Blxst Wants To Carry On The Legacy Of Dr. Dre & Ice Cube

N.W.A. members Dr. Dre and Ice Cube cemented themselves as two of the most successful Hip Hop artists to emerge from California. Blxst is looking to follow in those West Coast legends’ footsteps.

After growing up in South Central Los Angeles, Blxst went on to earn a Gold plaque for his “Overrated” single. The performer/producer also scored a Platinum plaque for “Chosen” featuring Ty Dolla $ign and Tyga.

Blxst dropped a new song titled “child of GOD.” Los Angeles-bred rapper Remble appears on the track as well. Apple Music 1’s Zane Lowe recently spoke to Blxst about the “child of GOD” collaboration and L.A.’s musical legacy.

“I just love the collaboration journey in general. Even Remble, for example, the dichotomy between him and me, it’s just like good and evil. People love to see those things meshed together,” Blxst told Zane Lowe.

He continued, “And even on ‘child of GOD,’ that was the constant theme in the song, seeing the good, no matter what evil you’re surrounded by. It opens your mind to seeing things differently. And we had that perfect room, where he just felt like himself, and he floated on there, man, he walked on there.”

Last month, Blxst informed Apple Music about his appreciation of New York City’s 50 Cent by covering his “21 Questions” for the streamer’s special Juneteenth playlist. However, the Before You Go album creator wants to be the next to step up and extend his hometown’s historic Hip Hop run.

“I think about the level that Dr. Dre set. Thinking about the storytelling that Ice Cube set. And those are the bars that I look at when I’m doing music. So when they pass the torch down, I can’t do nothing but aim that high,” said Blxst.

Snoop Dogg Revealed He Once Had A Dollar Bill-Sized Pet Roach He Dubbed “The G####”

Snoop Dogg may be known for his love of canines, reportedly having up to 11 dogs in his pack over the years, but he also used to have a pet most people would rather not have in their home.

The Death Row Records boss recently recalled a hilarious story about his indestructible pet roach. The pest was already living in the apartment when Snoop Dogg moved in, and despite his best attempts, the roach proved impossible to kill.

He told the story during his latest interview with Canadian media legend Nardwuar the Human Serviette. As he’s known to do, the journalist pulled out a rare piece of artist trivia, this time about a pet cockroach.

“G#### used to live with me. In my apartment I had a roach that we couldn’t kill.” Snoop Dogg recalled. “We tried to kill that muthafucka when we first moved in, and he wouldn’t die so we called him The G####.”

However, Snoop said the already large roach “just kept getting bigger and bigger.” During the six months or so that Snoop Dogg lived in the apartment, his pet roach “grew to the size of about a whole dollar bill.”

However, he also revealed he and his roommates left food out for The G####, so they probably contributed to his size.

Nardwuar Gifts Snoop Dogg A Piece Of Fan Art From A Classic Interview

Snoop Dogg and Nardwuar’s interactions are so iconic they even have their own fan art. During their eleventh interview, Nardwuar presented the West Coast legend with an image of a recreation of one of their classic interviews created by miniature artist Duane Shoots Toys.

“Smokefest the small version, that’s gangsta,” Snoop said, checking out the intricate details. “He’s a dope artist. That’s hard as s### cuz.” Check out the clip below and watch the moment Nardwuar gifted Snoop a rare copy of his first movie at the end of the page.

Lil Wayne Reveals The Jay-Z-Inspired Change That Led Him To Pen Prison Memoir

Lil Wayne credits Jay-Z with changing his writing style after he learned that Hov never writes down his lyrics.

The Young Money Entertainment founder revealed his inspiration to ditch the pen and paper during an appearance on The Pivot Podcast Tuesday (July 11). According to Weezy, once he heard Hov strictly raps freestyle, he never wrote a lyric down again.

“The moment I heard it I stopped,” Lil Wayne recalled before adding, “I heard that n#### Jay-Z don’t write, I don’t write no more.”

Furthermore, Wayne was so determined to abandon the notepad and pen that he dumped the last of his written material in one track.

“We went in the studio and we did ‘10,000 Bars’” he added. “That was the last time I rapped anything off of a paper.”

Check out a clip below and listen to the 35-minute-long 2002 track at the end of the page.

