Snoop Dogg Finally Announces Dr. Dre-Produced “Missionary” Album Release Date

Snoop Dogg set the release date for Missionary, his highly anticipated album produced by Dr. Dre. The follow-up to the 1993 classic Doggystyle will be released on December 13.

The D-O-Double-G unveiled the release date in a comedic skit. Two Mormon missionaries are shocked to see a woman in lingerie when they ring her doorbell in the sketch.

“What the f###?” she said. “Your ad said you’re dedicated to missionary work.”

The flustered missionaries dropped the Book of Mormon and fled the scene before the big reveal.

Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre have been teasing their Missionary album for two years. Dr. Dre said they were close to finishing the project in August.

“I wanted 14 songs, Snoop wants 16, so we have that thing happening,” he told Entertainment Tonight. “I’m on song No. 11 as far as the mixes go.”

He added, “I feel like this is some of the best music I’ve done in my career.”

Earlier this year, Snoop Dogg presented Dr. Dre with ASCAP’s Hip-Hop Icon Award. The beloved rapper hyped their Missionary album during his speech.

“There’s a reason why I keep coming back to Dr. Dre,” Snoop Dogg said. “We make magic together. We’ve been doing this s### for over three decades, and we still at it … Trust me, the best is yet to come.”

Fans can pre-save Missionary on Apple Music, Spotify and other streaming platforms here.

Young Thug Trial: 2 More Defendants Walk Away With Plea Deals—Is He Next?

Two more of Young Thug’s co-defendants agreed to plea deals in the YSL RICO trial on Wednesday (October 30). Rodalius Ryan and Marquavius Huey entered guilty pleas the day after Quamarvious Nichols accepted a deal in the topsy-turvy case.

Ryan pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. Judge Paige Reese Whitaker sentenced him to 10 years, which was commuted to time served. Ryan remains in custody as he’s serving a life sentence for murder.

Huey pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO Act, aggravated assault, robbery, gun and gang charges. The judge sentenced Huey to 25 years with nine to be served in prison. The rest will be spent on probation with five years suspended. Huey has already spent two years in custody.

Young Thug, Yak Gotti and Shannon Stillwell are the only defendants remaining in the YSL RICO trial. Ryan, Huey and Nichols accepted plea deals amid calls for a mistrial.

The defense demanded a mistrial due to the prosecution making a mistake on October 23. A witness revealed Nichols was previously incarcerated, which the jury wasn’t supposed to know, during testimony.

Judge Whitaker refused to grant a mistrial with prejudice, which would block the prosecution from retrying Young Thug and his co-defendants. She left the door open for a mistrial without prejudice and criticized prosecutors for their sloppiness. The prosecution and defense engaged in plea deal negotiations due to the looming threat of a mistrial.

Young Thug’s trial began in 2023. It is the longest trial in Georgia history.

Tyler, The Creator Explains “Chromakopia” Mask As Album Heads For No. 1

Tyler, The Creator latest album, Chromakopia, is set to deliver the largest debut of his career.

According to HITS Daily Double, Chromakopia is projected to appear at the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 following projections that the album is poised to move more than 285,000 first-week units. Not only could the project earn Tyler his highest-selling debut ever, it’s also already his most authentic, based on his own words.

At his recent Chromakopia listening event, the Los Angeles native openly shared how the album dives into his truest thoughts and emotions. He explained that the album is free of exaggerations and theatrics—a rarity for the notoriously creative and sometimes elusive artist.

“I know this new album is a little different, but this is the first album where everything I said is true,” Tyler began, speaking to a packed crowd.

Tyler admitted that the album’s authenticity led him to adopt a literal mask as part of his promotion, covering his own face to reveal his inner world.

“I had to wear a mask of my own face to get some of that s##t out,” he confessed.

Tyler, The Creator revealed that despite achieving material success, his journey remains fraught with existential questions and a sense of uncertainty that permeates his music. To him, this project is deeply personal, as he shared the complex feelings that drove him during its creation.

“I’m loaded,” he said. “I got bread, bro. I got respect. I got Grammys and s##t, and I’m still like, ‘Hey, what the f##k am I doing with my life?'”

The album, he disclosed, also strikes a chord with his inner circle. Friends have reached out to him with raw reactions, validating the vulnerability he poured into the music.

“I got n###as I’m close to FaceTiming me with tears in eyes, like, ‘n###a, my heartstrings,'” he added. “For those of y’all who’s kind of weird, look, you might be f###### 13 and might not still f### I’m saying… Or it might be the worst s### you’ve ever heard in your life. And that’s OK.”

Chromakopia follows three critically acclaimed albums that solidified Tyler, The Creator as a force on the Billboard charts. His 2017 album, Flower Boy, debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, moving roughly 106,000 units in its first week. Two years later, IGOR earned him his first No. 1 debut, selling more than 165,000 units. His follow-up project, CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST, replicated that success in 2021 after selling over 169,000 units in its opening week. Check out the full video of Tyler’s speech in the post above.

Sexyy Red Manager Impostor Arrested For Sexual Battery

Police arrested a man claiming to be Sexyy Red’s manager for armed sexual battery and false imprisonment with a weapon on Tuesday (October 29). Vladimir Joseph was accused of forcing a woman to do cocaine at gunpoint and raping her, per WPLG Local 10 in Florida.

