Kanye West Accuses Former Trainer Of Killing Aaron Carter During Unhinged Rant

Kanye West was expected to release his collaborative album with Ty Dolla $ign, Vultures, on Friday (December 15). But instead of delivering the project, he went on a wild, unhinged rant about everybody from JAY-Z and Travis Scott to Donald Trump and Drake. He was particularly upset nobody “supported” him as his reputation crumbled.

Simultaneously, he used the same harmful language to the Jewish community that landed him in hot water while accusing his former trainer, Harley Pasternak, of killing Aaron Carter.

“I don’t want to hear s### from any Jewish n#### talkin’ bout, ‘Oh he’s in an episode. Harley followed me to the f###### hotel. That n#### killed Aaron Carter and now they acting like they won’t clear a Backstreeet Boys sample […] N###as be hanging around these n###as for the money on some Mike Rubin s###. I slap the s### out of Mike Rubin I see that n###a man. You know what I’m saying? Yo, f### these n###as bro…I’m on my Farrakhan Don s### right now bro.

“Because guess what? These Yeezy’s gonna sell. They sabotaged the show today. They sabotaged the Instagram. They cut off the f###ing adidas contract. Then they wanna go get light-skinned Ye. You get what I’m saying?”

Of course, that was only the beginning. West continued bashing adidas, who cut ties with him over his last antisemitic tirade, saying, “Y’all ain’t stop that adidas s###. Y’all n###as let adidas crash the richest n###a of all time. I put up one tweet and then Ari Emanuel put, ‘Oh we gotta drop this n###a’ and all n###as just watched. The only n###a that had the Trump hat.

“The only n###a that went and got them billions. The only n###a that break through all kinds of ideas in fashion. I’ve been called a f##### so many times for tight jeans. I got n###as from Chicago that I take care of that still try to sell me.”

He then referenced former Gangster Disciple Larry Hoover and the benefit he did with Drake. He continued, “Who you think the old man call? When we put Drake on stage, who you think the old man call? You know what I’m saying. N###a just ’cause I had a car n###a. F### everybody n###a. That’s what I’m trying to say to you n###as right f###ing now n###a. Drake, this is what you been waiting for. JAY-Z, this is what you been waiting for. adidas, this is what you been waiting for. Kim [Kardashian], this is what you been waiting for.”

Aaron Carter, who is also the brother of Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, died of a drug overdose in November 2022. His cause of death was attributed to drowning after inhaling difluoroethane and taking alprazolam, the generic form of brand-name Xanax. The autopsy report also indicated Carter was “incapacitated while in the bathtub due to the effects” of the drugs he took which contributed to his death by drowning.

As for Harley Pasternak, West ran into him at Atlantis the Royal Dubai on November 20. Harley was at the concierge desk making a dinner reservation when the run-in occurred. West apparently tried to hug Pasternak, but he rebuffed his attempt at an embrace and instead, asked the concierge to call security.

Saweetie and Lil Baby join Atlanta-based rapper Tauheed “2 Chainz” Epps as new editions to the BMF cast. Earlier this year, 2 Chainz stated, “I’m looking forward to seeing it. It was a change for me. I studied for it, I took it very seriously.”

BMF tells the fictionalized story of the 1980s/1990s-era drug trafficking organization known as the Black Mafia Family. Demetrius “Lil Meech” Flenory Jr. stars as his real-life father and convicted drug kingpin Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory.

Megan Thee Stallion-Inspired “The Rapper That Got Shot In The Heel” Movie Trailer Goes Viral

Tory Lanez being convicted by a California jury for shooting Megan Thee Stallion became one of the biggest rap stories of the last decade. A fictionalized version of the 2020 incident could be headed to screens shortly.

Earlier this week, 9/10 Productions Film released a trailer for The Rapper That Got Shot In The Heel. Director Alvin Gray claimed his Megan Thee Stallion-inspired motion picture will stream on Tubi.

The YouTube description for the movie reads, “Music artist Raven The Stallion and Cory Gainz are having a secret love affair behind their friend Chelsea’s back. One night after a lot of partying and drinking everything goes wrong, leading to a shooting that will forever change their relationship.”

Some social media users expressed excitement about The Rapper That Got Shot In The Heel. However, critics accused Alvin Gray of attempting to capitalize on Megan Thee Stallion’s trauma and trivializing abuse against women.

