cocaine, benzodiazepine, crack, and “pink cocaine” in his system when he died in Buenos Aires last week.

Investigators are alleging that Payne had taken a cocktail of recreational substances, including a variant known as “Cristal,” which is said to cause severe hallucinations, aggressive outbursts, and erratic behavior. A hotel worker has also been accused of being involved in procuring the narcotics for Payne. Among the items discovered in Payne’s hotel room were a bottle of liquor, drug paraphernalia and anti-anxiety medication.

Before the singer’s fall from the hotel balcony, a hotel staff member frantically dialed emergency services, reporting that Payne was trashing his room and may have posed a threat to himself.

Payne was reportedly booted from a different Buenos Aires hotel days before his death for allegedly disturbing other guests while intoxicated. The preliminary autopsy cited the cause of death as “multiple traumas” from his fall, with both internal and external bleeding. While officials have declared the fall a suicide, the exact circumstances surrounding his final moments remain under investigation.

The appearance of “pink cocaine” in Payne’s system has raised eyebrows in the entertainment industry, shedding light on the dangerous designer drug that has been gaining attention this year. Known for its vibrant color and potent effects, “pink cocaine” was thrust into the public eye after a lawsuit alleged that City Girls rapper Yung Miami had transported the drug for disgraced music mogul Diddy.

According to Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, Diddy was involved in the distribution and use of a dangerous drug known as “tuci,” which also may have put the Bad Boy honcho on the Feds’ radar. The accusations, part of a larger lawsuit, were revealed during a sequence of events surrounding Pharrell Williams’ Something in the Water Festival in Virginia.

Jones claims Diddy was snorting cocaine during rehearsals His dissatisfaction with cocaine led him to seek a more potent substance, tuci, which he allegedly did regularly with the help of his chief of staff, Kristina Khorram. When Combs’ employee and alleged drug mule Brendan Paul realized he’d forgotten the dope, a frantic effort to secure it ensued. Khorram allegedly orchestrated for Yung Miami to transport the drug from Miami to Virginia on Diddy’s private jet.

Travis Scott Dodges Another Trial Over Astroworld Tragedy

Travis Scott and Live Nation settled more lawsuits with victims of the 2021 Astroworld tragedy. According to the Texas Lawbook, Scott and Live Nation reached deals with bellwether plaintiffs Angel Dominguez and Elizabeth Martinez on Friday (October 18).

A bellwether plaintiff represents a larger group of plaintiffs suing the same party or parties for the same action of legal liability. The settlements resolved the complaints of nearly 100 plaintiffs before a trial scheduled for Tuesday (October 22).

Scott and Live Nation settled after the Texas Supreme Court refused to let Live Nation CEO Michael Rapino avoid a deposition in the Astroworld case. Rapino was scheduled to be deposed on Monday (October 21).

Henry Nguyen, a third bellwether plaintiff, had his trial rescheduled for a later date. Scott and Live Nation still faced hundreds of complaints from people who allegedly suffered injuries at the 2021 Astroworld Festival.

Scott and Live Nation previously settled lawsuits filed by families of 10 Astroworld attendees who died in the crowd crush. The youngest victim was a 9-year-old boy named Ezra Blount. His family was the last to accept a settlement in the wrongful death cases.

“The family will continue its journey to heal but never forget the joy that Ezra brought to everyone around him,” the family’s lawyer said in May.

A grand jury declined to indict Scott for the Astroworld tragedy in 2023. His attorney said he was cleared of criminal wrongdoing in “one of the most exhaustive investigations in the history of the Houston Police Department.”

Police released a 1,266-page investigative report about the Astroworld tragedy after the grand jury’s decision. The report detailed interviews with Scott, concert organizers, witnesses and family members of the victims. Scott told police he wasn’t aware the audience was in danger until after he got off stage.

A$AP Rocky’s Assault Trial Rescheduled Over Rolling Loud Commitment

A Los Angeles judge rescheduled A$AP Rocky’s assault trial for January 21, 2025, at a pretrial hearing on Tuesday (October 22). The rapper’s trial was previously set to begin on November 12. His lawyer Joe Tacopina said the new start date was “final and definitive.”

Judge Mark Arnold delayed the trial partly due to A$AP Rocky performing at a gig in Thailand in late November. Tacopina also cited upcoming holidays and issues with discovery in the case as reasons for it getting pushed to 2025.

“Everyone just decided it’s best to do this in January,” Tacopina told reporters. “It’s a firm date. It’s a real date. He’s really eager to get this done, to get this behind him. So, [he] was not really looking to push this off that far, but it’s standard stuff that happens when you’re doing trials.”

A$AP Rocky, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, faces trial for assault with a semiautomatic firearm. Prosecutors accuse him of shooting his former friend A$AP Relli in 2021.

“I’m confident in knowing that he will be vindicated,” Tacopina said. “This has been a burden for him and his family … But he’s a terrific guy. He really is. And he’s handled this as well as any human being can handle it. And he’s ready. He’s ready to face this head on and we’re ready to face this head on. And he’ll be OK when this is all said and done.”