Joseph claimed he was “working an event” for Sexyy Red at a strip club in the Miami area. He approached a woman outside the club and told her he was the rapper’s manager. Joseph identified himself as “Alexander Beamer.”

“Vladimir Joseph is not her manager,” Sexyy Red’s rep told WPLG.

The victim and three men got in Joseph’s car. Joseph drove her to his home. He allegedly pointed a gun at the woman’s head and made her ingest cocaine.

“Take it or I will kill you,” the 41-year-old man said.

According to the police report, Joseph forced the woman to go upstairs. He raped her “for several hours.” He “recorded her performing sex acts on him” then “forced the victim to take a shower and continued sexually assaulting her.”

Joseph sent his victim home in a Lyft. He provided her with the ride details, which helped her identify her attacker and tell police where the incident occurred.

The man posing as Sexyy Red’s manager surrendered to police. He was held without bond at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.

Beyoncé Fans Expose Fox News Guest Panelist’s Queen Bey Support Prior To Harris Rally Shade

Beyoncé‘s loyal fan base has once again exposed an individual critical of her career, following her appearance at vice president Kamala Harris’ recent campaign rally.

To make a long story, a man whose name is Xaviaer DuRousseau found himself in the crosshairs of the Beyhive after he made critical remarks about her commercial success immediately following her endorsement of the Vice President at the rally Harris’ hosted in her hometown of Houston.

During an appearance on Fox News at Night, DuRousseau undermined Beyoncé‘s speech at the rally and her support for Harris by throwing shade on the Grammy award-winning vocalist over her recent Billboard Chart appearances. He started off by claiming that Harris was “desperate” for support and endorsements, hence Beyoncé’s appearance at the rally.

“She’s absolutely desperate,” DuRousseau said. “I mean she’s out here bringing every celebrity she can to try to get any kind of endorsement because she knows she doesn’t have any substance herself. She brought Beyoncé out tonight. And it’s like Beyoncé doesn’t need to be doing that. Beyoncé needs to be focused on trying to keep her album on the charts because it’s already gone.”

In a tweet he shared following his appearance in the segment, DuRousseau attempted to grab the bull by the horns and further lean into his controversial stance against Beyoncé by targeting her fanbase.

“The bravest thing I’ve ever done in my career is drag Beyoncé on live TV,” DuRousseau wrote in part. “The BeyHive are domestic terrorists.”

In the end, the Beyhive wound up getting the last laugh as multiple Twitter users flocked to the replies in the thread of DuRousseau’s tweet to host a paperwork party by pulling the receipts illustrating his previous stan-like support of both Beyoncé and JAY-Z.

In a tweet he shared in June 2023, DuRousseau complained that “conservatives” persecuted him over his “obsession” with Beyoncé and JAY-Z and even suggested that he will happily continue his support of them in defense of the pushback he receives from his right winged peers.

“Conservatives DRAG me every time I say this, but I’m obsessed with the carters and will defend them as I’m on their payroll,” he wrote in part. “JAY-Z and Beyoncé are a Royal Family.”

DuRousseau also previously expressed his opinion that Beyoncé is more popular than multiple other mainstream superstars who dominate genres such as pop and rock — and also happen to be white.

”Beyoncé is objectively more talented than the Beatles if we’re having an honest conversation,” he previously wrote in a tweet.

In another tweet in response to an X user who claimed Taylor Swift was the equivalent of being the “Donald Trump pop music for white women” DuRousseau wrote, “and Beyoncé is Barack Obama.”

The outpouring of angry Beyoncé fans dragging him for seemingly switching up on her overnight became so prevalent that it prompted a formal response from DuRousseau. Unsurprisingly enough, he both switched up, again, and doubled down on his initial shady remarks.

”Update: Beyoncé is sending her [bee emoji] swarm after me,” he wrote in a tweet. “ doesn’t change the fact that her album fled the charts like Harriet Tubman in the middle of the night. PF2 [Nicki Minaj ‘Pink Friday 2’] out-charted.”

Diddy’s Dirty Money Singer Calls Fellow Member “A Weird MF” While Defending Him

Dirty Money singer Kalenna Harper discussed Diddy’s legal troubles, Dawn Richard’s lawsuit and more in an interview published on Wednesday (October 30). Harper told Breakbeat Media she was blindsided by Richard suing Diddy.

“I was angry,” Harper said. I was p##### … Dawn knows me. And she knows all she ever had to do if something was going on was to say something and it would’ve been f###### on like Donkey Kong. Like what the f### you talking ‘bout? We woulda jumped that n####. We woulda got the f### outta there or whatever. But that wasn’t the case. To be honest with you, though me and Puff garnered a closer relationship, going into it, Dawn and Puff were closer. They had rapport.”

Harper questioned the legitimacy of Richard’s allegations. Harper repeatedly described her fellow Dirty Money member as “weird.”

“I think it’s—I don’t wanna say b#######, but I think maybe Dawn is—I don’t know,” Harper said. “I ain’t gonna sit here and lie and shame the devil. But I will say broke m############ will do anything for money. And I just want what she saying to be the truth ‘cause I’m confused.”

