Conor McGregor Makes Battle Rap Debut Following Online Spat With Irish Rapper

Shortly after making his case to become President of Ireland, UFC icon Conor McGregor engaged in a rap battle following an online dispute with an Irish battle rapper. 

News that the ex-UFC champion was considering running for office was met with some criticism. “Conor McGregor is a profoundly stupid person,” wrote Scott Moore, a political commentator from Northern Ireland.  

McGregor caught wind of the post and fired back at Moore with a demeaning response. “Relax there pimples,” he replied. “You are a broke little ‘battle rapper.’” 

However, rather than backing down and avoiding a possible pile-on from McGregor’s 10.4 million followers on X, Moore challenged him to settle their dispute in his arena: battle rap.   

“I have a mental health condition where I compulsively pick my skin,” Moore explained. “I’m also autistic, I’ve used battle rap to stand up for disabled folk.” 

He continued, “If you want to battle DM me. On cam. Unless you’re scared of a fella with pimples bodying you for the world to see.” 

McGregor didn’t back down and wrote and recorded a round aimed at Scott “Scomo” Moore within an hour. He dropped his bars in a voice note on X, sending U.K. battle rap social media into a frenzy, causing a flurry of posts from fans refreshing their timelines looking for Scomo’s response to McGregor.  

After an agonizing wait, Scomo dropped his reply, hitting back at McGregor’s rhyming skills.  Check out their bars below.

Nonetheless, Conor McGregor wasn’t ready to end his battle rap debut and dropped another round. Scomo responded in kind before calling him out to battle in person. However, he ended up being blocked by the former champ. Check out the rest of their exchange below.

King Yella Thanks King Combs For Admitting He Was “Cappin” About Gang Affiliation

King Combs placed himself in the middle of a conversation about gang ties. The “Can’t Stop Won’t Stop” performer’s recent Gangster Disciple Killers shout-out caught the attention of King Yella.

On Monday (December 4), King Combs posted a message on his Instagram Story in response to an earlier video where he mentioned GDK. Combs wrote, “I ain’t affiliated [with] no gangs & I’m not a gang member!!”

After previously calling out King Combs for seemingly claiming GDK, King Yella returned to social media on Tuesday (December 5) to provide an updated reaction. The Chicago-bred rapper tagged Combs in his Instagram post.

“THANK YOU @kingcombs FOR TELLIN US U WAS JUST CAPPIN,” King Yella wrote. “YOU STILL WRONG. U LIVE A GOOD LIFE STICK TO IT CAUSE THIS GANGBANGIN ISH NOT WHERE IT’S AT. WE CAN SWITCH SPOTS IF U WANT TOO.”

King Yella previously called out King Combs on Instagram. The I Think I’m 2 Pac creator captioned his post, “So u GDK @kingcombs now… u was born famous… that’s y yo daddy goin through all that ish now, nerd.”

King Combs’s father, Sean “Diddy” Combs, faces multiple allegations of sexual assault and physical abuse. He recently settled an Adult Survivors Act lawsuit filed by his ex-girlfriend R&B singer Cassie Ventura for an undisclosed amount.

Yo Gotti Enrols At UCLA To Sharpen His Business Skills: “Still Learning”

Yo Gotti is taking his business acumen to the next level and is going back to school after enrolling in a course at UCLA. 

The CMG Records founder has enrolled in the Anderson School of Management “Corporate Valuation” course at the University of California at Los Angeles, per AFROTECH.  

Yo Gotti took to Instagram Tuesday (December 5), to share some photos from the campus.  

“Still Learning…,” he wrote in the caption. He followed up with a motivational message in his Instagram Stories. “It’s never too much information,” Gotti shared. “Knowledge is power keep hustlin.”

According to AFROTECH, the UCLA course will teach Yo Gotti the “tools and resources to produce a comprehensive equity valuation of a company based on qualitative strategic analysis and quantitative financial analysis.” 

Gotti abandoned his dream to study at Texas Southern University early in his music career. At the time, he was attending Southwest Tennessee Community College and aimed to transfer to TSU.  

“That was my plan,” Yo Gotti explained to Memphis Magazine in 2012. “To go there for a semester or whatever I had to do, then transfer back up to TSU. I ended up going to Southwest, but that was around the time I started touring and missed too many days. I had to pick.” 

However, the 42-year-old is now at a stage in his career where he can juggle touring alongside his studies. Yo Gotti went viral recently after bringing out his girlfriend during his performance of “Down in the DM” at the Atlanta stop of CMG’s Gangsta Art tour.