“I was intrigued by that whole thing. Because, this is my opinion, personally a lot of things didn’t make sense,” Gray shared on Instagram. “Guilty, not guilty, whatever the case may be, certain things just didn’t make sense to me which is intriguing. That’s how I am as a filmmaker.

“There were certain parts of the story that I felt like, ‘Okay, yes, that happened…’ but as an editor, as a director, where’s the string that connected from here to here and from here to here and back here. Strings were missing.”

Gray went on to say he was interested in the so-called “missing alphabets” of the Megan Thee Stallion shooting incident. The filmmaker later imitated former President Bill Clinton by joking, “I did not poke fun at that woman. I want you to understand this movie is not poking fun at domestic violence or anyone getting hurt or anyone getting shot. If you truly are a fan of mine, you know I don’t even get down like that.”

Megan The Stallion Continues To Maintain That Tory Lanez Shot Her

Despite Tory Lanez getting convicted of assault with a semiautomatic handgun, having a loaded and unregistered firearm in a vehicle and gross negligence in discharging his firearm in December 2022, there are still conspiracy theories online suggesting the Canadian was not the gunman.

Megan Thee Stallion recently responded to rumors that her former friend, Kelsey Harris, was the actual shooter. The “Cobra” rapper vehemently denied Harris fired the weapon at her that night in Hollywood Hills, California.

“I know who shot me. I said who shot me. And that’s why the f### you in jail. Y’all m############ are dragging it online like it’s some new evidence. There is no new evidence,” Megan Thee Stallion proclaimed during an Instagram Live session.

Doja Cat Reacts To Backlash For Wearing Alt-Right Comedian Sam Hyde T-Shirt

Doja Cat often ends up in the hot seat for her online behavior. Most recently, the Scarlet artist caught heat for sharing a photo of herself wearing a t-shirt with the face of a controversial figure.

In October, Doja Cat posted a selfie on Instagram that got a lot of attention. Her outfit featured a picture of Sam Hyde, the co-founder of the Million Dollar Extreme sketch comedy troupe.

Hyde reportedly supported Alt-Right content creators and white nationalists. Additionally, far-right message board users sometimes push the narrative that Hyde is a police suspect following mass shootings.

Doja Cat addressed her decision to put on a Sam Hyde-decorated shirt during an interview with Ebro Darden on Apple Music 1. According to the 28-year-old rapper/singer, the backlash was overblown.

“You can’t know everything,” Doja Cat told Darden. “Me wearing a t-shirt of somebody who I thought was funny is an attack on people… It’s not an attack. It didn’t affect the world in a way where we now have to look behind our backs.

“I feel like it doesn’t matter what you say. It doesn’t matter what some people know. There are fans that I have who know that I don’t put any effort or any involvement into whatever the f### that negative-a## s### was. I am more just—funny guy on t-shirt, wore it that day.”

She continued, “I don’t need to explain myself. I don’t need to prove myself to a bunch of people who are just going to project no matter what I say. There are people who are incredibly dogmatic. It doesn’t matter what the f### you do, what you say. They’re always going to stand by, ‘That person’s evil.'”

The Sam Hyde t-shirt controversy wasn’t the first time Doja Cat faced accusations of aligning with white nationalists or Alt-Right trolls. #DojaCatIsOverParty became a trending topic on social media in 2020 after the “Say So” hitmaker allegedly interacted with white supremacists in Tinychat forums.

“I learned that there are racist people who come in and out of the chat,” she insisted at the time. “They happen, then they’re banned. The idea that this chat room is a white supremacist chat room—I don’t understand it in any way.”

The RCA recording artist added, “I’ve seen it and I know I’ve been targeted by it, and I know that it’s controllable. But the narrative that it’s a white supremacist chat is completely incorrect. It’s absolutely, 100% f###ing incorrect.”

Cardi B Responds To Nicki Minaj Liking Shady Post About Megan Thee Stallion Collaboration “WAP”

It appears the longstanding feud between Cardi B and Nicki Minaj will not end anytime soon. A new round in the two rappers’ online war kicked off Thursday (December 14).

Nicki Minaj took to Twitter (X) to complain about Billboard allegedly dismissing some of the sales for her Pink Friday 2 album. According to the New York native, her fifth studio LP could lose sales units because she supposedly violated a rule about asking fans to show proof of purchase for her music.

Part of Minaj’s complaint included, “You can give out millions on Cash App tho.” She also liked a tweet that called out Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s $1 million Cash App giveaway in 2020. The “WAP” collaborators launched the #WAPParty contest as a way to “celebrate all the powerful women out there.”