Richard sued Diddy for sexual abuse days before his September arrest. Diddy was indicted for sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Diddy was denied bail partly due to witness tampering concerns. Prosecutors cited dozens of calls to Harper as evidence of tampering.

“They denied Puff’s bail because he called me 56 times,” Harper said. “I feel really bad … Now we’re doing recall, so that’s not tampering. That’s f###### recall ‘cause that b#### is lying. That’s how I felt … And I’m gonna f###### stand on business. I didn’t see that. In every video you see us in, Dawn didn’t look scared … What I saw was what the f###### is going on with you ‘cause you acting weird. You a weird b#### is what I see. And it’s a list of n#####. Where y’all at? Talk about it. Dawn’s a weird m###########, man.”

Harper added, “I ain’t trying to m############ go to jail or no s###. But y’all m############ call me to tell the truth, I’ma tell the truth, I’m finna m############ tell the truth. All of it. ‘Cause everybody was f###### there and a part of this s###. N##### was f###### n#####. B###### was saying they like to f### b######. Everybody was there with the s####.”

Diddy’s criminal trial is scheduled to begin in May 2025. He faces up to life in prison if convicted.

Will 6ix9ine’s Latest Arrest Lead To His Permanent Demise?

6ix9ine‘s career has been plagued by legal issues since its onset. In fact, he was already in trouble when his “GUMMO” track caught fire in 2017. But could his latest arrest lead to his permanent demise?

The controversial rapper was arrested on October 29 for violating terms of his supervised release, which were put in place following his 2018 case connected to the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. He’s accused of testing positive for meth use twice and traveling outside of the country without permission.

He was immediately sent to the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, the same facility that’s currently housing Diddy. A judge set his next hearing for November 12, meaning rap’s most infamous “snitch” has to sit behind bars for roughly two more weeks.

New York City attorney Moe Gangat had the same question for the judge who sent 6ix9ine back to jail. As he explained in an Instagram video, 6ix9ine was placed under supervision by the federal government for five years as part of his plea deal. He stayed out of trouble for the majority of the time, but 2024 has seen a slew of run-ins with the law.

“For 4.5 years he had no problems,” Gangat says in the clip. “But this year, July, apparently his monitoring office changed from New York to Florida. One, he failed drugs tests and two, he’s traveling without letting the officers know he’s going to be traveling with sufficient notice.

“Those two things he’s claiming he’s done a couple of times now. Then, they’re asking him to be held with no bond pending an evidentiary hearing. Then a judge said, ‘Yeah, you’re right. No bond until an evidentiary hearing.” He’s gonna sit in a federal jail as the biggest and notorious rat in the history of the culture, and he’s going to be in a federal jail for at least two weeks.

He concluded, “You gotta ask yourself, judge. This guy did 4.5 years without any issue, failed a drug test and didn’t let the officers know where he was going to be traveling without sufficient notice, and you locked him up for two weeks as the most notorious rat of all time?”

6ix9ine has boasted numerous times about walking around without security following his 2020 release from prison. But will he remain unscathed behind bars? Only time will tell.

During his latest hearing, 6ix9ine was confronted about his positive drug tests, which he claimed were misunderstandings: “Adderall has meth in it. It’s just a mistake.” He was officially arraigned on three violations: traveling to Las Vegas without permission, failure to appear for drug testing and using narcotics.

6ix9ine pleaded not guilty to the charges, but attorneys presented proof of his alleged unauthorized trip to Las Vegas on September 7, in addition to a back-dated letter from August through September from a doctor in Florida, who reported he tested positive for meth “two times in the last two weeks.”

Ice-T Explains Why He “Hates” Finding Out Some Of His “Friends” Are Trump Supporters

Ice-T has gone further to express his disdain for Donald Trump and included his supporters in a recent Twitter (X) post.

“As this election gets closer, I warned you to expect insanity,” he wrote. “What I hate the most is finding out that people I consider friends are racists. They may like me but talk sh#t about other races openly—and probably don’t like other Black people. ‘Make America Great Again‘ (by the way, America is a continent, including Mexico). I’m not Democrat or Republican, but character is more important to me than politics. F### [clown face emoji] and those that roll with him.”

This is not nearly the first time Ice-T has expressed himself around the one-time president and reality show star. In 2020, he notably said, “I can’t believe people are comparing Trump to Satan. Yes, he’s evil, but he’s certainly not as evil as Trump.”

He’s expanded on his thoughts during multiple interviews with AllHipHop.

Speaking to AllHipHop last month, he said, “So, Trump – to me – has shown in many, many ways how much of a piece of sh#t he is. I don’t think he likes Black people unless it’s to his advantage—he’s an opportunist. Me, being a [former] criminal, I know a con artist when I see one. I know somebody who will say whatever they need to say.

“He might have done a couple things, pardoned a couple people, but as for being the president, I won’t vote for Trump. I’ll tell you that. All these people saying, ‘Oh yeah, I’m down with Trump,’ I’m like—you got a PPP loan and this [N-word] made you some sneakers, and you’re f##kin’ with him? Nah, I’m good.”

More than 51 million Americans have already cast their ballots in early voting, with less than a week left before Election Day. Both parties are leaning heavily into last-minute appeals aimed at still-undecided voters.