Soulja Boy Shops For New Baby Mama Via Social Media: “Hit The DM If You’re Interested”

Soulja Boy is known for claiming all sorts of Hip-Hop firsts, but will he be the first rapper to successfully recruit a baby mama via a request on his Instagram Stories? 

The “Crank That” hitmaker welcomed his first child last year, and now he’s ready to have another. However, rather than meeting someone the old-fashioned way, Soulja Boy announced he’s on a quest to find the future mother of his child. 

He’s not using dating apps, trying to get a friend to hook him up or even meeting other singletons at a mixer. Soulja Boy is seeking a new baby mama via his Instagram Story. 

“I’M READY TO HAVE ANOTHER KID,” he wrote before telling potential mates how to get in touch. “Hit the DM if you’re interested.” 

Last March, Soulja Boy surprised fans by announcing he was expecting a child with girlfriend Jackilyn Martinez. He shared the news alongside videos and photos from a gender reveal.  

However, a month later, a woman claiming to be Soulja Boy’s longtime girlfriend said she was blindsided by the news. In an interview with the Daily Mail, Aliyah Hanes claimed she was “heartbroken” by the announcement.”  

Haynes said she had been in an on-off relationship with the rapper for over a decade. Furthermore, she claimed she spent the night with Soulja Boy a few days before the gender reveal and thought they had a “future” together.  

“When I saw it, I was devastated, I dropped my phone,” she stated. “My heart dropped into my stomach, I fell over and started crying.”

NBA YoungBoy claims his long standing feud with Lil Durk is over and says the two speak regularly. Furthermore, he said he is willing to perform with his former nemesis. 

YoungBoy opened up about the current state of their relationship after a recent request from Gillie Da King. During an episode of his Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast, Gillie said getting Lil Durk and NBA YoungBoy on the same stage sends a powerful message to the younger generation.  

“If both of them could hit the stage in the same night it could show the youngins’ that s### ain’t that serious. The beef ain’t that serious. None of this drama ain’t that serious and nothing we got going on is that serious. It’s all about giving the fans what they want and making money,” Gillie said.

NBA YoungBoy Confirms He Would Take The Stage With Lil Durk

NBA YoungBoy caught wind of Gillie’s comments and responded via Instagram, dispelling talk of any tension.  

“OG, I talk to Durk like every 2-3 nights,” YoungBoy explained in a video. “He be talking to me about my music. He focused on a billion dollars right now.” 

However, while YoungBoy said he would love to fulfill Gillie’s request to perform with Lil Durk, he’s stuck on house arrest.  

“Get them to let me out of this house, I hit that stage for you. How you want me to come? Every chain on or just one chain,” YoungBoy added.  

He also doubled down on his claim that the beef is squashed with a note to Gillie in the caption. “It ain’t what you think OG,” he wrote. “All this s### entertainment.” Watch his video below.

Although Lil Durk didn’t respond to Gillie or NBA YoungBoy directly, he posted a cryptic message on his Instagram Story.  

“You lied bout sending the address 7x when I asked,” he shared. “I’m finna grab my coat,” Durk wrote before adding, “1 more time send the address.” 

NBA YoungBoy responded to Lil Durk saying “it don’t work like that” and visitors must be approved by under the terms of his house arrest. “You gone send my ass to jail,” he joked.

Blueface has opened up about why he took his baby from the care of Chrisean Rock’s friend at 4 A.M. 

The drama surrounding the rapper and the mothers of his children flared up again over the weekend when the reality TV starlet left their son Chrisean Rock Jr. with her friend Marsh. Rock claimed she was at the studio, but Blueface insisted his ex was lying.  

Although he did not explain how he knew Rock was not with their son, Blue told Jason Lee of Hollywood Unlocked why he left with the baby. According to the “Thotiana” rapper, he pulled up at Marsh’s home to find his son sleeping “on a blow-up mattress on the floor” with Marsh, her son and two other children.  

“So, I just grabbed the baby and walked out,” he stated during the livestream on Tuesday (December 5). “The baby isn’t looking like a Blueface baby. It’s looking just like a regular kid with everybody around and I wasn’t feeling it.” 

While Chrisean Rock claimed Blueface beat Marsh, leaving her with visible injuries, Blue said he was the one being attacked. He claimed Marsh kept following him because Chrisean told her to fight him to prevent him from leaving with the baby.  

