Sheer Haimov Teases New Music And Is Ready For Her Most Ambitious Season

Sheer Haimov aspires to be an artist that can keep up with the trends without compromising her values. Paying tribute to her roots is something she’s been brought up with and is one of the critical elements to the success of her clout. Fans look for ways to connect with the artist beyond the music, and this is an endeavor that Sheer Haimov executes remarkably well. If anything, the pop scene has become hyper-saturated. Considering labels are pumping out new artists by the month, artists need to pay special attention to crafting their platform to stay nuanced and prominent within a fast-paced music industry.

As you might know, the music world is super competitive, and it takes a certain stature of passion for riding the tide. Sheer Haimov means business when showcasing that kind of devotion to her craft. Her sheer industriousness is evident, and she recently struck a chord with the music industry with her recent discography. Having also accompanied her current records with stunning visuals, she has seamlessly projected her aesthetic, which pushed her ahead of the game, getting her on the radar as a fresh find in the urban indie space.

Even though these past few years were a setback for many artists, Sheer Haimov used this season to harness her craft for the main stage– she is a surefire act that quickly catches attention. You won’t want to miss out on her upcoming musical releases!

Machine Gun Kelly Explains Why He Put A Loaded Shotgun In His Mouth In Failed Attempt To End His Life

Machine Gun Kelly has revealed that he was once so low that he put a shotgun into his mouth while on the phone with his fiancée Megan Fox.

In his new Hulu documentary film “Machine Gun Kelly’s Life in Pink,” the musician candidly revealed that he was in “really dark” place after his father passed away in July 2020, worsening his battle with depression and substance abuse.

Machine Gun Kelly recalled that one night he attempted to take his own life while Megan was out of the country shooting a movie.

“I wouldn’t leave my (hotel) room,” he remembered. “I started getting really, really, really dark. Megan went to Bulgaria to shoot a movie, and I started getting this really wild paranoia. Like, I kept getting paranoid that someone was gonna come and kill me. I would always sleep with a shotgun next to my bed, and one of the days, I just f###### snapped.

“I called Megan… I was like, ‘You aren’t here for me.’ I’m in my room, and I’m, like, freaking out on her. Dude, I put the shotgun in my mouth. And I’m yelling on the phone and like the barrel’s in my mouth. And I go to c### the shotgun and the bullet, as it comes back up, the shell just gets jammed. Megan’s like dead silent. That’s when I started to realize something’s not right (in my head).”

After the incident, the “Transformers” actress and Kelly’s 12-year-old Casie convinced him to stop abusing drugs.

Machine Gun Kelly’s “Life in Pink” is now streaming on Hulu and Disney+.

Please don’t sleep on this new single from Alabama’s very own, JU Ashley, titled “Private Jet”

Legendary Producer Marley Marl Sells Stake In His Publishing To Reservoir Media

Pioneer producer and DJ Marley Marl has sold a piece of his publishing to Reservoir, leaving his classic-packed catalog in the capable hands of another Hip-Hop icon, Faith Newman.

In a press release, Reservoir revealed the Queensbridge native, whose real name is Marlon Williams, negotiated a deal that could include his production publishing on projects like LL Cool J’s Mama Said Knock You Out, his work with the Juice Crew, including early joints with Roxanne Shanté, MC Shan, Biz Markie, and Big Daddy Kane, songs on TLC’s 4x-Platinum-selling 1992 debut, OOOOOOOHHH… ON THE TLC TIP and others.

Marley said, “I’m so excited to be partnering with Reservoir. Faith Newman and I go back for decades, and I know she and the team truly care about my music.”

Continuing his remarks, stating, “I am so happy they’re going to be the new home for my catalog.”

Faith Newman, Reservoir Executive Vice President of A&R and Catalog Development (and the woman who signed another Queensbridge legend named Nas), said, “We’re honored to represent Marley’s catalog. He has been shaping hip-hop music since its beginning, and we are proud to support all his impressive contributions to the genre.”