Later in the interview, Lil Wayne revealed that the Jay-Z-inspired switch led him to pen his prison memoir, Gone Til November, A Journal of Rikers Island. He wrote the book on the advice of a therapist during his 242-day stint behind bars for gun possession.

The therapist advised him to write his thoughts down as a “therapy escape” since he didn’t write down his raps. Lil Wayne recalled the exercise was something “to look forward to,” that he treated like “studio time.” He would draw the sheets on his bunk to close himself off at lock-in time.

Amapiano Controversy: Swae Lee’s Teaser Triggers Twitter War Between South Africans & Nigerians

Swae Lee had South African and Nigerian Twitter users heated after revealing he has a new Amapiano song on the way. On Tuesday (July 11), the “Sunflower” hitmaker tried to drum up some excitement from his fans about his upcoming track. “Wait till y’all hear Swae Lee on Amapiano,” Swae Lee wrote. However, he added the Nigeria flag emoji, leaving many fans convinced Swae misrepresented the genre that originated in South Africa.

One user replied, “Amapiano belongs to south Africans fam. This is the second international artiste making this mistake. Give the right people their props.”

“I didn’t say it belonged to anyone,” Swae Lee replied before adding, “I’m Nigerian that’s why I put it.”

He also credited South Africans for creating Amapiano and attempted to clarify his previous tweet. “I never said anyone created it in that tweet just said I got amapiano vibes otw and they sound Raw,” he added. “y’all got that one.”

However, Swae Lee’s comments also sparked a dispute between fans from both nations debating whether non-South African artists can call their music Amapiano.

In a video response, Swae Lee claimed he didn’t intend to “start division” among the diaspora. He also said he was introduced to Amapiano by Nigerians and gave a nod to his Nigerian heritage.

“That actually just opened my eyes to a whole other problem that we have,” he said. “What’s up with the division? We need to come together and empower each other.”

Swae Lee added, “Bigs up to the South Africans for creating this beautiful s###.”

Akon Gifts French Montana New Watch After Fake Timepiece Blunder

Akon has gifted French Montana a new watch after previously giving the “Lonely” hitmaker a fake Hublot for his birthday. The duo recently linked up overseas in their home continent of Africa, as seen in a video French shared of their meeting.

“Guess who I ran into,” he asked, panning to Akon and pointing out how “icy’ his friend was looking.

“That’s the watch, that’s my watch?” French asked before Akon replied, “You ain’t getting a watch this year. You getting something else.”

However, he was only joking. In another video, Akon presented French Montana with a new timepiece. “The word now is to make sure you get the watch in the box,” the Senegalese artist joked.

Although he said it’s time to put the joke to bed, French Montana isn’t taking any chances this time, tagging the FakeWatchBuster Instagram account to verify the new piece.

“Stop asking Akon about the watch,” he penned in the caption of the video. “he just pulled up on me and gave me another watch lol let’s see if he did right this time.”

Akon Addresses French Montana’s Fake Watch On New ‘Drink Champs’ Episode

Meanwhile, Akon recently addressed the fugazi timepiece during the latest episode of Drink Champs

“Me and French got got that day,” Akon said, explaining that he also bought a watch for himself from the same vendor but didn’t realize they were not authentic. “I’m the one that lost money. I bought two new watches — one for me and one for [French].”

He also claimed, “I didn’t know what a Hublot was,” but liked the look of the watch. When he enquired about the price, the seller told Akon that although it goes for between “$15,000 to $20,000,” he can get a deal. “I got a guy that can get it for us for $5,000,” Akon recalled the vendor saying.

He did also reveal that he copped the timepiece in New York City’s Canal Street notorious for its knockoffs. N.O.R.E. shared a clip of the episode with Akon discussing the fake French Montana watch. However, his Instagram comments were filled with fans wanting to know where Akon bought his “Drio” jacket. Check out the clip below.

Lil Nas X Busted For Joyride Through Oslo Tunnel

Lil Nas X was reportedly stopped by police after he rode through a tunnel in Oslo, Norway on an electric scooter. The 24-year-old Grammy winner was among a group of four Americans who were stopped by police on Monday (July 10). Authorities shut the Festning (Fortress) tunnel down but reopened it shortly after. According to reports, none of the scooter riders were detained or charged.