“If you keep playing with me with this baby,” Blueface recalled telling Marsh, “I’m a have no choice but to protect the baby.”

Nonetheless, Marsh told a different story. She also hopped on Instagram Live Monday with her version of events. Marsh claims Blueface “kicked down the door” but “beat himself up,” because he kept missing punches.

CEO Jizzle Was Apparently Shot By His Own Brother At Lil Baby Concert

The man charged with discharging the firearm that struck CEO Jizzle during a recent Lil Baby concert reportedly just had his bond revoked.

According to FOX13 Memphis, a Shelby county judge revoked Kevin Young’s bond during a court hearing on Tuesday (December 5) that was connected to the 22-year-old’s involvement in the case. Young, who raps under the stage name Kato 2x, was charged with reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a weapon, among other charges, following the shooting incident on September 7 at the FedEx Forum.

Young’s bond was originally set at $150,000 before it was revoked. He’s accused of firing the shot that struck Jizzle inside the arena, however, Young wasn’t arrested for the shooting until September 27.

CEO Jizzle had frequently collaborated with Young, who’s been identified as his brother, and even connected with him for their “Step Brothers 2” single in April.

Young’s attorney said that his client was accused of shooting his own brother as they were standing next to each other during the Lil Baby concert.

Jizzle previously addressed his survival of the attack in a post on social media in which he said, “Ain’t no way I’ma let a f###### take me out,” in an Instagram Live video.

Drake has recruited his son, Adonis, along with Kehlani and Young Nudy and their daughters for his new NOCTA X Nike campaign.

On Sunday (December 3), the official Twitter page for NOCTA shared images of the “Love You Forever” campaign promoting the new Nike Air Force One (AF1) silhouette that Drake designed. The Polaroid-style images feature intimate photos of Drake and Adonis getting their hair braided, along with Kehlani and her daughter Adeya and Young Nudy and his daughter posing for mini family flicks.

Billboard chart-topping artist Daddy Yankee says he’s stepping away from his music career in order to lean into his faith.

On Sunday (December 3), the “Despacito” hitmaker’s announced his decision retire in a heartfelt speech during a farewell show of the La Meta (The Goal) Tour in Puerto Rico. Yankee started the lengthy speech off by detailing the importance of sharing the moment with his fans.

“My people, this day for me is the most important day of my life,” he said in part. “And I want to share it with you because living a life of success is not the same as living a life with purpose.”

Daddy Yankee became emotional as he continued, revealing that he’s felt “unfulfilled” by the success of his career for a very long time, which is part of the reason why he’s giving his life to Christ.

“I have to confess that those days are over,” Yankee said in part. “Someone was able to fill that emptiness,” he sobbed. “That is why tonight, I recognize, and I am not ashamed to tell the whole world that Jesus lives in me and that I will live for him.”

In addition to thanking his fans for their support over the years, he invited his listeners to join him in his new chapter of life.

“All the tools that I have in my possession such as music, social networks, platforms, a microphone — everything that Jesus gave me — is now for his kingdom,” Yankee said. “Thank you very much, Puerto Rico, and I hope that you walk with me in this new beginning.”

The 46-year-old genre-pioneering artist also announced he’ll be formally recognized by his given name, Ramón Ayala, moving forward—rather than his stage name.

“To all the people who followed me, follow Jesus Christ, who is the way, the truth and the life,” he said. “Just like Jesus, with his mercy, allowed me to travel the world, in your mercy, Father, I hope you allow me to evangelize the world from Puerto Rico. Amen.”

In addition to proposing a one-sided open relationship, the fan appears to profess his love for Rose and reveals he allegedly spent upward of $90,000 as an investment in their relationship.

The fan even offered to gift Rose 10 bitcoins (cryptocurrency), which is worth up to a $400,000 value. However, what may be the most appalling part of the exchange is the unsolicited full portrait tattoo the fan got on what appears to be his thigh area to further express his affection for Rose. And as if there weren’t already a high level of ambient humiliation floating around the situation, Rose proceeded to further degrade the fellow by recycling old Drake bars to flex her dominance over the poor simp.

“Tat my face on you so I know it’s real,” she wrote in the tweet with the video and images. Paul Pierce is gonna have some real competition when it comes to tricking off on Rose.