X post liked by Nicki Minaj

Cardi B responded to the discourse about the #WAPParty giveaway by also liking a tweet. That tweet read, “The Cash App partnership for WAP was during the end of the second week. It was already number one and it required NO proof of purchase and didn’t even require you to be a Cardi fan. The only requirement was that you had to be a WOMAN who could use the extra funds.”

Both Nicki Minaj and Cardi B’s social media activity got picked up by several blogs. Cardi B soon jumped into TNT‘s comment section.

Twitter (X) post liked by Cardi B

“Please post who was liking s### with my name in it first,” Cardi wrote. “Please post how because of that I started gettin dragged on Twitter about lies!! Ya always posting my response but never when I’m being antagonized and lied on. I was minding my business!!

“WAP debuted at # 1 and I teamed off with Cash App AFTER to give away money for women who was in need during the pandemic. No mention or purchase of my music needed!! It was to help THEM. Ya keep poking at me with narratives and then when I finally [respond] I’m the issue. Keep my name out ya mouth!!”

Playboi Carti Shares Surprise Kanye West-Assisted Video “2024”

Playboi Carti is blessing his fans with a new Kanye West-assisted music video in time for Christmas.

A month after teasing the long-awaited follow-up to his chart-topping 2020 album, Whole Lotta Red, and less than a week after dropping a video for “UR THE MOON,” Carti has returned with visuals for a surprise new track.

On Friday (December 1) Playboi Carti returned with “2024,” produced by Kanye West, Earl on the Beat, and the duo Ojivolta.

The visuals feature West donning the controversial black KKK-style hood that raised eyebrows during his recent Vultures listening event.

Carti was at the Vultures rave and is rumored to be on the new Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign offering. The project was expected to drop at midnight on December 15, but failed to materialize.

Meanwhile, “2024” is expected to land on Carti’s upcoming album, rumored to be titled: I AM MUSIC. He addressed the project during a November interview with Numéro Berlin.

“I’ve been recording in Paris, I love Paris. Amazing,” Carti explained. “I was recording, in a cave, for like three months, and all the music that came out of that is just chaotic and crazy. Then, I’m in a glass house, somewhere in the hills, and the music there is just very good to the ears. And then, I’m in Atlanta and the tensions are just high and the music is biting.”

Nicki Minaj Continues Elliott Wilson Slander, Rejects Kanye West Request In Fiery IG Live

Nicki Minaj continues to address her gripe with Elliott Wilson after calling him out for criticizing her recent interview with Twitch streamer Kai Cenat.

“You know how many tweets I’ve seen you post disrespecting me, ‘Idiot’ Wilson,” she said during an Instagram Live late Thursday (December 14). “All y’all for some reason, when you’re around certain people, you feel like you’ve got some power.”

Someone in the live chat commented that Wilson “came at” Drake, prompting Nicki Minaj to become heated.

“Came at Drake for what? Nobody owes you s### h## n####. F### you! Why when y’all have an affiliation to Jay-Z in some sort of way, y’all be thinking that y’all can disrespect and violate?”

Nicki Minaj also accused Wilson of being part of an “agenda” and attempting to drive attention away from her album.

“Elliott has been one of those people who are used to being the mouthpiece for others,’ she said, adding that she doesn’t respond to the “nasty things” he said about her over recent years.

“But then I drop an album and you’re jealous that you didn’t interview me? Why?” she questioned. “And by the way, you’re a grown f###ng man. If you wanted an interview, you could have asked, I would have given you one. But that’s not what you want, right. Actually, we know what you want. You wanted to cause a distraction. Y’all have been trying for months and we didn’t care. Now we have a great album, we really don’t care.”

Nicki Minaj Refuses To Clear “Vultures” Feature

Elsewhere during the IG Live, Minaj also addressed Kanye West’s request to clear her verse on Vultures cut “New Body.”

“Chile. That train has left the station,” she said before adding, “No disrespect in any way. I just put out a brand new album. Now why would I put out a song that has been out for three years? Come on guys.”

Tory Lanez Seeks To Vacate 10-Year Sentence Citing “Childhood Trauma” And New Witness Statement

Tory Lanez has filed a petition to vacate his 10-year sentence for shooting Megan Thee Stallion in light of a recent statement from his driver, alongside other factors, including “childhood” trauma” and a possible discriminatory deportation.