The four tourists had followed a GPS route that had led them into the 1.1-mile tunnel, police said. The group “used large parts of the roadway,” which resulted in a road traffic center having to close several lanes, the police added.

The Norwegian police department wrote on its official Twitter account, “They apologized. We have escorted them out.”

The Norwegian outlet Dagbladet reported the “Old Town Road” hitmaker was one of the group members in question, but it hasn’t been confirmed by police.

Lil Nas X seemingly posted photos after the incident. Alongside a snap of himself standing in the tunnel, he wrote, “About to go to jail in Norway,” and next to an image of him with cops in front of a police car, he added, “nvm (never mind) they f### wit my music (sic).”‌

The rapper is in Norway’s capital to perform at the Slottsfjell Festival, which will kick off on Wednesday (July 12).

He’s then scheduled to perform in Bern, Switzerland and Lucca, Italy before traveling to Paris, France to perform at Lollapalooza on July 21.

Atlanta Officials Take Action On Use Of Rap Lyrics In Trials

The Atlanta City Council passed a resolution to limit the use of rap lyrics in criminal trials.

District 12 Councilmember Antonio Lewis introduced the legislation to address growing concerns over prosecutors citing lyrics as evidence. The issue gained more attention over the past year due to the use of lyrics in Young Thug’s RICO case.

Young Thug and his co-defendants are waiting for a jury to be seated in their trial. Jury selection began in January.

The Atlanta City Council hopes to convince the Georgia General Assembly to review a statute in the Georgia Code. The council wants Title 17, Chapter 7 to be amended to help protect the constitutional rights of rappers.

“Our resolution is a significant step toward rectifying an issue that has disproportionately affected individuals within marginalized communities,” Lewis said. “We must protect the freedom of artistic expression while ensuring that evidence used in criminal trials is relevant, reliable, and does not perpetuate bias. By urging the Georgia General Assembly to address this matter, we are fostering a more equitable and just criminal justice system for all.”

Atlanta officials seek to “prevent racial bias” with the legislation. The council encouraged the Georgia General Assembly to follow the lead of other lawmakers and distinguish artistic expression from criminal acts.

Ice Cube Champions Himself After Tony Yayo Claims Biggie Is A Better Storyteller

Ice Cube weighed in on a heated debate between Tony Yayo and DJ EFN that grabbed the attention of Hip-Hop heads.

Tony Yayo claimed The Notorious B.I.G. was a better storyteller than Ice Cube on an episode of the Drink Champs podcast. Drink Champs co-host DJ EFN argued in favor of Ice Cube, who reacted to the squabble in an interview with DJ Whoo Kid.

“It’s subjective,” the legendary rapper told Whoo Kid. “Everybody got their favorites. I put my stories up against anybody. And I have a bigger sample size. But at the end of the day, everybody’s gonna have their different opinion. I love Biggie. I’m a fan of Biggie.”

Ice Cube mentioned writing for Eazy-E and N.W.A while advocating for himself in the debate. He also pointed out how his storytelling reached beyond the world of music.

“If we talking about storytelling, we just talking about rhyming?” he asked. “‘Cause I write movies too. So, I’m a hell of a storyteller! I could tell a damn story. Are we just talking about rap? Because that’s only a portion of what I do.”

Ice Cube believed being in the conversation for best storyteller proved he was “winning already.” He compared it to debates over the greatest basketball player of all time.

Check out Whoo Kid’s entire conversation with Ice Cube below. The two discuss Tony Yayo’s argument with DJ EFN around the four-minute mark.

Cordae and tennis star Naomi Osaka have welcomed a baby girl to their family. Osaka gave birth to the couple’s first child in Los Angeles, per PEOPLE. Cordae and Osaka didn’t publicize the arrival of their firstborn on social media as of Tuesday (July 11).

Cordae began dating Osaka in 2019. Osaka announced she was pregnant in January 2023.

YNW Melly Trial: Murder Victim’s Sister Allegedly Threatens Rapper’s Mother

YNW Melly’s defense team raised concerns about his mother’s safety before testimony resumed in his murder trial on Tuesday (July 11). According to Law & Crime’s Terri Austin, YNW Juvy’s sister threatened YNW Melly’s mother on social media.

“Earlier this morning outside the presence of the jury, Defense counsel said that Juvy’s sister posted online that she would attack Jamie King,” Austin wrote via Twitter. “Jamie now has a body guard. Wow.”