Jamie Foxx Says They Cloned Tyrone, Not Him

Jamie Foxx joked about people claiming he was cloned at his first public appearance since his health scare. The multi-hyphenate addressed the conspiracy theory at the Critics Choice Association‘s Celebration of Cinema and Television: Honoring Black, Latino and AAPI Achievements on Monday night (December 4).

“I’m not a clone, I’m not a clone,” he said. “I know a lot of people who were saying I was cloned out there. Boy, y’all ain’t s###.”

Foxx’s speech was filled with humor, but he got emotional when discussing his health scare. He told the crowd how grateful he was to be alive.

“I want to thank everybody,” he said. “I’ve been through something. I’ve been through some things. You know, it’s crazy, I couldn’t do that six months ago. I couldn’t actually walk.”

He added, “It feels good to be here. I cherish every single minute now. It’s different. You know, it’s different. You know, it’s beyond—I wouldn’t wish what I went through on my worst enemy ‘cause it’s tough when you—when it’s almost over, when you see the tunnel. I saw the tunnel. I didn’t see the light. It was hot in that tunnel!”

Foxx, who starred in the Netflix film They Cloned Tyrone, was hospitalized after suffering an undisclosed medical emergency in April. He shared an update on his health in July.

“I went to hell and back, and my road to recovery had some potholes as well, but I’m coming back and I’m able to work,” he said in an Instagram video. “So, I want to thank the people who let me work, and I just want to say that I love everybody and I love all the love that I got.”

Last month, a woman sued Foxx for sexual assault in New York. A spokesperson for Foxx denied the allegations and said the alleged victim filed a similar lawsuit that was dismissed in 2020.

Nia Long did not read a flirtatious message sent by Cam’ron after her highly publicized breakup with Houston Rockets head coach Ime Udoda. Killa Cam asked Long to check her DMs in hopes of her finally seeing what he wrote on Tuesday (December 5).

Cam’ron’s Instagram DM became a topic of conversation during a discussion about Udoka’s spat with LeBron James at a Los Angeles Lakers vs. Houston Rockets game. Udoka was married to Long but infamously cheated on her in a scandal that led to the Boston Celtics firing him last season.

Killa Cam’s co-hosts Ma$e and Treasure “Stat Baby” Wilson ended up playing a game of “Rate the Rizz,” reading Cam’ron’s DM to Long on the show. Ma$e could not stop laughing as he listened to Wilson read the message, which was written in October 2022.

“Your perseverance as a strong Black woman through this turbulent time has been something to behold,” Cam’ron wrote to Long. “You shouldn’t be taken advantage of and exploited as you did nothing to deserve this. Especially all over these sports networks. You’re bigger and better than that. You’re a queen, and by the way, I’m a king. Together we can achieve the greatness were both destined for as a couple.”

Ma$e and Wilson praised Cam’ron’s attempt at shooting his shot. The Dipset member was proud of his efforts, thanking his co-hosts for respecting his game. Ma$e joked that Udoka lashed out at LeBron because the coach saw the DM to Long.

Rick Ross Trashes 50 Cent, His “Diabolical Genius” & Girlfriend

Rick Ross added a new chapter to his longstanding beef with 50 Cent on Tuesday (December 5). The Maybach Music Group boss took verbal shots at his rival in response to 50 Cent mocking Rozay and Meek Mill’s Too Good to Be True album sales.

“I got a DM saying, ‘Rozay, we believe 50 Cent just made a comment about you online,” Ross said on Instagram Stories. “I seen it and I said to myself, ‘Y’all don’t know 50 Cent like I do. He wouldn’t do that.’ For one, his b#### dream chases. She been a Dream Chaser b#### for many years. Still is. That’s when she told me I was her favorite.”

Rozay’s disrespect of 50 Cent’s girlfriend Cuban Link was just the beginning of the social media diatribe. Ross continued by scoffing at Charlamagne Tha God calling 50 Cent a “diabolical genius.”

Charlamagne praised 50 Cent for trolling Diddy after the Bad Boy Records founder stepped down as chairman of REVOLT in November. 50 Cent offered to buy the network amid his relentless taunting of Diddy, who faced allegations of sexual assault. Ross was less impressed than Charlamagne, downplaying 50 Cent’s genius by referencing the G-Unit rapper’s past financial troubles.

“There’s something else I seen that I thought was actually kinda cute,” Ross said. “Charlamagne referred to 50 Cent as a ‘diabolical genius.’ And me, thinking the way I think of Charlamagne, he would know better than that. A diabolical genius doesn’t file foreclosure, doesn’t file bankruptcy … A diabolical genius, for my next generation of young bosses, they buying Delta. They buying the Miami Heat. They making big boy moves. Cracking jokes on somebody don’t make you diabolical.”