In a statement filed this week, Jauquan Smith, who failed to testify during his trial, claimed that although he did not see who fired the gun that shot Megan, he saw Lanez trying to wrestle the weapon from Megan’s former friend Kelsey Harris before the shooting, per Legal Affairs and Trials reporter Meghann Cuniff.

“Mr. Peterson and Ms. Harris began struggling as Mr. Peterson tried to unarm Ms. Harris. I was still pulling Ms. Pete and did not see who shot the weapon,” Smith’s statement reads in part.

In addition, in a 45-page habeas petition seeking re-sentencing, Lanez also asked the appellate court to consider his “childhood trauma,” as the sentencing judge did.

He also argues deportation should not have been considered in sentencing because it is discriminatory.

According to Cuniff, the petition will be considered alongside Lanez’s appellate brief, and a decision is not expected for some months.

Megan Thee Stallion Responds to Tory Lanez Supporters

During an Instagram Live earlier this week, Megan Thee Stallion addressed Tory Lanez and his defenders.

“Y’all trying to pretend like Kelsey shot me,” Megan said. “Kelsey did not motherf###ing shoot me. And I really wonder why she—her main problem with me was, ‘You won’t tell people I didn’t shoot you!” I was like, ‘Kelsey, I don’t want to talk about this on social media at all.’ But now you won’t even get online and defend yourself. So, that really just proves my point: either you took some money or your life is in danger.”

She added, “I know who shot me. I said who shot me. And that’s why the f### you in jail. Y’all motherf###ers are dragging it online like it’s some new evidence. There is no new evidence.”

Kanye West Calls on Nicki Minaj To Clear “Vultures” Feature As Album Misses Another Release Date

Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign are gearing up to release their highly anticipated joint album Vultures, but they’re doing some last-minute tweaking, including trying to clear a Nicki Minaj verse in the eleventh hour.

While previewing the album in Miami this week, Ye announced the project would arrive Friday (December 15). However, like the previously expected release dates, midnight came and went with no album.

Hours before the duo was set to host another listening event, Ye took to social media to publicly request clearance for a long-awaited verse.

Tagging Nicki Minaj, Kanye West shared a screenshot of a DM to the NYC icon. “May I call you about clearing new body on the album,” West asked in the text.

Ty Dolla $ign teased the track in September at the Le Baroque Club in Geneva, Switzerland. The unofficial “New Body,” track featuring the trio leaked online after Ye scrapped the song from his 2019 album, Yandhi.

“The public adored ‘New Body.’ Like, ‘New Body’ is the biggest hit record that never came out,” Minaj said during a 2022 interview. “Kanye made me write my ‘New Body’ verse four times over in order to fit into where he was creatively and spiritually in his life, right, only to then, I go on the internet a few months later to see him on Drink Champs.”

She added, ”Everybody knows that’s the hit that got away … I think the ship has sailed for ‘New Body,’ everybody has come to love the original way they heard it.”

Meanwhile, Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign have announced another Vultures rave, this time in Vegas. As for the album, fans are hoping for a release to coincide with the listening event.

Nicki Minaj Roasts Elliott Wilson With JAY-Z Reference As Beef Erupts—50 Cent Jumps In

Nicki Minaj is presumably on top of the world right now. Her new album, Pink Friday 2, is eyeing the No. 1 spot on Billboard with the highest first-week numbers in nearly a decade. But, par for the course, she’s also drawing criticism. On Thursday (December 14), Rap Radar podcast host Elliott Wilson essentially clowned Minaj for her appearance on Kai Cenat’s livestream.

Taking to Twitter (X), Wilson shared a photo of her twerking while Cenat and crew cheer her on. He wrote in the caption, “Hip Hop Journalism.”

Minaj clearly caught wind of Wilson’s comment and promised more to come on Friday (December 15), although she wasn’t specific. She simultaneously dragged JAY-Z into the middle of their squabble, suggesting Wilson relentlessly fawns all over the Roc Nation founder.

“Elliot if you’d spit JayZ dikk out for one second, you’d be able to be happy for the new comers,” she wrote. “Isn’t that how y’all tried to tarnish my image? By saying I’m not welcoming new btchs in? Did songs with all of them tho. Why you not happy for a young black man like Kai. Tmrw btch”

Wilson, who was apparently amused by Minaj’s response and enjoying the attention, quickly retweeted her post. He also defended himself, saying, “Never dissed Nicki. Always said she’s the female rap GOAT. Over Lauryn, Missy, Kim and Foxy and all. I think Cardi B is dope too. Happy Holidays.”