Judge John Murphy offered to provide additional security to YNW Melly’s mother if needed. The court determined one bodyguard was enough protection for now.

Florida prosecutors accuse YNW Melly of killing his friends YNW Juvy and YNW Sakchaser in a 2018 shooting. The prosecution claims the rapper staged a drive-by shooting in an attempt to cover up the murders.

YNW Melly, whose real name is Jamell Demons, pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder charges. He faces the death penalty if convicted.

The 24-year-old artist’s murder trial began in June. YNW Juvy’s mother testified in the trial, identifying her son and his alleged killer in surveillance footage from the night of the crime.

YNW Bortlen, the alleged accomplice, will be tried separately in October. Prosecutors say YNW Bortlen helped cover up the murders.

Jamie Foxx Saves The Day By Returning A Lady’s Lost Purse

Jamie Foxx is not only in better health but also actively engaging in acts of heroism in real life. While he may not (at least not yet) possess the ability to leap tall buildings in a single bound, he recently displayed his chivalry by recovering a woman’s lost purse while she and her friends were traveling on a pedicab in Chicago.

True to his Southern gentleman nature, Foxx retrieved the bag and returned it to them, according to a clip obtained by TMZ. Although the son of the woman who lost the purse only captured the end of the interaction on tape, his mom and the others thanked the Academy Award winner as he graciously returned to his chauffeur-driven SUV.

People are starting to see more of the multi-hyphenate over the last week than they have seen him in months. Foxx was taken to a hospital after suffering an undisclosed medical emergency in April. The specific nature of the mysterious condition remains undisclosed, loved ones, friends and fans have been offering their prayers for his speedy recuperation.

Foxx was recently observed enjoying a game at a Top Golf driving range during the weekend and leisurely sailing on a yacht along the Chicago River with some of his people. As his supporters from all corners of the world send their heartfelt prayers, they eagerly await his complete recovery and return to full strength.

Biggie’s Son To Make Documentary About His Dad From His Perspective

A documentary about The Notorious B.I.G. will be dropping soon via Time Studios. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the studio is currently producing “an intimate look at the untold life story of one of the greatest rappers to ever live … from the perspective of the son who never knew him.”

His son, Christopher Wallace, Jr., was only five months old when his father was murdered on March 9, 1997. Time Studios revealed the documentary delves into a dual narrative that spans the lives of both Christopher Jr. and Sr. from the 1980s to the present day. Directing the film is Vikram Gandhi, renowned for his work on projects such as “Barry,” “69: The Saga of Danny Hernandez” and “Trigger Warning with Killer Mike.”

It explores profound themes such as identity, legacy and fatherhood. As Christopher Jr. embarks on a personal quest to unravel his own destiny, his journey uncovers a comprehensive and previously unseen depiction of his father.

“Over the past few years, I realized my personal journey is connected to understanding who Christopher George Latore Wallace was outside of his big rap persona,” C.J. Wallace said. “I am on a journey to fully understand the world he lived in and the massive impact he had on American and Black history and by doing so, I can ensure that I honor his hopes and dreams while I build and create my own legacy for future generations of Wallaces.”

EXCLUSIVE: Wendell Pierce, Who Played Clarence Thomas, Gives His Thoughts On Controversial Supreme Court Justice

Actor Wendell Pierce, known for his roles in “The Wire” and “Jack Ryan,” offered a detailed perspective on Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and his stance on affirmative action.

Pierce, who portrayed Thomas in the HBO film “Confirmation,” provided a unique insight into the Justice’s controversial views.

Pierce explained that he and Thomas share similar backgrounds during an interview with AllHipHop.com.

“Black from the south, Grandparents were farmers, poor, understood the value of Education the premium value of Education your first wealth in life is education, Catholic black Catholic from the south,” he said during an interview with Chuck “Jigsaw” Creekmur.

However, their paths diverged when it came to affirmative action. Pierce benefited from it, while Thomas, despite benefiting from it early in his career, later became one of its most vocal critics.

According to Pierce, Thomas’s opposition to affirmative action stemmed from a traumatic experience. After graduating from Yale Law School, Thomas was unable to secure a job at a law firm in his hometown of Savannah, Georgia.

This rejection, Pierce suggests, led Thomas to believe that his degree was devalued because it was obtained through affirmative action.