He added, “Getting money make you diabolical. That’s what make you diabolical, Charlamagne. Stop dickriding.”

EXCLUSIVE: Harve Pierre & Diddy’s Lawyers Ordered To Court As Jane Doe Shields Identity

A New York judge scheduled a court date in a Jane Doe’s sexual assault lawsuit against former Bad Boy Records president Harve Pierre. According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, Judge James E. d’Auguste signed off on a January 2024 hearing and allowed Pierre’s alleged victim to maintain her anonymity on Tuesday (December 5).

“Let the Defendants by the counsel show cause at IAS Part 55, Virtual/Room 103 of this court to be held at the courthouse located at 71 Thomas Street, New York, NY 10013, on the 12th day of January 2024,” the judge wrote.

Last month, Jane Doe sued Pierre for sexually assaulting her on multiple occasions “from approximately 2016 to 2017.” The lawsuit named Pierre, Bad Boy Records, Diddy’s Comb Enterprises and five others as defendants.

The alleged victim claimed Pierre used his position of power to groom, exploit and sexually assault her. She accused Diddy’s companies of negligence and gender violence.

Jane Doe was a former assistant to Pierre, who left Bad Boy Records in 2017. Judge d’Auguste did not force her to reveal her name.

“The Plaintiff is permitted as interim relief to maintain the above pseudonym caption pending a hearing on this order to show cause,” the judge ordered. “And it is further ordered that sufficient cause appearing therefore, let service upon all Defendants of a copy of this order, together with the papers upon which this order is granted, and the summons and complaint, on or before the 8th of December 2023 be deemed good and sufficient service. An affidavit or other proof of service shall be presented to this court on the return date directed in the second paragraph of this order.”

Jane Doe filed her lawsuit against Pierre after Diddy’s ex Cassie sued the mogul for rape and abuse. Diddy settled with Cassie out of court, but two more women sued him for sexual assault in November.

The Weeknd Follows Eminem’s Lead With “Fortnite Festival” Collab

The Weeknd is joining the gaming wave via the Fortnite universe. On Saturday (December 9), The Weeknd will be featured as the headlining act in Epic Games’ Fortnite Festival, the all-new music-focused gaming mode adjacent to the Battle Royale.

“Fortnite Festival is a new music game where players can play in a band with friends or perform solo on stage with hit music by their favorite artists,” a press release explained.

The Weeknd x Fortnite collab will be available for purchase via the “Festival Pass.” Much like Eminem’s recent foyer in Fortnite, The Weekend collab will include a loading screen and a new skin, along with items available in-game for purchase such as a new microphone, two new bass designs, three songs, a keytar and new “Boombox” aura.

It should be noted that Diddy vehemently denies these allegations. He’s also recently stepped down from his role as the chairman of his own media company, REVOLT, which is a temporary matter so I expect him to return when the heat dies down.

These are just two posts, but if you look at the caption, you can see what may be going on. “Diddy Do It? COMING SOON !” he says at the bottom. I’m thinking this is happening.

Cassie Ventura filed the explosive lawsuit against Diddy on November 16, accusing him of rape and orchestrating sexual encounters with male escorts while he observed, among other allegations. Diddy’s legal team settled the matter within 24 hours but didn’t publicly admit any wrongdoing. Representatives for 50 Cent and G-Unit Film and Television aren’t talking right now, so we don’t know exactly what’s real regarding the documentary.

Alicia Keys Musical “Hell’s Kitchen” Headed To Broadway

Hell’s Kitchen is going from Off-Broadway to Broadway. The musical inspired by the life of Alicia Keys will premiere at the Shubert Theater in 2024. Producers of Hell’s Kitchen plan for the show to preview at the Shubert beginning on March 28. Opening night is scheduled for April 20.

Hell’s Kitchen features music and lyrics by Alicia Keys with a book by Kristoffer Diaz. The Michael Greif-directed show includes hits such as “Fallin’,” “You Don’t Know My Name,” “If I Ain’t Got You,” and “Empire State of Mind.”

“Good things take time and for 13 years, I’ve been dreaming, developing, and finding inspiration for a musical based on my experience growing up in Hell’s Kitchen, NYC,” Keys said in a statement.