50 Cent, who at this point is a professional internet troll, weighed in hours later via Instagram. He wrote: “Look how @nickiminaj be blacking out on these [ninjas]. this s### be having me crying LMAO.”

While it’s unclear what Minaj has in store for Wilson, she obviously wasn’t pleased with his post. The jury is still out on 50 Cent’s. Check it out below.

50 Cent Breathes New Life Into El Chapo Story With TV Series Following Podcast

50 Cent has added a new project to his expanding television empire. According to Deadline, the G-Unit boss teamed with BET Media Group to develop a new TV series as a companion piece to his podcast Surviving El Chapo: The Twins Who Brought Down A Drug Lord.

Lionsgate’s Pilgrim Media Group and 50 Cent’s G-Unit Film & Television are behind the unscripted series, titled The Twins. The show will tell the stories of Margarito and Pedro Flores, who helped bring down the infamous drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman.

50 Cent’s Surviving El Chapo podcast launched in 2022. It was his first show released under the G-Unit Audio banner. The podcast’s second season premiered in October.

The Twins joined 50 Cent’s English and Spanish language crime drama Prey Before You Eat in development. The crime drama reunited 50 Cent with Rubicon Global Media’s Chris Albrecht, who greenlit the Power series when he was the CEO and president of STARZ.

50 Cent will take over the facility in 2024.

Big Daddy Kane’s Rap Innovation Never Crossed His Mind—Until Eminem Inquired

Big Daddy Kane admitted he never thought about his pivotal role in the innovation of rap until he had a conversation with Eminem. The legendary rapper said he didn’t truly realize the impact of his multisyllabic rhyming for many years in an interview with Idea Generation.

“In all honesty, I never paid attention to that until Eminem mentioned it to me a couple years ago,” he told Idea Generation. “I never paid attention to it.”

Several rappers, including Eminem, provided Idea Generation with questions for Big Daddy Kane. Eminem took the opportunity to ask how BDK learned to implement multi-syllables, citing lyrics from “Smooth Operator” as an example. Big Daddy Kane noted how Slim Shady already asked him about it before regarding lyrics from the classic “Ain’t No Half Steppin.”

“I don’t know, I mean I guess it’s just the type of thing when you’re running out of rhymes, you figure out a way to mash words together to keep the rhyme going on,” Big Daddy Kane said. “The one I think that Eminem originally asked me about was, ‘Rap prime minister, some say sinister/Non-stop in the groove until when it’s the.’ He’s pointing out ‘sinister, ‘minister.’ But it’s like, OK, what else rhymes with that? So, I just put ‘non-stop in the groove until when it’s the.’ Say it fast enough – whenista. It rhymes with sinister. I just run out of words. You create your own.”

Big Daddy Kane also told stories from his storied career, reflecting on working with fellow legends such as Marley Marl, Quincy Jones and Teddy Riley. The Juice Crew member offered insight on why he stepped back from music after releasing his Veteranz Day album and told stories about his days in the studio with Prince and Rick James.

Joey Bada$$ Discusses “Power Book III” Role & Its Effect On His Music Catalog

Power Book III: Raising Kanan is back with season three, and the exploits of Unique are front and center in the ongoing narrative. AllHipHop sat down with rapper Joey Bada$$—who portrays Unique in the series—to discuss the evolution of his character. We give props to Joey for garnering new listeners among the often-resistant O.G. set of Hip-Hop aficionados—a daunting task for many new artists.

Unique is a drug kingpin in South Jamaica, Queens circa the late ’80s/early ’90s. He’s young, smooth, ruthless and determined to be the top dog as his older brother serves a lengthy sentence. Raq, played by Patina Miller, will do anything in her power to destroy the competition, or so it would seem. However, the Season 2 finale left quite a bit of speculation. These two opposing forces are set for an earth-shattering crescendo in the upcoming season—and viewers are already raving over it.

AllHipHop: The energy that you give in this role isn’t something that comes naturally to those who weren’t there. Could you impart upon us how you constantly added to this knowledge base as you’ve moved along?

Joey Bada$$: I was always fascinated with the ’90s era. I identify it with the golden era of Hip-Hop. Being from New York, eing from Brooklyn specifically. I wasn’t an adult at the time or even a teenager. But I feel like I experienced a lot of the people that were connected to that time. A lot of that influence has leaked on to me, and I picked that up. My artistic expression is aligned with the time. When it came to that, there was an aspect of it that I was able to naturally bring forth.