Pierce explained, “he had no problem with it until he returns home to Savannah, Georgia, and he wants to join one of the established law firms there, and here he is with his Yale degree from the community, smart as can be, and they wouldn’t accept him. He could not get hired at a law firm in Savannah, Georgia.”

In a recent Supreme Court ruling, Thomas’s long-held dream came true. The court declared the use of race in admissions policies, a key component of affirmative action, as unconstitutional.

In his concurring opinion, Thomas wrote, “All forms of discrimination based on race—including so-called affirmative action—are prohibited under the Constitution.”

Pierce, however, believes in the power of art and entertainment to challenge such views. He encourages young people not to squander their power and to continue the fight for their rights, a battle that must be won with each generation.

He reminds them that the challenges they face today are nothing compared to what their ancestors endured, and that they have more power now than ever before.

He stated, “with every generation, you have to fight and win the battle for your rights.”

Uganda President Yoweri Museveni Apologizes For Country’s Role In Slavery

Uganda’s president, Yoweri Museveni, has issued an apology for the nation’s active role in the Transatlantic Slave trade. In the 17th and 18th centuries, Uganda was a big player in what Marimba Ani called the “MAAFA.”

According to the African Diaspora News Channel, Museveni extended the nation’s deep regret in participating in the slave trade that was the largest contribution to the African diaspora.

“We come in humility and brokenness to repent for the sins of leaders in Africa,” he began. “And in particular, the sin of selling our own brothers and sisters into slavery. This great sin brought on great pain and misery to millions of people of African descent and the judgment to the African people who remained on the continent.”

Museveni continued, “The grave sin of slavery scattered our people all over the face of the Earth, where they have suffered great deprivations and loss. If it were not for the parts that our African kinds and chiefs played in the slave trade this evil trade could not have survived.

“Therefore, on behalf of all the African leaders (past and present), I acknowledge the part that we played in this tragedy and today we ask for forgiveness. We seek forgiveness for the great pain and loss that the myopic and the selfish decisions of ours caused our brothers and sisters of African descent around the world and we ask for their forgiveness. We plead the blood of Jesus to cleanse us all from this great sin.

“Today we reopen the door to our brothers and sisters of African descent to return home to the continent of Africa, the land of their ancestry and the spiritual homeland of all African people. We welcome you home with open arms as brothers and sisters. We pray that we can close the door to the dark past and walk towards a better future.”

The apology comes 25 years after Museveni said the apology should come from the chiefs in his country and not the then-American president Bill Clinton. According to The Buffalo News, he called those Africans that sold other Africans into bondage “Black traitors.”

Busta Rhymes Congratulates Nems On Deal With Goliath/Virgin Records

Nems, one of the most celebrated rappers out of New York, is the latest artist to join the Shady Records family. Nems made the revelation to AllHipHop exclusively though a text message to company CEO, Chuck “Jigsaw” Creekmur.

Nems has been on a steady climb since striking platinum with his 2021 song “Bing Bong.” He’s managed to carve out a unique space and place in Hip-Hop, thanks in large part because of his ability to leverage social media.

That pivot has allowed him to open retail stores, sell merch and launch other business opportunities. He’s even acting in a reading for a play helmed by Brooklyn legend Masta Ace.

Coco Jones Teases “ICU” Remix With Surprise Feature

Coco Jones secured the biggest hit of her career with the “ICU” single. The DJ Camper-produced ballad became Jones’s first entry on the Billboard Hot 100 chart earlier this year.

The commercial success of “ICU” helped Jones win Best New Artist at the 2023 BET Awards in June. Last December, Pandora also selected the former Disney Channel star as one of the streamer’s Artists To Watch In 2023.

“‘ICU’ is taking people by storm,” Jones said. “It’s so crazy. When I was waiting to take my pictures, all these different races of people were like, ‘Coco Jones… ‘ICU.’ I have never had this many people know me from my song.”

With more eyes on her, Jones is looking to bolster “ICU” even further. The 25-year-old Def Jam Recording artist teased a new version of the song will be available for streaming at the end of this week.

“ICU Remix drops this Friday w/ __,” Coco Jones tweeted on Monday night (July 10). She included pictures of a river drawing, famous Disney characters and a collage of international boy bands from the 1990s and 2000s.