Many might ask why artists are selling their catalog rights. Rolling Stone suggests the following reasons: tax benefits, personal circumstances, and a hot market (they can sell it for more than they can make from it).

“One of Reservoir’s consistent key strategies is expanding our catalog of evergreen hits,” Rell Lafargue, Reservoir President and Chief Operating Officer, stated. “Working with Marley is a great opportunity to deliver on that goal by extending the reach of his classic Hip-Hop tracks and helping to deepen their value.”

Lizzo Says Christian Family Members Annoyed With Her Risque Antics

Lizzo has annoyed some family members by swearing in her songs and showing off her body.

During the Carpool Karaoke segment on “The Late Late Show with James Corden” on Monday, Lizzo explained that she had a strict upbringing as a child, and some of her family members aren’t impressed with her risqué antics.

“For the first 10 years of my life, when we lived in Detroit, I was in The Church of God in Christ. When you have that faith, it is strict with the kind of music you listen to,” Lizzo recalled. “We didn’t listen to secular music, it was devil music.”

Host James asked if she would have been allowed to listen to her own music back then, she replied, “Early on Lizzo, yes. But when Lizzo started cussing, no. I’ve p##### a few family members off.”

When James asked if they were annoyed by her swearing, Lizzo clarified, “I don’t know it’s just that. It might be the ass, and the nudity, a little bit. Like my cousin gets mad at me all the time. He’ll call my mom and be like, ‘Hey, tell Melissa to put some clothes on.'”

However, his disapproval doesn’t stop her behavior, as she joked, “And then I double down and post more nudes the next day.”

During the segment, Lizzo sang her hits “Truth Hurts,” “Good as Hell,” “Special” and “About Damn Time,” as well as a cover of Beyoncé’s “Crazy in Love.”

She explained to James that Beyoncé has been her “North Star” for years and her music always made her feel like life will get better.

“When I was shy, or I didn’t think I was cool, or when I was getting picked on, I would listen to Beyoncé in my bedroom, and it would transport me,” she shared. “I would feel something, I would feel like my life is gonna be better, you know? There’s hope for me. The way she makes people feel, that’s how I want to make people feel with music.”

Lil Nas X Claims BET Thought He Was A Devil Worshipper As Hissy Fit Against Network Continues

Lil Nas X has claimed his experience with the BET Awards has been “painful.”

The rapper spoke to Rolling Stone about his BET Awards diss track “Late to da Party,” which he released in response to the organization failing to give him any awards nominations for the second year in a row.

“My relationship with BET has been painful and strained for quite some time,” Nas explained. “It didn’t start with this year’s nominations like most people might think.”

In the song, Nas repeatedly chants “F### BET,” and the music video shows him crashing the awards, which took place on Sunday, and repeating the chant on the stage.

The single’s artwork shows him urinating on a BET Award which has been thrown down the toilet.

Nas also claimed that BET executives were reluctant to book him to perform at the 2021 awards show as they had concerns over his “Montero (Call Me By Your Name)” music video, in which he controversially gives the devil a lap dance.

“They did let me perform on their show last year, but only after (I gave) assurances that I was not a satanist or devil worshipper and that my performance would be appropriate for their audience,” he said.

A spokesperson for BET said that the singer’s recollection of the 2021 show “is simply untrue.”

They continued, “Since last year’s performance, we have been in touch to work on other projects. We are still excited about his previous performances and continue to wish him well…”

Although Nas didn’t attend the 2022 BET Awards on Sunday, his “Industry Baby” collaborator Jack Harlow attended wearing a Nas shirt on the red carpet in support.

Peep Who Turned Down A Classic Hip-Hop Verzuz!

Yo! Guess who turned down the verses!?! I won’t do ya’ll like that last rumor with the 90s rapper! I see you want people to tell-call. I don’t want these hardcore NYC rappers after me!

Let’s move forward.