Judge Arnold said Rihanna, the mother of Rocky’s two children, is welcome to attend the trial. Tacopina didn’t know if Rihanna planned to appear in court.

“That’s a family decision they have to make,” Tacopina said. “She obviously is a very well-known, very important person. She also has two young children that I think she wants to shield from all this.”

Rocky faces up to nine years in prison if convicted. He maintains innocence.

Young Thug’s Lawyer Learns Appeal’s Fate After Infamous Showdown With Judge

The Georgia Supreme Court reversed a judge’s controversial decision to hold Young Thug’s lawyer Brian Steel in contempt on Tuesday (October 22). Justices said Judge Ural Glanville’s actions prevented Steel from receiving due process in the courtroom dispute, which rocked the YSL RICO trial.

“Because the announcement of a specific punishment was delayed by the trial court, Steel was entitled to additional process,” the Georgia Supreme Court noted. “In particular, he was entitled to have the matter heard by a different judge. Steel’s repeated refusal to comply with Judge Glanville’s direct order was conduct directed toward the judge … The exchange between Steel and Judge Glanville makes clear that Judge Glanville was involved in the controversy. For these reasons, a different judge should have presided over the contempt hearing and the failure to do so requires reversal.”

Last June, Judge Glanville held Steel in contempt for refusing to reveal how the attorney learned about the judge’s secret meeting with a witness in Young Thug’s trial. The judge ordered Steel to spend 10 weekends in jail, but the order was placed on hold pending Steel’s appeal.

Attorney Ashleigh Merchant, who represented Steel in his appeal, celebrated their victory on social media.

“Brian Steel’s contempt is reversed by the Supreme Court! Justice has prevailed!!!” she wrote. “It was my absolute honor to work with this team of some of the finest lawyers in the country to represent one of our finest, Brian Steel. Hooray for justice!!”

Judge Glanville presided over the bulk of Young Thug’s slow-moving trial, but June’s clash with Steel led to the judge’s removal. Judge Rachel Krause granted Young Thug’s motion to disqualify/recuse Judge Glanville in July.

“This court has no doubt that Judge Glanville can and would continue presiding fairly over this matter if the recusal motions were denied, but the ‘necessity of preserving the public’s confidence in the judicial system’ weighs in favor of excusing Judge Glanville from further handling of this case,” Judge Krause ruled.

Judge Paige Reese Whitaker eventually took over Young Thug’s trial, which started in 2023 but hasn’t concluded. Young Thug has remained in jail since his 2022 arrest.

Is Latto Shifting Positions On “Brokey” To Save Fanbase?

Atlanta’s rap queen Latto is still in the hot seat, at least with the people I know.

Her latest track “Brokey” has racked up over 3 million views on YouTube, but shouldn’t it have more? I think folks are still all up in their feelings over the song. One line in particular got a lot of panties in a bunch: “Gotta wait till they birthday to go out of town.” That hit the baddies in the chocha!

The streets and whatnot claim Latto is out of touch while the working class folks are out here grinding for everything they got. At the same time, rapper have always rapped like this and continue to do so. I will admit, we are used to it (us men). Women have not been bullied like the dudes, but Latto woke them up! She called them “Brokey” and I find it so funny. She was not about to start losing fans over a song!

Latto and her team have moved to do the right thing – trash men as rap songs typically do. I hate it, but women are running the show now from Hip-Hop and hopefully to the White House. That said, you cannot go around slashing women for being broke. That is reserved for dudes.

First, she launched a contest to uplift the “working class.” And the winner of the #BrokeyChallenge was put in the recent video for the song. Money gives everybody pause! It should be noted: they edited out that line about “going out of town” for all the broke chicks mad!

Check it out below and let me know what you think.

They definitely go over the top to create a “No Scrubs” sort of video. I think…they did a good job of shifting the energy. Salute.

Kanye West Shops With Wife In Tokyo Amid Reports Kim Kardashian Practically “A Single Mom”

Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori continued to dispel divorce rumors with another outing in Tokyo amid reports Kim Kardashian is raising the children she shares with the rapper “pretty much a single mom.”

On Tuesday morning (October 21) footage surfaced online of West and Censori on a shopping trip in Japan’s capital city. West is said to be focused on recording his next album, Bully, while in Tokyo.

Meanwhile, earlier this week, PEOPLE reported that Kanye West’s ex-wife Kim Kardashian is centering all her attention on their four children, North, 11, Chicago, 6, Saint, 8 and Psalm, 5.

An insider told the outlet the  SKIMS founder is “pretty much a single mom,” claiming West is frequently “not around.”

The source added that Kardashian isn’t dating and her “life is around her kids’ schedules. When they are in school, she works. When they are off, she’s very much focused on being a mom.”

Earlier this month, West and Censori faced fresh claims from a woman who filed a lawsuit accusing the rapper of drugging and assaulting her at a Diddy studio session.

Lauren Pisciotta filed an 88-page amendment to her original lawsuit filed in June, alleging West has a fetish for his lovers’ mothers, including his own wife’s mom. In her complaint, Pisciotta claims West told his wife that he wanted to have sex with her mother while she watched.