Donald Trump, the Republican nominee, defended himself against controversial introductory speeches at his recent Madison Square Garden event, which were widely criticized as crude and racist.

“I’m the opposite of a Nazi,” Trump said to a sparse audience of many that left early.

Democratic nominee and sitting Vice President Kamala Harris delivered a rousing speech at the Ellipse in front of an estimated over 75,000 people.

Harris choose the spot as a symbolic gesture as it was the stage once used by Trump before the Capitol insurrection of January 6, 2021.

A CBS News poll, released Tuesday (October 29), has Trump and Harris locked in a statistical tie in Pennsylvania, the largest battleground state by electoral votes. Other battle ground states are Arizona, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin.

Death Row Records Co-Founder Harry-O Endorses Donald Trump At NYC Rally

Death Row Records co-founder Michael “Harry-O” Harris expressed his gratitude to Donald Trump at his New York City rally over the weekend, officially endorsing the former President for reelection.

Harris spent over three decades in prison following his arrest for attempted murder and drug trafficking. Trump granted Harris clemency as one of his last actions as president, freeing him on his last day in office.

On Sunday (October 28), the former drug lord spoke at Trump’s Madison Square Garden rally. Harris paid tribute to Trump and praised him for giving him a second chance.

“If it wasn’t for Donald Trump, I wouldn’t be standing here today,” Harris told the crowd. “So I wanna thank President Donald Trump for allowing me for stand here in front of you today. It’s a bigger story — gotta let you know about it!”

He added, “God spoke to his heart and Donald Trump signed with his heart my release after 33 years. God spoke to his heart.”

When Harris spoke to AllHipHop earlier this month, he had not decided on a candidate.

“My concern is the community first and whoever supports that,” he explained. “I thanked Trump for letting me out. I done that. You know what I mean? Three years ago, I thanked him for that. I really meant that. I thank God every day for that. But when it comes to the community, I don’t play with that. So it’s about who has the policies or are willing to get behind policies that will affect our daily lives.”

Meanwhile, Harris faced criticism over his appearance at the rally and endorsement of Donald Trump. He posted footage from the event on Instagram, sparking some angry responses.

Megan Thee Stallion Sues Blogger Over Alleged “Harassment” About Tory Lanez Shooting Case

Megan Thee Stallion is reportedly taking legal action against a blogger, suing the social media personality for allegedly “churning out falsehoods” amid a “campaign of harassment,” stemming from the Tory Lanez shooting.

The Houston native filed a lawsuit on Wednesday (October 30) accusing Milagro Gramz of waging a campaign to “denigrate, belittle, insult, and spread false statements” about her, according to Billboard.

In 2022, a jury found Tory Lanez guilty of shooting Megan Thee Stallion. A judge sentenced him to 10 years in prison in 2023.

In her lawsuit, Megan Thee Stallion claims Gramz consistently questioned whether she was shot and claimed she was “caught trying to deceive the courts.” Megan’s lawyers argue Gramz has pushed other lies about the case, including recently spreading the “outlandish claim” that the gun used to shoot Megan was missing.

“Defendant Cooper’s statements recklessly disregarded the truth and suggested that the firearm was never presented in court because it had allegedly disappeared. It has not,” Megan’s lawyers wrote. “The firearm remains in the custody of the Los Angeles Police Department.”

Megan’s filing also claims Gramz “encouraged her followers” to watch an explicit “deepfake” of the Grammy-Award-winning rapper, violating Florida law.

“Defendant Cooper willfully and maliciously promoted the Deepfake Video without Ms. Pete’s consent,” the lawsuit notes.

The complaint also alleges that Gramz engaged in cyberstalking caused intentional emotional distress, and violated privacy.

Milagro Gramz Reacts To Megan Thee Stallion’s Lawsuit

Milagro Gramz addressed the lawsuit on social media, vowing to countersue Megan Thee Stallion.

Gramz also shared an alleged quote from the rapper’s lawyer accusing her of being “a paid surrogate” of Tory Lanez.

Meanwhile, Megan Thee Stallion recently revealed she suffered “a breakdown” amid the scrutiny that followed the 2020 shooting. In the trailer for her upcoming documentary In Her Words, Megan reveals the backlash left her “in shambles.”

On Monday (October 28) the 11-year-old shared a public statement in defense of his father alongside a video of Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson addressing Lil Durk’s arrest.

“I want to take a moment to stand up for my dad, Durk Banks,” he began. “He has always dedicated his life to uplifting others and giving back to our community through his nonprofit organization, Neighborhood Heroes. Beyond that, he is a great father who has always supported and loved our family unconditionally.

“Right now, he is facing challenges, but I want to affirm that he has not been convicted of any charges and remains innocent until proven otherwise. During this difficult time, I ask for your support for him and all the good he continues to do.”

Zayden also expressed his gratitude to Mayor Johnson for his continued support of Lil Durk.

The rapper’s son concluded, “His speech was well said and truly reflects the community’s support for those who strive to make a positive impact. Thank you, everyone!”