Those visual additions led people to speculate Justin Timberlake could be the surprise guest on the “ICU” remix. Timberlake released a song titled “Cry Me a River” in 2002. Plus, he spent time on Disney’s The Mickey Mouse Club and performed as part of the iconic *NSYNC boy band.

If Jones did recruit Justin Timberlake for a collaboration, it wouldn’t be the first time Timberlake worked with a female R&B singer. The music superstar has created songs with other acts such as Beyoncé (“Until the End of Time”), Ciara (“Love Sex Magic”) and Alicia Keys (“Morning Light”).

Meanwhile, Jones prepares to embark on her What I Didn’t Tell You Tour. The trek is in support of the What I Didn’t Tell You EP, which dropped in November 2022. The Bel-Air actress begins the tour next month in Ontario, California.

Metro Boomin Congratulates Lil Uzi Vert On Scoring Rap’s First No. 1 Album Of 2023

Metro Boomin was the most successful rap act on the Billboard 200 album chart over the last eight months. However, Lil Uzi Vert’s Pink Tape is presently the most popular album in the United States.

Pink Tape debuted at No.1 on the most recent Billboard 200. Lil Uzi Vert brought in more thtan 167,000 first-week units for his latest body of work. The 87-minute project became the first rap release to top the Billboard 200 in 2023.

Metro Boomin took to his Instagram Stories to congratulate Lil Uzi Vert on ending the Number One drought for Hip Hop artists. 2022’s Heroes & Villains by Metro was the last rap-based album to top the Billboard 200.

While reposting a Chart Data tweet about Lil Uzi Vert earning Hip Hop’s first chart-topper since Heroes & Villains last December, Metro Boomin simply added a [handshake emoji] to his Monday afternoon (July 10) post on Instagram.

Heroes & Villains opened at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with over 185,000 total album-equivalent units in its opening week. That chart placement gave Metro Boomin his third No. 1 following 2018’s Not All Heroes Wear Capes and 2020’s Savage Mode II with 21 Savage.

Metro also made it into the Billboard 200’s Top 10 with a 2023 release. His Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse soundtrack peaked at No. 5 in June. The compilation featured Lil Uzi Vert, 21 Savage, Future, Lil Wayne, Offset and many more.

Lil Uzi Vert also has three additional No. 1 projects in his discography. In addition to Pink Tape in 2023, Luv Is Rage 2 led the Billboard 200 in 2017. Eternal Atake spent two weeks atop the album chart in 2020. His Pluto x Baby Pluto joint project with Future landed at No. 2 that same year.

City Girls Member JT Announces Solo Single “No Bars”

Jatavia “JT” Johnson rose to prominence as part of the Miami-based rap group known as City Girls. She now prepares to drop a solo song later this week.

“‘B!tches always in my business’… NO BARS FRIDAY! 🚫📶😜🫡,” wrote JT on her Instagram page on Monday (July 10). She shared the single’s official cover art on the social media platform as well.

City Girls, which also includes Caresha “Yung Miami” Brownlee, have been releasing music via Quality Control Music since 2017. The duo contributed “F### Dat N####” on that year’s Quality Control: Control The Streets, Volume 1 compilation.

While JT served time behind bars for aggravated identity theft, Yung Miami continued to promote the City Girls brand on her own. JT dropped “First Day Out” in October 2019 following her release from federal custody.

City Girls put out the Girl Code album in 2018 while JT was still incarcerated. That project included the Top 40 hits “Act Up” and “Twerk” featuring Cardi B. However, JT and Cardi had a falling out since that collaboration.

Some online fans have been speculating if JT will use “No Bars” to take shots at Cardi B after the two rap stars exchanged words on social media last year, but Hollywood Unlocked founder Jason Lee claimed both women settled their differences.

A lot of the turmoil involving JT and Cardi B included another female rapper. Cardi’s longtime rival, Nicki Minaj, inserted herself into the beef at the time. Before that social media spat, Minaj recruited JT for the “Super Freaky Girl (Queen Mix)” posse cut which sparked some of the tension in the female rap scene.

In addition, JT admitted Nicki Minaj helped pen some of her lyrics. The 30-year-old rhymer said, “I just released a snippet of this freestyle I’ve been holding on to for so long. Nicki actually helped me with a few bars in there.”