The R&B legend also added, “Hell’s Kitchen is inspired by my life, but it’s not a biographical story. It’s a story about family relationships and identity: Who are we? Who do we want to be? Who are we becoming?”

Alicia Keys grew up in the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood of New York City. She studied musical theatre as a child and became a classically trained pianist. Keys also started composing music as a pre-teen.

The 42-year-old recording artist went on to release chart-topping albums such as Songs in A Minor, The Diary of Alicia Keys and Girl on Fire. Over her three-decade career, Keys scored four No. 1 singles.

Additionally, Alicia Keys has won 15 Grammy Awards, including Best New Artist in 2002. Keys amassed 20 million RIAA-certified album units. She has 37 million RIAA-certified single units as well.

Diddy’s Son King Combs Denies Being Gang Member After Shouting Out GDK

The Combs family has been part of headlines news for weeks. After Sean “Diddy” Combs faced multiple sexual assault allegations, his son, Christian “King” Combs now has to deal with alleged gang affiliations.

Footage of the younger Combs seemingly announcing his connection to Gangster Disciple Killers got picked up by several outlets. In the viral clip, the 25-year-old rapper apparently said, “GDK.”

However, King Combs felt the need to clear up any assumptions. On Monday (December 4), the C3 EP creator posted on his Instagram Story, “I ain’t affiliated [with] no gangs & I’m not a gang member!!”

That declaration from King Combs came after King Yella called out the Bad Boy Entertainment scion. Beezy posted a response to the rumors that Christian claimed Gangster Disciple Killers.

“So I look on the internet and I see Puff Daddy’s son come out saying, ‘GDK,'” Yella stated. “It’s not a good time when your dad’s fighting all these allegations and crazy stuff he got going on right now. Why would you even try to involve yourself in a GDK movement?”

Several rappers, such as Fat Joe and French Montana, have attempted to separate their professional brands from any criminal activity. Hip-Hop culture’s shift away from supposed gang connections comes on the heels of Young Thug’s RICO case in Georgia.

Sexyy Red had a lot of people talking this week. The “Pound Town” hitmaker recently went live on social media to discuss her possible entry into the so-called Illuminati.

“Y’all, they said, ‘Did I sell my soul?’ Should I just tell them the truth?” Sexyy Red asked some unnamed people with her during an Instagram Live session.

Red continued, “It’s time for me to just keep it 100 with y’all. Like, yes, they got me in this s###. I don’t know, I can’t get out of it. I’m getting too much money, I don’t want to get out of it.”

Those comments by the self-described Hood Hottest Princess quickly spread across the internet. Social media users and media personalities then began sharing their thoughts on what Sexyy Red had to say about selling her soul.

For example, Nick Cannon covered the Sexyy Red topic on The Daily Cannon. The 43-year-old host/actor/rapper/comedian seemingly took aim at Red’s intelligence during an episode of his morning show.

“Yo, she can’t even spell Illuminati,” Cannon stated about Sexyy Red. The Wild ‘n Out creator also added, “Let’s keep it a stack though. Nobody Black would ever be in the Illuminati. We talk too much. It’s supposed to be a secret society. We can’t keep no g###### secrets.”

Usher Addresses Nia Long Saying She Regrets Missing His Las Vegas Residency

Usher can rightfully claim to be the new King of Vegas. The R&B superstar’s residency in Nevada’s most populous city became one of the most-talked-about shows of 2023.

Unfortunately, Usher’s My Way: The Vegas Residency at the Park MGM has ended. Nia Long is among the singer’s fans who missed seeing him live in Las Vegas for the critically acclaimed performances.

“My only regret this year is missing @Usher in Vegas,” Nia Long posted on X. The Best Man: The Final Chapters actress made sure to tag Usher in her tweet.

Usher eventually responded to Nia Long’s social media message. The chart-topping vocalist quote-tweeted Long and added, “Don’t worry… I’ll be back in Vegas on 2/11.”

Next year will see Usher return to Vegas. The NFL tapped him to serve as the headlining act for the upcoming Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show on February 11, 2024.

The My Way: The Vegas Residency opened in July of 2022 and ran through December of this year. In October, Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn G. Goodman and Ward 5 Councilman Cedric Crear presented Usher with the official Key to the City.

“I just want to continue to be an amazing contribution to your amazing city. I do see opportunity here, and the belief that everything that’s in my mind and that I’ve dreamed of is coming to life as a result of the city. So thank you,” Usher stated at the Key to the City ceremony.