Verzuz has been one of the incredible pandemic-era phenomenon that has resulted in massive resurgence of careers. Numerous legacy artists have found new life through their brand that was founded by Swizz Beatz and Timbaland. Nowadays, we see the brand is dwindling a bit. They still get the eyeballs, but the classic battles it was originally known have subsided a bit. Busta Rhymes isn’t even asking for it anymore.

I believe there was a potentially incredible battle for the Verzuz, but one of the groups declined. Looking at Onyx all you can think is, those guys should be battling M.O.P. Now, M.O.P. might not be as poppin’ as they used to be, but they are still one of the most important groups in New York City rap history. They were loud, brash, and you did not mess with them in any fashion. The Mash Out Posse! Their biggest hit is “Ante Up,” but hard-core fans know that they are not limited to that one song. In fact “How About Some Hardcore” is one of my favorites. That’s their first song.

Anyway, I don’t know why, but M.O.P. did not want to engage in a versus battle with Onyx. I don’t think it was anything against Onyx, but I just think they didn’t want to do it. I’m not sure how much money was on the line or any of that stuff, but I suppose for some reason or another, they just didn’t wanna do it.

These are the guys that do not do anything for just the money. It could be they are “over” all of this rap stuff, but that may not be the case.

I heard a brand new song from them on Spotify and it was pretty good.

By the way, M.O.P. has worked with a lot of Greats so put some eternal respect on their names! Jay and Dame eventually signed them to The Roc.

Eminem Stands Up For Women’s Rights, But Some Women Bring Up The Old Em

Eminem has really changed.

Eminem was considered a raging misogynist back in the day. He openly loathed his mother and repeatedly murdered his baby mom, Kim, on records. He did it like no one else ever did it ever. And he received the appropriate controversy as he musically ascended to heights that most dream of. We all ate it up, even though some drew the line at the crazy way he treated the women in his life.

In the year 2022, Eminem is an older gentleman that has evolved somewhat. A new tweet and promo item in the name of women’s rights is not going over so well with the women. So you may remember, last week, the Supreme Court of the United States overturned Roe v. Wade. This is a federal law that allows women to legally get abortions across the country. Now that right has been returned back to the states after 50 years. So for example, Texas may forbid abortions, causing people to flee to New York or worse: trying to do them themselves or illegally.

Eminem has been controversial for quite a while, but he’s not so controversial today. The women that I’ve seen have an issue with some of the language in the post. First of all, it starts with “as a father.” That is a no-no! It should be something that deals with women’s rights or even humanity. But certainly, “as a father” suggests that he only really cares because of his own daughter. Like what if he was not a father? It should be for all women. Also, there may be some need to reconcile with women in general, but I don’t necessarily feel that way. That would just be something to do to reduce the pain, but what’s done is done. He’s trying to do the right thing now.

One post I saw said, “Is this the same man who rapped about killing his baby mama, rape and burying his mother?” Another post I saw said, “He needs to go sit down. He was never interested in speaking up for women’s right before.”

It wasn’t all bad. Somebody made a more lengthy, empathetic post:

“He has always been a devoted dad and uncle to his ex wive’s niece that he has custody of and raised as his daughter. And yes he has come a long way from his earlier days. I do believe he even has a relationship with his mom but if he is advocating for any woman I don’t see any problem with it.

I grew up listening to him and understood that before he was a rapper he was just a regular person with normal problems and yes he was a little out there with the way he expressed his frustration but I also have a Master’s in Clinical Social Work and I saw many instances of this on a daily basis.”

Anyway at the end of the day, this is good and Eminem is powerful and his fanbase is loving it. So that’s the most important thing, because some of those guys were crazy as he was. Hopefully, the message gets out there. Hopefully people will realize that Eminem was young and probably severely damaged himself. Hopefully, he is less damaged and more interested in using his specific celebrity for good. I think he is. Free Mumia.

Summer Walker Announces She Is Pregnant With Second Child

Singer Summer Walker dropped a big bomb on her fans on her Instagram Live after her“Hot Summer Night in LA” concert at Crypto.com. She’s having another baby!