Lil Durk Could Face Death Penalty If Convicted

Lil Durk is being held at a Florida jail following his arrest last Thursday (October 24). He faces a single count of murder-for-hire. The charge stems from the August 2022 murder of Saviay’a Robinson, a cousin of fellow rapper Quando Rondo.

Federal investigators allege Lil Durk put a bounty on Quando Rondo in retaliation for the murder of King Von in 2020.

Authorities also detained five alleged affiliates of OTF in Chicago on multiple federal charges, including conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire, murder-for-hire involving death and use of a machine gun in a violent crime resulting in death.

If found guilty, Lil Durk and his associates could face severe punishments, including a life sentence or even the possibility of the death penalty.

EXCLUSIVE: Three 6 Mafia Sue $uicideboy$ Again Over Alleged Theft Of 36 Songs

Memphis rap icons DJ Paul and Juicy J are dragging $uicideboy$ back to court, accusing them of stealing 36 Three 6 Mafia songs just four years after suing them over similar claims.

The legendary Three 6 Mafia producers/founders allege $uicideboy$ jacked dozens of their songs and even used their titles and group members’ identities to build their careers.

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by THREE 6 MAFIA (@three6mafia)

In the complaint obtained by AllHipHop, DJ Paul and Juicy J claim “the Suicideboys have made a career stealing and profiting from Plaintiffs’ copyrighted material.” Furthermore, they accuse the New Orleans duo of “repeatedly and shamelessly appropriating Plaintiffs’ artistic and cultural identities.”

Their lawsuit claims $uicideboy$ have “illegally sampled and stolen” at least 36 Three 6 Mafia songs in addition to the “than 35 songs” DJ Paul and Juicy J previously sued for.

Their complaint states $uicideboy$ are not sampling the songs “for any new or transformative purposes,” accusing them of “doing so to trade off and profit from Three 6 Mafia’s original, authentic sound and hard-earned success in the hip hop industry.”

$uicideboy$ Allegedly Copying Three 6 Mafia Song Titles

DJ Paul and Juicy J cite multiple instances of $uicideboy$ allegedly jacking the song title in addition to the track.

“While Plaintiffs have released songs entitled “Mask and Da Glock,” “Smoked Out, Loced Out,” and “Break Da Law,” Defendants have also released songs entitled “Ma$k and da GlocK,” “Smoked Out, Loced Out,” and “BREAKDALAW2K16,” that copy and infringe upon Plaintiffs’ earlier original works,” the filing states.

DJ Paul and Juicy J referenced $uicideboy$ publicly stating that they “look[ed] forward to a mutually beneficial relationship” following the 2020 lawsuit.

However, the Three 6 Mafia members dismissed the statement as “empty words” as $uicideboy$ continued “to willfully steal” from them.

The complaint states DJ Paul and Juicy J attempted to resolve the matter after discovering the duo were “back to their old ways” but were unsuccessful.

“Old habits die hard,” the lawsuit states. “Plaintiffs had no choice but to bring an action to redress and stop Defendants’ willful infringement.”

Kanye West Hints At Plans To Gut $35M Beverly Hills Mansion For DROAM City

Kanye West recently snagged a lavish $35 million Beverly Hills mansion, and it looks like he has major plans in store for the property.

Ye reportedly purchased the 20,000-square-foot property featuring 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms in the gated Beverly Park North neighborhood. Additionally, the sprawling mansion sits on a whopping nearly seven acres of land.

However, it appears Kanye West intends a significant redesign after settling on the property as the ideal location for his DROAM city.

On Tuesday night (October 29), West shared an image of his new Beverly Hills mansion on his Instagram Story alongside an image of his vision for the property. The basic design lacks detail and features a gray oval bordered by a red outline partially surrounded by a green layer. Finally, Kanye West wrote “DROAM” on his design, hinting he could gut the property and build his dream metropolis there.

Kanye West Designed DROAM Like An Ant Colony

West previously unveiled his plans for a self-sustaining city spanning a colossal 100,000 acres. However, the rapper will have to drastically scale down his model if he intends to build a city area twice the size of New York City; the whole of Beverly Hills covers less than 4,000 acres.

West announced his impressive DROAM city vision last December, inviting collaborators to join him.

Nonetheless, the Beverly Hills mansion purchase arrives just months after Kanye West reportedly lost $36 million on the sale of his Malibu home. He purchased the architecturally designed oceanfront property in 2021 for a substantial $57.3 million, but recently sold it for $21 million. He famously gutted the property in an immediate overhaul, intending to turn it into a bomb shelter.

Earlier this year, The Sun reported Kanye West registered a new trademark for an accessories brand called Droam.  The range includes everything from umbrellas and whips to shoulder and tote bags.

Ray J Confirms Diddy’s Sons Tried To Rush Him, Wack 100 Warns: “It’s On”

Ray J is speaking up about an alleged altercation with Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ sons at a recent Halloween party, claiming he was rushed by eight people but escaped unscathed thanks to Chris Brown.

On Tuesday (October 29), TMZ reported the incarcerated mogul’s three sons, Christian, Quincy and Justin confronted Ray J at a Halloween bash in L.A. over the weekend.

Sources told the outlet the Combs brothers surrounded Ray J in the parking lot, where they got into a heated face-off over Ray J’s recent public remarks about their father’s case, with Justin and Christian reportedly wanting to put hands on the singer.