She also alleged West transformed his office into a “sexual playground,” claiming Censori was his “sex party coordinator.”

How André 3000 & Scarface Changed The Direction Of T.I.’s Career

T.I. Announces Final Two Albums, Kiss the King and Kill the King, as His Musical Legacy

Rap legend T.I. is marching steadily to his retirement, but first he sat down with AllHipHop to discuss the projects that represents a final chapter in his remarkable career in rap.

The Atlanta rep explained how revered lyricists André 3000 and Scarface impacted his thought on the impending opuses, Kiss the King and Kill the King.

T.I., who dubbed himself “The King of the South,” reminisced about how Scarface had no interest in the title. “I don’t want to be king, you can have it,” ‘Face said according to Tip. Meanwhile, André 3000 posed a philosophical question: “What does it really mean to be king?”

Finally, Big Boi warned him that with the crown comes a target. “The king is the target because you can’t be looking for no favor. Ain’t nobody gonna help you with nothing,” T.I. said Big Boi told him.

As T.I. evolved over time, he began to see the weight of the title and ego that came with it.

“Chess is a game of life, and the object is to kill the king,” T.I. told DJ Thoro at WonWorld Studios, reflecting on how the king represents the ego. With Kill the King, the rapper intends to put that ego to rest. “To really find peace, you gotta starve the ego,” he concluded.

Kiss the King is for his female fans. “It’s been an illustrious ride,” T.I. stated. “This one is definitely for the ladies.” On the other hand, Kill the King takes on a more aggressive tone.

Eminem Set For Rare Public Appearance At Kamala Harris Rally in Detroit

Eminem is reportedly making a rare appearance at a Kamala Harris campaign rally in Detroit on Tuesday evening (October 22).

CNN reports the Motor City legend will introduce former President Barack Obama at a get-out-the-vote rally for Kamala Harris, just weeks ahead of the 2024 President election.

Eminem is not slated to perform at the rally. However, in an even rarer turn of events, the rapper is expected to speak on the race, presumably to endorse Vice President Kamala Harris.

Eminem voiced his support for Kamala Harris in 2020, endorsing the Biden-Harris ticket and authorizing his hit single “Lose Yourself” for a campaign ad.

Eminem Is A Vocal Critic Of Donald Trump

Over the years, Eminem has been a fiercely staunch critic of Harris’s political rival, Donald Trump.

In October 2017, less than a year after Trump took office, Eminem unleashed on the then-President in a blistering BET Awards freestyle. He called Trump a “racist,” said that “we f###### hate Trump,” and rapped about his fears that he would “probably cause a nuclear holocaust.”

Later that year, Em didn’t hold back at the Reading Festival in the U.K.

“I’m not about to stand up here and use this f#####’ stage for some kind of a platform to be all political and s###,” he began. “I don’t want to cause any controversy so I won’t say no names — but this mother f##### Donald Trump I can’t stand!”

His words sparked an impromptu audience chat of “F### Donald Trump.”

On his 2018 album Kamikaze, Eminem accused Donald Trump of sending the Secret Service to investigate his links to “terrorists” and determine whether he was a threat.

It was later reported Secret Service agents did, in fact, investigate Eminem in January 2018 over the lyrics in his BET freestyle and those from Revival cut “Framed.”

Eminem joins a number of fellow rappers and entertainers who have endorsed Kamala Harris in the upcoming elections.

Diddy’s Children Defend Father From “False Narratives” Amid Latest Shocking Allegations

The children of Sean “Diddy” Combs are speaking out in support of their father, calling out “conspiracy theories, and false narratives” about the incarcerated mogul.

In a social media post on Tuesday morning (October 22), the Combs siblings expressed their anguish in the weeks following Diddy’s arrest.

“The past month has devastated our family,” they began. “Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiraled into absurdity on social media.”

However, the Combs children are “united” in their support of Diddy and believe the truth will prevail.

“We stand united, supporting you every step of the way,” the post continued. “We hold onto the truth, knowing it will prevail, and nothing will break the strength of our family.”

They concluded, “WE MISS YOU & LOVE YOU DAD.”

The statement was from Six of Diddy’s seven children, all of whom supported their father at his latest court appearance. Quincy Brown, 33, Justin Combs, 30, Christian Combs, 26, Chance Combs, 18, and twins Jessie and D’Lila Combs, 17, were seen walking into court alongside their grandmother Janice Combs.

Diddy Seeks Gag Order

The Combs siblings’ statement arrived as Diddy’s legal team sought a gag order to stop his alleged victims’ attorneys from speaking about his criminal case.

“As the Court is aware, Mr. Combs has been the target of an unending stream of allegations by prospective witnesses and their counsel in the press,” his attorneys argued. “These prospective witnesses and their lawyers have made numerous inflammatory extrajudicial statements aimed at assassinating Mr. Combs’ character in the press. Witnesses’ lawyers have also vouched for the credibility and character of their clients and opined on the potential evidence.”

The Bad Boy Records founder denies the allegations. He awaits trial for racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution charges.