The pregnancy announcement took fans by storm and validated many suspicions. After the show, fans commented on her outfit and questioned if she was with child on social media.

She said on her IG Live, “People asking me if I’m pregnant. I am!” And, you know, I’m very very very happy about it, very excited about it.”

This will be her second child.

She continued, “It’s just, you know, really peaceful, really happy. Lots of help, lots of love, and the only reason I’m even saying anything is because, you know, last time… I felt very disrespected that people didn’t let me tell that myself.”

The help is most certainly coming from her rumored boyfriend, rapper Lvrd Pharoh. The two have been linked together since 2021.

According to the “Girls Need Love” singer, this time around, she feels more comfortable about the process and is happy that people allowed her to share the news on her own.

News about her first child, a 1-year-old daughter with producer, London on da Track, was leaked without her consent.

Just because she is pregnant doesn’t mean the 26-year-old is toning down on her sex appeal. She appeared at the BET Award show red carpet almost topless with gold pasties that matched her gold mini skirt, black strappy shoes, gold earrings, and toned belly.

Method Man And His Son PXWER Announce New Project

Rapper Method Man is working on a new music project with his son Sha, whose rap moniker is PXWER.

Sha is the eldest child of the 51-year-old Hip-Hop star.

Meth, 51, announced the collaboration at Irving Plaza during an event for NFT/Web3 company Artie.

According to Page Six, a person who attended the event said, “Method Man introduced his son to the crowd and let everyone know they are working on an album together. It was a really cute, proud moment.”

The young son, PXWER, is considered part of the second generation of emcees of the legendary Wu-Tang. In this collective is also Young Dirty Bastard, son of the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard, U-God’s son, iNTeLL, and Ghostface Killah’s son, Sun God.

The official name of the group is 2nd Generation Wu. On their website, a blurb about PXWER stated that he was born in Staten Island, like his father, and is influenced by Capital STEEZ, Joe BadA$$, Nas, Kendrick Lamar, and his father’s group, the Wu.

PXWER reveals that his first cassette tape was his dad’s Tical 2000: Judgement Day, prompting him to start rapping at 10.

“For a while, music was put on the back burner for his passion of playing football going to college in Troy, New York, to play jr college ball. It was up there in a dark dorm room he fell in love with Hip-Hop again more than ever,” his bio reads.

The new project is not the first time PXWER worked with his father. Meth appeared on a remix of “Next Generation” in 2020.

In a previous interview, he said, “It’s dope to work with my pops. It’s like a dream come true, to be honest… Not many up-and-coming artists can say they worked with a hip hop legend like Method Man.”

There is no date for the new project.

Chris Brown Calls Violent Incident With Drake A “Misunderstanding”

Chris Brown and Drake went from collaborators to adversaries to collaborators again. Their frenemy rapport crossed the line into violence in June 2012.

At the time, Brown shared photos of injuries on his Instagram page. Reports suggested an altercation with Drake at New York City’s WIP nightclub caused those wounds to CB’s face.

Apparently, bottles began flying across the club after Drake sent a triggering note to Chris Brown’s table. This led to both artists throwing shade at each other in their respective songs, interviews, and social media posts.

Chris Brown Talks Beef With Drake On Drink Champs

As part of the promotion for his new Breezy studio album, Chris Brown sat down with N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN’s Drink Champs podcast. The topic of his beef with Drake came up during the interview.

“It was just a misunderstanding on both ends,” said Brown about his blowup with Drake. “I ain’t going into too many details. It’s funny as hell now, but as far as that, blood, he’s good though. He’s straight.”

The 33-year-old Virginia native also added, “It was funny, and then when we actually sat and talked about it afterward. It was just like, ‘Man, what the fuck was we doing? Like bro, that s### was funny as hell.’ But s###, I’m an R&B n####. I be in love with women.”

Breezy & Drizzy Eventually Got Past Their Bad Blood

There were rumors that Drake and Chris Brown’s fight in NYC was over Rihanna. The R&B songstress once dated both Drizzy and Breezy. Rihanna’s relationship with Brown included a highly-publicized domestic violence incident in 2009.