However, Chris Brown rushed to intervene and de-escalated the situation with the help of Ray J’s manager and others,

Although Ray J came out unhurt, Wack 100 implied it’s not the end of the matter. Ray J confirmed the altercation on a call to the music manager during a recent livestream. While the singer-turned-entrepreneur tried to downplay the altercation, Wack wasn’t having it.

“Bro, you know I’m not gonna call y’all because this could go somewhere else,” Ray J said, explaining that he was rushed by a group of about eight people. He said that he “tried to talk some sense” into Diddy’s sons, but “luckily the homie Chris [Brown] was there.”

Wack 100 replied, “I thought it was just one, now you telling me them and eight n#####, so it’s on.” Despite Ray J stating, “It don’t need to be like that,” Wack 100’s mind was made up. “That’s what it’s gone be,” he replied before telling the Combs siblings, “If we run into you, act like it’s 1995.”

Wack 100 also suggested they have incriminating information on Diddy’s sons, but Ray J said not to expose it because “they too young.”

Earlier this month, Ray J clowned Diddy over the allegations on his new show, “The Reality Check News.”

Ray J’s Manager Confirms Diddy’s Sons Tried To Rush Singer

Meanwhile, Ray J’s longtime manager, David Weintraub, tried to downplay the altercation with Diddy’s sons during a TMZ interview.

“Nobody is gonna press Ray J. That’s not going to happen,” Weintraub declared, confirming he and Chris Brown broke up the fight. “It was a great party that got ruined by little kids trying to fight a big boy.”

Weintraub also confirmed that the Combs siblings were upset about Ray J speaking on Diddy’s case in the media. However, he added, “[Ray J’s] going to say whatever he’s going to say. You’re going to live with it, you’re going to like it, it don’t matter. But nobody’s going to press Ray J, period.”

Metro Boomin Denies Sexual Assault Allegations, Vows To Take Legal Action

Metro Boomin has vowed to take legal action against a woman accusing him of sexually assaulting her in 2016.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, a woman named Vanessa LeMaistre claims the famed producer raped her after befriending her during a trip to Las Vegas.

LeMaistre claims she was grieving the loss of her 9-month-old son and suffering from depression when she met Metro, real name, Leland Wayne. After hitting it off in Vegas, LeMaistre said Metro invited her to his studio in Los Angeles, where she witnessed him taking large amounts of codeine despite his friends’ warnings.

In her lawsuit, LeMaistre recalled an incident at Metro studio in September 2016. She claimed she took half a Xanax pill and a shot of liquor amid her depression over the tragic loss of her son and passed out.

LeMaistre told the court that she awoke in a bed to Metro Boomin raping her and performing oral sex on her.

She lost consciousness again, and when she awoke, LeMaistre claims the producer told her that she was in a Beverly Hills hotel room, although she had no recollection of how she wound up there, and she had to leave.

In her lawsuit, LeMaistre stated that she discovered she was pregnant and that Metro Boomin was the father as he was her only sexual partner at the time. She told the court she terminated the pregnancy in November 2016.

LeMaistre also believes Metro Boomin taunted her over the alleged rape on 21 Savage’s “Rap Saved Me,” which also features Offset.

She pointed to the lyrics: “She took a Xanny / Then she fainted / I’m from the gutter … ain’t no changing.”

Metro Boomin Brands Lawsuit “False Accusations”

Metro Boomin denies the allegations, claiming the suit is an attempt to extort him and will countersue.

“This is a pure shakedown,” Metro’s lawyer Lawrence Hinkle II told the outlet. “These are false accusations. Mr. Wayne refused to pay her months ago, and he refuses to pay her now. Mr. Wayne will defend himself in court. He will file a claim for malicious prosecution once he prevails.”

Ari Lennox Slams Record Label In Emotional Plea For Release: “Stop Playing With Me”

Ari Lennox wants off her label, blasting Dreamville and Interscope for not respecting her wishes and releasing projects she’s uncomfortable with.

On Tuesday night (October 29), the R&B singer took to Instagram with a scathing rant. Lennox believes she’s being portrayed as the “face of mental health” and claims she told her label not to release the video for her latest song, “Smoke,” set in a mental institution but was ignored. She then accused the label of trying to “manipulate” her to change her mind.

However, Ari Lennox has had enough.

“Interscope and Dreamville have been playing with me all month and I’m so exhausted,” she wrote on her IG Stories. “I’m so tired of people treating me like they’re sorry for me and like I’m the face of mental health. I’m ok and I’ve never been happier. What I don’t like is being signed and lied to and manipulated. Not one person at those labels ever knew how to market or protect me. Y’all don’t know the half. Constant let down and neglect. This industry stuff will never be for me.”

Ari Lennox Tells Label: “Y’all Are Not Gonna Manipulate Me”

Furthermore, Lennox followed up with a heartfelt video calling to be released from her label.

“It’s not okay so I just want to be released and it’s just that simple,” she explained. “And I’m tired of being nice and I was trying to do everything the right way but now I’m p#####. This was my final straw. I have communicated effectively and no one cares, so we’re here, in toxic-ass social media world.”