AllHipHop: To be perfectly honest, I have only been checking for your music for the past three or four months. I was listening to MF DOOM on Spotify, and it plays MF DOOM and similar artists. I’m listening and, ‘Yo, YO….YOOOO!” Do you think older cats are checking for you more because of Power Book III?

Joey Bada$$: I have been doing the music thing for 10 plus years now, but I will say I have succeeded in not only creating a fanbase, but a lane for myself.  But I will say that Kanan has exposed me to audiences in a new way. It definitely has made people want to explore the person behind the character more, and ultimately, I am grateful for that. I am very pleased to hear that was your discovery and your journey. Even though I have been in the industry for awhile now, I do feel like in many ways I’m just getting started.

Check out the video below and stay tuned for more of our Power Book III coverage with interviews from stars Mekai Curtis and Patina Miller.

Doja Cat Bedeviled By Satanist Claims Despite Dressing Like Devil

Doja Cat discussed people’s reactions to her use of Satanic imagery in an interview with Apple Music. The brazen rapper/singer said too many fans tried to attach a deeper meaning to her images and videos when she only selected certain visuals because she liked how they fit her songs.

“I like the idea of I did it on purpose and it’s this big ruse to make people react, but I also like the idea of—what it is is that I love this piece of visual art,” she told Apple Music. “I like this visual for this sound. So, I chose that visual and I applied it to the sound and people made up what they want, which is what you do with art. You interpret it how you want to interpret it.”

Doja Cat often trolled fans over their devil-worshipper accusations. She even provided them with more ammunition with her “Demons” and “Paint the Town Red” music videos. But she admitted it was frustrating to see how many people seriously believed she was a Satanist.

“Everybody has the right to interpret it how they want, but this whole very confident Satanism thing is like, I’m sorry – when the f### did I say that I was a Satanist?” she asked. “When did I ever say anything or even go marching outside the church? Talking about—no, when the f### did I say that? Anyway, it’s really tacky and annoying and f###### discredits a lot of the hard work that I’ve put in. It discredits a lot of the hard work that a lot of people have put in.”

Doja Cat released her latest album Scarlet in September. The project debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200, making it the second-highest charting album of her career.

Johnathan Majors Trial Closes After Viral Video Hits

The Jonathan Majors‘ trial in a Manhattan courtroom, proceedings have concluded after nearly two weeks. The actor, known for his roles in “Loki” and “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania,” did not testify, according to Deadline.

The jury will now deliberate on the domestic abuse charges levied against Majors by his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari. The trial has been marked by a plethora of evidence, particularly focusing on the events of March 25, which culminated in Jabbari’s allegations of domestic assault against Majors.

”This entire case is built on Grace’s lies — and, boy, does Grace lie,” Major’s lawyer Priya Chaudhry told jurors.

The defense’s decision to not have Majors testify was a strategic one.

His testimony could have offered a personal narrative and possibly swayed perceptions, but it also posed the risk of intense cross-examination by the prosecution. The trial has seen a diverse range of witnesses and evidence, including text messages that cast a shadow on Majors’ defense.

On December 8, a moment with a definite shift, Majors maintained a stoic expression in court as text messages exchanged with Grace Jabbari were publicly scrutinized. These messages, dating back to an incident in London six months prior to his New York arrest, revealed Jabbari’s intent to seek painkillers from a hospital and Majors’ concerns about potential legal implications.

Majors’ legal team initially succeeded in excluding these texts from the court record. Judge Michael Gaffey later permitted the texts as evidence following defense attorney Chaudhry’s cross-examination tactics, which were deemed to have undermined Jabbari’s credibility.

Chaudhry presented video footage and photographs from the night of the alleged incident and the following morning. This evidence aimed to track Jabbari’s movements, from leaving in a chauffeured vehicle with alleged injuries, to her time at a nightclub, and finally to her accusation of assault against Majors to the police at his apartment.

Chaudhry argued that discrepancies between Jabbari’s accounts and the visual evidence, combined with witness testimonies, undermined the credibility of her allegations. “Not one version of her story matches up with the photos, the videos, witness testimony or common sense,” Chaudhry stated, challenging the narrative presented by the prosecution.

With Majors abstaining from the stand, the final testimony was from his WME agent, Elan Ruspoli. Ruspoli, who has represented Majors for years, recounted a call from the actor on the night in question, describing Majors as “beyond concerned, distraught, worried.”

This conclusion of testimonies marks a pivotal moment in a case and reinforces that Jonathan Majors career and reputation is on the line.