It appeared that Chris Brown and Drake settled their differences several years ago. Back in 2014, Brown surprisingly showed up in an ESPYs Awards sketch with his Canadian foe and NBA player Blake Griffin. Four years later, Drake brought out CB during a tour stop in Los Angeles.

The two award-winning artists finally officially cemented their reconciliation with Chris Brown’s “No Guidance” single. That 2019 collaboration became a Top 10 hit on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart. The track’s music video has amassed more than 422 million views on YouTube.

Cardi B & Lil Durk Praise Each Other’s Verses On Upcoming “Hot Sh*t” Collab

A new single from Hip Hop superstar Cardi B titled “Hot S###” will arrive this Friday (July 1).

This time, Cardi recruited Chicago-raised rappers Kanye “Ye” West and Lil Durk as features for the collaboration. On Sunday, she made the announcement about the upcoming arrival of “Hot S###.”

The following day Cardi B then revealed Ye and Durkio as the featured guests on the track. The Grammy-winning Invasion of Privacy album creator also presented the song’s official Lil Kim-inspired cover art.

https://twitter.com/iamcardib/status/1541224116245635073?s=20&t=kVxWbqf2qBwN5FXA2T7InA

“Friday we shaking the world I promise 🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪,” tweeted Lil Durk on Monday night. The “Ahhh Ha” hitmaker’s Twitter post collected over 2,500 retweets and 15,000 likes.

Cardi B quote-tweeted Lil Durk and added, “YOUR VERSE THO 🔥🔥🔥😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨.” That online praise from the Bronx-bred entertainer led to Durk replying, “You got the hardest verse we all can agree 🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪🌪.”

“Hot S###” will be Cardi’s first lead single since “Up” in February 2021. That 2x-Platinum-certified song peaked at #1 on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart. She also recently appeared on Normani’s “Wild Side,” Lizzo’s “Rumors,” and Summer Walker’s “No Love (Extended Version).”

Lil Durk is coming off dropping his seventh studio album, 7220, in March. The 17-track project debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200, giving Durk his first solo Number One on the chart. A deluxe version of 7220 landed on June 24.

In addition to teaming with Cardi B and Lil Durk, this year has also seen Kanye West link with The Game (“Eazy”), Fivio Foreign and Alicia Keys (“City of Gods”), and the late XXXTentacion (“True Love”). All three singles live on West’s Donda 2 album which was released exclusively on the Stem Player audio device.

Stormzy Reveals Deleting His Social Media Helped Him Feel “Normal” & Forced Him To Address His Ego

Stormzy has explained his abrupt disappearance from social media after deleting his Instagram and Twitter accounts two years ago.

The South London rapper explained he made his departure in February 2020 in a bid to overcome his ego. However, he also revealed that while it was a “weird feeling” initially, he now feels “normal,” as a result.

Stormzy recalled performing on tour in Denmark in March 2020, shortly after deactivating his social media. “We done the show and I came off stage,” he said as per LadBible. “I remember one of my first feelings was getting the clip of us to put on social media but I didn’t have social media. I remember it being a weird feeling,” he added before admitting he would normally rush to share the moment.

Stormzy Addresses Overcoming Ego

“That’s ego, that’s ego,” Stormzy recalled thinking at the time. That’s probably validation.” He revealed it was “a big turning point,” for him “in terms of what ego is and how you gotta kill ego.”

He added, “there is an ego in man I need to kill because look how blessed we are.”

However, the “Vossi Bop” hitmaker also shared another reason for the move, the need to distance himself from “noise” and help him feel “normal.”

“Whether that be noise on the internet, whether that be noise in reality, whether that be noise in events. I’ll just make active decisions to not be around noise. Because I feel that noise doesn’t allow me to be normal,” he explained.

Stormzy also believes “there’s a degree of separation that’s needed,” as a human being. He concluded, “There’s a man in there who needs to remain before the artist.”