Ari Lennox began her video by stating how she was tired of trying to do the right thing and not being taken seriously.

She continued, “I told management I didn’t want this recent video to come out because I’m tired of people treating me like I’m the face of mental health. I’m tired of people treating me like they’re so sorry for me. I’m a human being who has just been very transparent about my life.”

According to Lennox, she wanted to reclaim the narrative with her upcoming album but now feels defeated.

“There’s nothing that I will ever be able to do to try to repair my reputation,” she added. “Because at the end of the day people are hell bent on painting me as this insecure person who is just the face of mental health.”

Lennox claims management and her label confirmed that the “Smoke” video would come down only to be informed “The people in charge of the video were unresponsive,” but everybody loved the visuals, so the video would stay up.

“No,” she said. “Y’all are not gonna manipulate me. Like y’all are going to be accountable for that Interscope. I told you I wasn’t comfortable with it.”

Lennox added, “I just wish I had a label that cared, that would want to protect me. I wish I had a label that wouldn’t have me out here trying to explain why I need advertisement for my record. You cannot expect an artist to be anything without advertisement, like you can’t. Why am I begging for advertisement? Why am I paying for my own Google ads?”

YIKES: Who Are The Feds After Now?

I hope you all aren’t here for yet another story about crime in rap, but the truth is there’s still more criminality brewing in the culture.

First off, let’s talk about 6ix9ine. He’s now sharing a cell block with none other than Diddy. They’re both being held in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, which typically houses individuals before trial and just ahead of a potential prison stint. I can’t help but wonder—are they sharing meals in there?

But that’s not the real headline. I’m hearing that yet another major music mogul has caught the attention of the feds. Normally, I’d be dropping names, but this figure is so notorious that I’ll let the rumor mill handle it this time. The “digital streets” are already buzzing and there’s plenty of credible info swirling.

If things shake out as they seem, this will be the final blow in what’s already been a tough year for rap. About the only exciting event in 2024 has been the Kendrick Lamar vs. Drake battle Beyond that, it’s been a cycle of loss, indictments, crime, courts and chaos.

These days, people are cashing in with scandalous interviews on platforms with zero credibility. Meanwhile, real, ethical journalism gets buried by algorithms pushing sensational nonsense. How does that make sense? I’ll keep you updated on this and any other developments as responsibly as possible.

Juelz Santana Teases Lil Wayne & DaBaby Collabs Plus Plans To Compete With Chrome Hearts

Juelz Santana is reuniting with one of his most formidable collaborators, in addition to making an official foray into the fashion world in one fell swoop.

The Harlem native is set to make a powerful comeback between the release of a new album, which boasts some of the industry’s hottest artists, and a luxury denim accessories line aimed at giving high-end brands like Chrome Hearts a run for their money.

During a recent conversation with New York content creator Queenz Flip, Santana offered a glimpse into the A-list lineup on his latest project and also gave a bold explanation for why the accessories he designed for his brand, I Can’t Feel My Face, are priced to rival those from the legendary rock-inspired brand. Santana dished on the firepower slated for his upcoming album while discussing his recent posse-cut “Boyz In Da Hood,” which features Rowdy Rebel, Jim Jones and Meek Mill.

“I got DaBaby on the album, Lil Wayne on the album,” Santana teased, going on to highlight that he has a “mean one with Wayne” that fans can expect to be a standout.

As Santana continued to dish on his latest moves, he began to expand beyond music and spoke on his plans to shake up high fashion with his brand I Can’t Feel My Face. The brand, which bares the name of he and Lil Wayne’s mixtape-turned-urband-legend, features denim accessories that Santana proudly boasts could be seen as direct competition for Chrome Hearts’ sought-after chains and gothic-inspired flair. When pressed by Queenz Flip on why he’s selling his creations for over $1,000 each, Santana defended the price tag, pointing out his own involvement in elevating Chrome Hearts in Hip-Hop culture after being not only an early adopter of the brand, but also a consultant for them.

“I look at it like this,” he said. “Chrome Hearts — you know how much they selling for? $5,000. I helped make them. If they could sell it for five, I need a band for mine.”

He added, “When I rocked it, it was years ago. We [Dipset] were some of the first people rocking it.”

Santana’s new accessory line takes inspiration from classic wallet chains but adds a distinctive twist. Currently, the crown jewel of the brand is the stoner boy wallet chain, which rappers such as Dave East, Jim Jones and more have already been spotted rocking.

“It’s heavy…looks good,” he asserted. “That’s what it’s about. That’s what James Brown said. If it feels good, sounds good, It’s good.”

Prior to the release of his 2020 project Free Santana, the Dipset rapper’s last solo album, What the Game’s Been Missing!, dropped in 2005. And while Santana has remained sought after by fans and his fellow rap peers over the years, Chrome Hearts has enjoyed strong support from rappers like Lil Uzi Vert and Drake, who’ve been spotted flaunting the brand’s iconic gothic rings and chains. Now, with his new music and high-end accessories, Santana is primed to carve out his own space in both the rap game and the world of luxury fashion.

Marlon Wayans Announces Family’s Return To “Scary Movie” Franchise After 18-Year Hiatus

Marlon Wayans has announced that the Wayans brothers will be making their return to the Scary Movie franchise after nearly two decades.