Meanwhile, earlier this month, Stormzy was celebrated for his philanthropic contributions. He collected an honorary degree from Exeter University in recognition of his work to promote education, and fight racial inequality.

Drake Breaks Hot 100 Chart Record With “Jimmy Cooks”

Once again Drake sits atop Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart. The OVO Sound frontman scored his eleventh #1 single, thanks to “Jimmy Cooks” featuring 21 Savage.

“Jimmy Cooks” debuted at No. 1 this week. After Honestly, Nevermind opened in the top spot of the Billboard 200 chart, Drake is now the first solo artist to have eleven No. 1 songs on the Hot 100 and eleven No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200.

In addition, “Jimmy Cooks” is the former child actor’s record-extending seventh song to debut at No. 1 on the Hot 100. He previously achieved that feat with “God’s Plan,” “Nice for What,” “Toosie Slide,” “What’s Next,” “Way 2 Sexy” and “Wait for U.”

Two other Honestly, Nevermind tracks landed in the Hot 100’s Top 10. “Sticky” launched at No. 6 and “Falling Back” started at No. 7. Thirteen songs from Drake’s latest project charted on this week’s rankings.

Drake Extends Several Of His Own Hot 100 Records

Drake also added to his record of most Top 10 entries in Hot 100 history. The 35-year-old Canadian rapper/singer now has 58 songs that have made it into the Top 10 region since 2009.

Plus, the man also known as Champagne Papi earned his 29th career Top 5 hit on the Hot 100. Drake entered into a tie with the legendary British band The Beatles for the most Top 5 entries of all time.

Drake also extended his own records for the most Top 20 hits (93), Top 40 hits (148), and total entries (263). While Honestly, Nevermind received mixed reviews and saw a decline in first-week sales from earlier Drake albums, the studio LP still pulled in 250 million on-demand streams in its opening week.

21 Savage is the only guest artist to appear on Honestly, Nevermind. The Atlanta-bred rhymer has two career Number Ones on the Hot 100 chart. Savage spent eight weeks at No. 1 as a feature on Post Malone’s “Rockstar.”

R. Kelly Fan Arrested For Threatening Prosecutors

Authorities arrested Christopher Gunn, 39, for allegedly threatening three prosecutors in the R. Kelly criminal case. The Kelly superfan appeared in a Chicago federal courthouse on Monday afternoon.

According to reports, Christopher Gunn informed his YouTube subscribers to “get real familiar” with the U.S. Attorney’s office in Brooklyn. The Chicago area resident, also known as DeBoSki, suggested they should “storm” the building.

“If [R. Kelly] goes down, everybody’s going down,” Gunn declared in a YouTube video dated October 4, 2021. He also allegedly said, “[If] you ain’t got the stomach for the s### we bout to do, I’m asking that you just bail out.”

Christopher Gunn also reportedly shared a clip from the 1991 movie Boyz n the Hood where characters prepared to shoot and kill their adversaries. Law enforcement arrested Gunn in the Chicago area on federal charges. He supposedly faces up to five years in prison if convicted.

R. Kelly Convicted On Numerous Charges In New York

In September 2021, a federal jury in Brooklyn found R. Kelly (born Robert Sylvester Kelly) guilty of bribery, sexual exploitation of a child, forced labor, and other sex-related charges. The disgraced R&B singer is scheduled to be sentenced on Wednesday.

“Today’s guilty verdict forever brands R. Kelly as a predator, who used his fame and fortune to prey on the young, the vulnerable, and the voiceless for his own sexual gratification,” stated Jacquelyn M. Kasulis, then-Acting United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York.

Drake Takes On Philly Rapper 2Rare In Hilarious “Sticky” Dance Battle

Drake famously once settled a longstanding beef with Chris Brown in hilarious fashion, with a dance battle during the video for Breezy’s “No Guidance,” in 2019.

The pair faced off in a showdown which ultimately had Drake clearing the venue with his cringey dance moves in the spoof-style video.

Now Drake is back at it again, going head-to-head in a dance battle with a Philly rapper who recently called him out for copying his dance music style. 2Rare has been making a name for himself after gaining traction on TikTok with his remix of 112’s 1996 hit “Cupid.”

He shared a TikTok of him and his crew dancing to the Toronto rapper’s “Sticky,” the lead single from his new project.

“DRAKE REALLY HOPPED ON ARE WAVE ITS UPP!!😂🔥🔥” he wrote.

Though he also shared his appreciation of Champagne Papi, the pair still had some issues to settle. It seems all is well between them as they had a good-natured dance battle during a recent link-up. Drake and 2Rare exchanged their best TikTok dance moves in the highly amusing clip. Check it out below.

“Who wonn?? 👀👀” 2 Rare asked in the caption. “I think i got u broski🤔😂😂” he added.

NLE Choppa Claims He’s The Most Accomplished Rapper For His Age After Roddy Ricch Comments

NLE Choppa has thrown his hat in the ring for the discussion surrounding the “Top Rappers Under 25” conversation that arose recently after Roddy Ricch named himself, YBN Youngboy, and Kodak Black as the elite three.

He took to Twitter with a reminder for his fans. “Best under 25.. it’s crazy to not mention me when you realize I’m only 19,” NLE Choppa began before listing off his accolades. “You don’t have to like my music but my numbers are undeniable. 16 Gold And Platinum Plaques, 6 Songs Over 100M, 6 Billion Streams Worldwide, Sold Out Tour In US, Also Currently Selling out EUROPE TOO 🐐”

NLE Choppa continued, stating he’s without comparison and laid claim to the title of most accomplished rapper for his age.

“You can’t compare me to no n####,” he said. “I’m literally the youngest doing it and it ain’t one person at my age done what I’ve done so far. Everybody else got atleast 3 years on me average. Then it’s me 3 years in the game and I’ve already did more than some n##### whole career.”

While he didn’t mention what or who prompted his tweets, Roddy Ricch’s recent comments on Power 106 may have come his way. During the interview, the host asked who he considers the “Big Three” of his generation. “There’s a few,” he replied before asking for a specific age range. Once they settled on 20 to 25 Roddy Ricch decided on his three. “I’d say me, and Youngboy, and Kodak. That’s the age range right there.” Roddy added.

Back in April, NLE Choppa claimed to be the successor to NBA Youngboy. “The hottest youngin since YB, the hottest out my city,” he raps on “Yak Flow.”

While fans debated the question under his tweets, NLE Choppa took to Instagram to show off his international earnings.

I don’t do dollars anymore,” NLE Choppa declared before flaunting a stack of Euros. “New Name International CHOP,” he added in the caption. “Pay Me In Euros, Franks And Pounds!”

Cardi B also joined her fans to discuss the new music during a Bardi Gang Twitter Space. “I have this record already for almost three years,” she said. “I think this record is actually older than ‘WAP.’ It is everyone’s favorite.” She then added, “The record is very masculine too.”

Cardi B Announces New Music

Furthermore, Cardi B plans on coming right back with new music after dropping the upcoming single. “I’m already working on the next record,” she announced. “I’m already planning the rollout for the next record. It’s not gonna be a couple months, this and that, after this record. I know I’ve been really lowkey with s###, but I’m ready to be outside outside outside.”

While explaining that the song will arrive without an accompanying video, Cardi revealed her frustrations. “With the promo, I just don’t feel like doing too much this time around,” she said on Instagram Live. “Because I’m just exhausted with everybody.”

Elsewhere on the Livestream, she also let slip that she’s moving in a different direction on this song. She continued, “I’m so tired of people not doing their f*cking job correctly,” Cardi B added. “I’m so tired of people just doing things their way. Just…I’m just over it, you know what I’m saying? I’m over it. I’m gonna put this record [out], if it do good, it do good. I think it’s gonna do good ’cause at the end of the day, the record is amazing. I love the record. It’s something that I feel like you haven’t heard from me before.”