In a tweet he shared on Tuesday (October 29), the White Chicks star shared his excitement for he and his sibling’s return to the film franchise in a tweet that has already garnered over eight million views. Along with the message in the tweet, Marlon shared an image of himself posing with the film’s iconic Ghostface figure sticking his tongue out, seemingly referencing the infamous scene where he and the villain engaged in the hilarious “wassup” scene.

“WE’RE BACK!!!” Marlon Wayans exclaimed in the tweet. “After nearly 20 years, the Wayans brothers are finally going to give the fans what they’ve been asking for… a return to the SCARY MOVIE franchise! We’re looking forward to having fun on the big screen again.”

Overall, the Wayans’ family has played a significant role in the rise of the Scary Movie franchise. Marlon and Shawn Wayans first appeared in the film franchise upon the release of the original Scary Movie in 2000. In the inaugural parody horror-comedy, Marlon played Shorty Meeks, and Shawn played Ray Wilkins. Both characters were fan favorites, leading the brothers to reprise their roles in Scary Movie 2, released in 2001. Additionally, Keenen Ivory Wayans directed both of the first two films and Craig Wayans made a cameo in Scary Movie 2 as one of the students who accompany the main cast to the haunted mansion. After this second installment, Marlon and Shawn did not return for further sequels over creative differences. However, during his recent interview with Shannon Sharpe for his Club Shay Shay Podcast, Marlon accused disgraced film executive Harvey Weinstein and his brother Bob of stealing the Wayans’ idea for Scary Movie 3. According to Marlon, things went south after Weinstein and his Miramax company fielded their pitch for the third installment of the film and proceeded to lowball them with an offer for it.

“They go, ‘We love it. We’re going to make an offer,’” he recalled. But the Weinsteins’ offer was “what we made on the first one.”

Marlon went on to say that he believes the fall from grace Weinstein experienced during the “Me Too” movement was divine payback for how he wronged the Wayans family.

“Sometimes you ain’t gotta do nothing because God’s gonna do it all — God’s revenge,” he said. “When God come for you, you gotta trust God. You don’t retaliate, vengeance is mine. They took Miramax, his company…. Then they had the Weinstein Co. and then all this stuff started going down with the rape allegations and they took that company, too.”

He added, “I always say, they didn’t just rape and m##### women, they raped n###as too. Molested us in them deals. They were terrible people.”

Watch the portion of Marlon’s recent interview with Sharpe during which he speaks at length about the situation with Weinstein and his company Miramax amid the release of Scary Movie 3.

Drake & Chris Brown Accused Of Stealing “No Guidance” In $5M Lawsuit

Drake and Chris Brown were hit with a $5 million lawsuit over their 2019 single “No Guidance.” According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, Tykeiya Dore and Marc Stephens sued multiple defendants for copyright infringement in New Jersey on October 25.

The plaintiffs claimed Drake and Brown’s “No Guidance” ripped off Dore’s song “I Got It.” Drake and Brown’s collaboration allegedly used the “same chord progressions, tempo, pitch, key, melody, harmony, rhythm, structure, phrasing, and lyrics” as Dore’s track.

Dore wrote “I Got It” in 2015, published it in 2016 and uploaded it to YouTube in 2017. She registered the song with the U.S. Copyright Office in July 2019, a month after “No Guidance” dropped.

The lawsuit claimed the writers and producers of “No Guidance” accessed “I Got It” because it was uploaded to director Benji Filmz’s YouTube channel. Vinylz, who co-produced “No Guidance,” allegedly kept an eye on Benji’s channel.

“Defendant Anderson Hernandez, professionally known as Vinylz, discovered and obtained access to, Tykeiya’s song ‘I Got It’ and Cardi B’s songs on Benji Filmz YouTube channel,” the lawsuit contended. “In 2018, Vinylz later produced Cardi B’s song ‘Be Careful.’ In 2019, without permission, Tykeiya’s song was ‘I Got It’ was used by Vinlyz for Chris Brown’s song “No Guidance.’”

Dore’s uncle Jesse Spruils allegedly provided a copy of her song to Nija Charles, the co-writer of “No Guidance.” He confronted Charles after “No Guidance” dropped in 2019. Dore wasn’t aware of what her uncle did until 2024.

“Defendant Chris Brown’s song ‘No Guidance’ was released and Plaintiff’s uncle contacted Nija Charles to confront her about stealing the chorus of Plaintiff’s song ‘I Got It,’” the lawsuit read. “Defendant Nija Charles blocked Plaintiff’s uncle from her social media accounts. Plaintiff’s uncle felt incompetent, humiliated and embarrassed that he allowed the song ‘I Got It’ to be copied without being compensated, so he never told Plaintiff Tykeiya about it. It wasn’t until Plaintiff Tykeiya hired Marc Stephens, on May 21, 2024, that Plaintiff Tykeiya discovered that her uncle knew about Defendant Nija Charles and Vinlyz having access to her song.”

The lawsuit also targeted YouTube and Google for wrongfully taking down a copyright infringement comparison video uploaded by Stephens. The plaintiffs sued YouTube and Google for unjust enrichment, defamation, common law fraud and emotional distress, among other claims.
